00:00Everton continued their early season resurgence after winning 2-0 away at Ipswich Town on Bournemouth Road.
00:06Goals from Illerman and Dey and Michael Keane were enough to seal Keira McKenna's side as Everton have put together one of their best away performances that we've seen for quite some time.
00:14That makes you mean they're now just three points away from ninth place in the table and their form has definitely turned around from that dearly difficult start of the season which saw consecutive defeats in the first four games.
00:27We have to talk about the presence of Illerman and Dey in this side.
00:31Once again, he proves his quality with what was a fantastic finish and what was just a chance that he sniffed out of nowhere.
00:37Deflection that Falcani threw him in the box in his finish was absolutely clinical.
00:41The type of finish that Everton strikers just haven't been able to produce across the last few years.
00:45Plus, he ranked second in Europe for take-on quality last week, beating the likes of Lemien Yamal, Vinicius Junior and Kylian Mbappe which proves just how much quality he does have.
00:56He has that magic touch and Everton do need to keep him fit and in the team if they have any chance of having any sort of success this season and moving up the table and away from a relegation battle.
01:06In terms of any other strong performance, Michael Keane has to be mentioned for continuing to prove fans wrong.
01:13It was probably one of his best ever performances in an Everton shirt given that he was just so solid throughout.
01:20Next to James Tarkowski, they made a brilliant pair against what was a fairly talented Ipswich attacking line-up with Liam De Laff who has caused problems for many defence so far this season.
01:30With Jacob Brien on the sidelines, fans have been wondering whether they're going to see the summer signing as it seems that he would be someone who would be considered superior to Michael Keane at this stage in his career.
01:40But, Sean Diger has continued to trust him and while he has had a few poor games at the start of the season, his last few games have been very positive, especially the Newcastle game as well.
01:49His finish was fantastic for the second goal. It was something that any striker would be proud of and it gave Everton that needed second goal and that cushion.
01:58After surrendering two separate 2-0 leads earlier in the season, it would be huge positive for Dijs' side mentality-wise to see out a victory like that with a clean sheet away from home which was sorely needed.
02:13Moving forward, they have the likes of Jai Brantley to come back soon, James Garner as well, Tim Iribune will be a few weeks out but his addition as well will be very much needed for a rotation player on the bench given the energy he has.
02:26And then we have the likes of Armando Breuer as well who is someone that is waiting to come into the side and prove himself after a difficult spell with Chelsea.
02:33He is expected back halfway through November and he will definitely give Dominic Cavett-Lewin plenty of competition up top and could give Everton a huge different dynamic that is definitely needed in that position.
02:45There is positivity for Everton and they do have now a nice run of games where they will fancy themselves with the confidence that they are showing now.
02:52They can get the injured players back and they can move forward. I'm sure they can put together a good run and move up the table and move away from what was a horrible start to the season.
