00:00Bridges in Echague, Isabela, were submerged in floodwaters due to the continuous heavy
00:05downpour brought about by severe tropical storm Christine. The Echague Disaster Risk
00:10Reduction and Management Office or DRRMO reported that Nara, Anafunan and Gukab bridges are all
00:17flooded. Although the Nara overflow bridge remains passable, Anafunan and Gukab remain impassable.
00:25A family of five was evacuated due to the threat posed by a creak in a villa ray. Meanwhile,
00:32a huge portion of Naga City and Camarinesur were submerged in floodwater due to the heavy downpour.
00:38Rescue operations in Naga are in full swing, with personnel from the Armed Forces of the Philippines,
00:44the Philippine National Police and the Philippine Coast Guard helping local authorities
00:50and providing assistance to those trapped in their respected homes.
