Fourth day on a black coffee/water fast and played around with Neck Bridges using some Superior Barbell Co. DD 45lbers.
Superior used to be the largest manufacturer of cast iron plates in the WORLD. They basically went broke developing the first Polyurethane bumper plate so commonly seen today. They never successfully made a Polyurethane bumper that didn't crack, but they certainly laid the ground work for everyone else. That's life. God Bless!
