01:0012 days before Uruguay's presidential runoff, the candidate of the leftist coalition World
01:05Front leads voting intentions with more than 48%.
01:08According to data based on a new poll, World Front candidate Yamandu Orsi could obtain
01:1348.5% of the votes, while the right-wing candidate Álvaro Delgado would reach 45.1%.
01:20According to the data, Orsi manages to gather support among voters of the ruling parties
01:24and from outside the two blocs, while Delgado does not gain the loyalty of all voters of
01:29the Republican coalition.
01:31The survey maintains Orsi has favored to win the second round, although now the distance
01:35between the candidates is smaller than the one registered before the October elections.
01:47In Lima, Peru, more than 13,000 police officers are on the way to the United Nations summit.
01:55The Peruvian government plans to guarantee the security of the summit, which takes place
01:59this week in Lima.

02:05of the forum, which brings together the leaders of 21 economies that represent 60% of global

02:20Prior to the police deployment, the Congress authorized the entry of 600 soldiers from
02:25the United States to support the government in security tasks.
02:32Argentina vetoed this November 11th United Nations resolution that recognizes the need
02:39to respect and promote the rights of indigenous peoples.
02:43Argentina, a country where there are 58 communities of indigenous peoples, according to its 2022
02:48population census, was the only of 168 countries to vote against a resolution that seeks to
02:55strengthen the rights of indigenous communities in areas such as justice, environment and
03:01preservation of ancestral languages and traditions.
03:04The resolution, denied by the government of Javier Millet, establishes that indigenous
03:08peoples are entitled to the full enjoyment of the human rights and fundamental freedoms

04:34In New York City, thousands of people gathered in the vicinity of Trump Tower and walked
04:39through the streets and avenues showcasing their dissatisfaction with the deportation
04:43post of the White House.
04:45In this context, in the city of Los Angeles, a crowd made mainly of women of Mexican origin
04:50marched against the deportation of undocumented immigrants, arguing that if this new policy
04:55is implemented, more than 10 million people will be severely affected.

05:11undocumented people.
