00:00I think that the WRU Dusky Cymru programme works very, very well. It's got a wide range
00:10of topics, all of which help to run in a successful rugby club. The one I particularly think matters
00:19is EDI, equality, diversity, inclusivity, because if people feel welcome when they come
00:26to your rugby club, they're more likely to join, they're more likely to bring their friends,
00:31which again gives a better atmosphere and also increases the sustainability of your
00:38rugby club. I probably attended about 60% of them online on the particular night. Others,
00:46I had to go back on catch-up because I wasn't available. I've contributed to some of them,
00:52I used one of my case studies in the governance one. I'm always willing to put my hand up
00:58and add my questions or to give some advice to others. One of the more recent ones was
01:05on recycling, which is a hot topic at the moment, and that was very, very informative.
01:13Some of them opened your eyes, ones like dealing with GDPR, because there's legal requirements
01:19that you need to do these things, but the WRU helps with its after-service by giving
01:26you templates, what to follow, and they really help you as a rugby club.
