00:05that was held recently in Paris, France.

00:08And that is the Princess of the Universe.

00:10And the lucky one to win the crown from here is the Philippines.

00:15We will now be joined by those who won the crown in Naturang Patimpalak.

00:19Welcome here in Rise and Shine, Philippines.

00:22Cella Lasher is the 2nd place in Princess of the Universe 2024.

00:27And Anna Katharina Kaufman is the winner of Princess of the Universe 2024.

00:34Good morning to both of you.

00:36Wow, so young and beautiful.

00:39The Princess of the Universe is not like any typical pageant.

00:44Can you please explain what kind of competition is the Princess of the Universe?

00:48First, Cella.

00:50Princess of the Universe is not a beauty pageant.

00:55I look at it more as a fashion runway.

01:00Focusing more on the beauty, your advocacy.

01:05Yeah, that's it.

01:06You've mentioned also that there are different categories according to ages, right?

01:11So, can you tell me what category did you belong during the competition?

01:17I belonged in category C.

01:19Category C. Ages from?

01:2211 to 13.

01:2513.

01:26And you, Anna Katharina, you're the overall winner.

01:30You're the Princess of the Universe.

01:33How's your experience?

01:35Well, my experience was really, really great.

01:38I met so many beautiful contestants and also other models.

01:43And as for me, I belong in category E which is ages 17 to 19.

01:49Alright.

01:50The event was in Paris, France.

01:53Can you tell us about your experience in Paris?

01:56It's in Europe.

01:57I think there's a 6-hour difference there.

01:59How's your experience?

02:01It was amazing.

02:04We had a lot of nice places to visit.

02:07Especially the experience for everyone.

02:11I think we had a great time.

02:12How about you?

02:13Is this your first time competing abroad?

02:15Yes, it's my first time competing abroad.

02:18I also had an amazing time.

02:20We went to different places like the Eiffel Tower.

02:23I also got to try different types of food.

02:26I met so many models.

02:29There were even children that were models.

02:31They were really, really adorable.

02:33I'm really amazed at the young age.

02:36You're very eloquent and you can express yourself.

02:40What are other duties and activities that you need to do after winning the crown?

02:46For me, I would like to fulfill my commitment to my advocacy.

02:50Which is Home for the Angels PH.

02:52It's an orphanage.

02:54They have saved around 820 babies.

02:57Giving them loving families.

03:00How about you, Sel?

03:01What's your plan after this?

03:04Do you have any other plans?

03:05Do you want to continue modeling?

03:07Or do you want to pursue pageantry?

03:10For me, I love modeling.

03:12I am going to keep on doing it.

03:15Embrace it and continue to join my pageants.

03:18How about you, Anna?

03:19What are your future plans?

03:20Maybe you want to join a national pageant soon.

03:24I also plan to continue modeling and beauty pageants.

03:29In school, I plan to take an IT course.

03:32Hopefully, I can manage all three together.

03:36Lastly, Asala, at the age of 14 or 13,

03:40what's your message to young women and girls?

03:45They want to pursue their dreams in modeling and pageantry.

03:50My message for those young people is to

03:53never let anyone think about you.

03:57Do what you do.

03:58Believe in yourself.

03:59Embrace your passion.

04:01I believe that you will be able to do it.

04:07How about you, Anna?

04:08What's your message to upcoming projects or social media accounts?

04:13For my message, the most important thing is to really have fun.

04:18In this industry, it may get hard.

04:21It may require a few trainings.

04:23You may encounter rejections.

04:25But don't let that bring you down.

04:27What's important is that you're enjoying what you do

04:29and you're passionate about what you do.
