00:00What's up guys, so the update has been released for the S21, the One UI 6.1 update, and again,
00:06very good update, I haven't noticed anything, you know, any major issues as far as battery
00:12life.
00:13You know, I was getting a couple questions about battery life on the previous video.
00:18No real issues, if you saw like the battery draining more than usual, it's because of
00:22the live wallpaper app on here, which is from LiveLoop, that'll make your battery drain
00:26a little bit.
00:27Even with this being on, I still can get a full day.
00:31So no real battery drain issues with One UI 6.1, and no real performance issues at all.
00:37It's very, very smooth.
00:38Like I said, One UI 6.0 in general just made these phones really smooth animation wise.
00:43Alright, so let's talk about the actual features here.
00:45So we got pretty much no AI features with the S21, except for one AI feature, which
00:52is pretty decent, but if you go down to advanced features, you can see that there's no AI section
00:57like we had on the S22.
01:00So just for reference, I'll go ahead and show you guys.
01:04And also, I was getting questions about, did we get the AI wallpapers on the S22?
01:10Yes, we did get those.
01:12I'm sorry, I missed that.
01:13But you can see if we go to advanced features, you should have this advanced intelligence
01:18on here, but that's not there.
01:20But yes, the AI wallpapers is on the S22.
01:23So yeah, so what we did get was the circle to search, which is very useful.
01:30I'm a huge fan of the circle to search.
01:32This is probably the most used feature, so I was really happy about that.
01:36So basically, you can search anything and it will find it on Google Images, and it's
01:41extremely accurate, and I do mean very, very accurate.
01:45Like this little thing that I bought at Walmart, it'll just find it.
01:50Yeah, see?
01:54So it's very, very cool.
01:55So you can circle to search anything.
01:56I mean, I use this for people's wallpapers, like you just take a screenshot or hold the
02:02thing down and you can find people's wallpapers and stuff.
02:06It's really, really accurate.
02:08So that's something that I really like.
02:09All right, so the next feature we got is we got more battery settings for battery health.
02:15So if you go down to battery, battery protection, if you turn it on now, so instead of just
02:21having the 80% and it stops the charge at 80%, you have adaptive as well.
02:26So use maximum while you're asleep and switch to basic before you wake up.
02:32Sleep time is estimated based on your phone's usage pattern, and then you have basic when
02:36your battery is charged to 100%, charging will stop until the battery level drops down
02:41to 95%, and then charging will start again.
02:45So these are just battery protection.
02:46If you want the best battery protection, I would still leave it on maximum for sure,
02:50especially if you plan on having your phone for a long time, this will give you the best
02:55battery health if you leave it on maximum.
02:56All right, so the next cool thing is if we hop back into gallery, we now have this option
03:01where we can move photos to another photo.
03:03So I'm going to take this right here, hold it down, and then I'm going to swipe to, let's
03:10put it on this photo, and then it'll go ahead and paste it to here.
03:18So I can make it bigger, I can change the rotation of it, copy it, put it somewhere
03:22else, and it's pretty cool.
03:26I can go ahead and adjust and add stuff, but it's just a cool little thing that Samsung
03:30added here so you can go ahead and add other images.
03:34It's very easy how they did it.
03:36All right, so next is a cool feature here.
03:38So we're going to go to our clock, and we can now customize our alarm backgrounds here.
03:44So when we set our alarm, you'll see alarm background right here, so we're going to click
03:48on that, and now we can click background, and we can add a customized photo, or we can
03:58do a customized video.
03:59You guys can see this is the video I have right here.
04:02So when your alarm goes off, you'll see a video play right there, and you can kind of
04:08choose which section of the video you want to be played.
04:13So you can see you can kind of scrub through it.
04:23Let's take a little second there, but yeah, I thought that was pretty cool, a little feature
04:28to have.
04:29So whatever you want to see when you wake up, it'll show you that first thing.
04:32All right, so now is the world clock, so that's, again, back in the clock app.
04:37You just click world clock, and it'll show you, you can see, so you're going to have
04:41a sun down at 802, and then it'll show you the sun rise as well too, and that's a new
04:47thing with One UI 6.
04:49So yeah, pretty cool.
04:51Let's check another one, see, let's do this one.
04:59So you know, it's pretty cool, but yeah, so I liked it.
05:03I think the update is solid.
05:05Unfortunately, we didn't get any of the, you know, the cooler AI features, but let
