00:58The agency will deploy the Dynamic Learning Program this month.
01:02According to the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.,
01:06it aims to continue education in schools affected by the typhoon
01:11and to make learning practices resilient and adaptable in the face of calamity or emergency.
01:17The learning material will be simple, targeted, and adaptable,
01:22focused on improving the writing, problem-solving, and critical thinking of the students.
01:28Each learner has a portfolio.
01:30Rather than focusing on the lecture of the teachers,
01:35the students have time to learn and absorb what they are being taught.
01:43Sometimes, the teacher asks if everyone understood.
01:47Some understood, but others did not speak.
01:51According to Secretary Angara,

02:04it is expected that it will test the skills and knowledge of 15-year-old students around the world.
02:14In 2022, the Philippines will be at the bottom of the list of 81 countries that were affected by the typhoon.
02:20DepEd aims at critical analysis of the students,
02:24as well as teaching mathematics and science.
02:27We told our operations staff that they really need to monitor the make-up
02:32because of what we saw happening today.
02:35Next year, PISA will be held in the Philippines.
