Oh Neck Bridges, we neglect you and talk bad about you even though you take compression off the Neck muscles by reversing it. We ignore the fact that when done often enough, you can help pull our shoulders back for more comfortable bar placement on Squats and a smoother groove on BTN Presses. Maybe someday, we'll appreciate how good you are for our everyday posture...
