00:00You know when you sometimes you just like lose yourself and you don't realize where you're about
00:02to land and you're just like, oh shit, we're landing. And I always thought once you land,
00:06we're good. I, that's what I'm like, ha turns out you can't breathe the sigh of relief.
00:10And it's like, how much does it cost to now no longer feel safe for the entire flight
00:15from liftoff? Cause I'm a big old baby that white knuckles every time there's a little
00:19bit of turbulence all the way now to the landing.
00:22February 20th, 20. I was a 20. I almost said, I saw I'm sick today. I was just a 20, 28.
00:28Yeah, 20, 28. That's three years of the future now with a three-year time jump.
00:36Jeffy Lowe coming to you from sunny, California. Robbie Fox doing it from Dave's office. I think,
00:43right? Nope. This is that's that's Erica's old office.
00:46Yep. Formerly Erica's office. Now the pup punk studio. That's just your office now,
00:50by the way, cause you're always in there. Yeah, it's the best. And Clem as always.
00:56From the north of the wall here with snow and cold, snowy and cold. Uh, this rundown brought
01:03to you by Stella blue. Uh, that's what I need right now. Maybe we'll pick me up there from
01:07Stella blue. Uh, good coffee is one of life's non-negotiables of Stella blue.
01:11Is just that time to stop drinking those boring, tasteless, big coffee beans and turn to Stella
01:14blue, uh, delicious roast available in cold brew, K cups, ground, whole beans, whatever you need.
01:20Uh, also the best part about it is, uh, helping save over a thousand dogs from rescue to adoption.
01:26Enjoy still do it by using the QR code on the screen or by visiting Stella blue coffee.com
01:31and use promo code right now for 20% off orders of $25 or find them on Amazon for $19.
01:36Blue coffee.com and use promo code right now for 20% off orders of $25 or find them on Amazon for
01:41next day delivery. Great purpose, better coffee. So there's a, there's a story that just came out.
01:46Robbie and I know about it. Clem doesn't know what it is. If you're, if you're a movie person,
01:51I think it's pretty shocking to hear. I think it's a pretty shocking one. I'm going to read
01:56you the tweet. So the story came from deadline. Here is the tweet. Let's see what Clem thinks
02:02about this. Nobody died or anything, but it's still big news. The rock will star in Martin
02:10Scorsese's upcoming film as a Hawaiian crime boss. The role scribe is Robert De Niro's Jimmy,
02:18the gen character from goodfellas. He will star alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and Emily Blunt.
02:24This is it. This is if, if this doesn't work for the rock, it's time to go like
02:34what does that mean? Got to go, go where, where are you going to take this? Doesn't work. He's
02:38in a safety brothers movie and a 24 movie next year. He's at a Martin Scorsese as like, this is
02:44like a co-lead. If he, if this doesn't land for him, hang up the acting cleats, he's got to go
02:49back full-time wrestling. I did not see that coming. I have to say, you said there was,
02:56there was news, the entertainment news as someone that has had Dwayne, the rock Johnson stock
03:01forever now. And the healthy portion of it to the point where I said like, when the aliens make
03:07contact with us, that is who I want representing humanity. But I do feel like the rock has had
03:12a couple of years where it's like, it's in the red, right? Even the wrestling fans have
03:17turned on him. That's what, you know, it's, it's gone bad. The hierarchy has changed. You could
03:20say, but this feels like muscle in game. If we're going to use a sports term, he has to,
03:26you can't be leaving that movie being like, they just nailed the rock character with someone else.
03:31Yeah. That's what I'm concerned about. If he hits Jeff, I mean, fuck it. Let's just talk. Yeah.
03:38That could be awesome. It also makes me think, Jeff, you mentioned the safety brothers movie.
03:43Is there like Hollywood buzz that he's great in it? Cause that seems like it's his first step
03:48towards like, maybe the rock wants to be a real actor all of a sudden. So maybe is there some
03:53kind of, or is it just the Emily Blunt connection? He's been in a bunch of stuff. That's a good
03:56point. Is she calling him in there? They did jungle cruise together. I think. So it's directed
04:01by Benny safety, who is, he's kind of lapped his brother. Um, he was obviously a huge part
04:10of Oppenheimer. He got cast in the next Christopher Nolan movie. So maybe it's making
04:15the rounds. You're right. That's actually a great point. Maybe, maybe he is going to be
04:20great in that. And that's what people are hearing about a UFC fighter.
04:27It's a beast. Cause this, yeah, man, it's a great point. Cause he's been in some,
04:31I'll tell you what, he's some stinkers red one. That was like Trent's favorite movie of the year,
04:362020 jungle cruise, which might be the best movie out of this bunch, by the way,
04:42free guy. Oh, people like free guy. I like free guy. He's barely in it. Yeah. He's at the end.
04:47Yeah. Okay. Right. Cameo. So that doesn't count jungle cruise red notice, which was
04:53bad. That was with Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot. Yeah. Uh, does this really count DC league of
05:00super pets? He played a dog. It's an animated movie. I'll go with that. That's a paycheck
05:05for everybody. And then he was in black Adam, which he hyped up as the greatest thing ever.
05:11And it was fine, but more than fine. Let's put the Jeff tweet that Jeff made up. That was super
05:17viral. I'll read it. I'll read it. That comes up every now and then still, um, fast 10. He was a
05:26cameo. So that doesn't count. Then he was, so he wasn't in anything in 2023. Then he was in
05:29red one this year, which is one of the worst person movies I've ever seen. Um, and then,
05:34which that's the one where he said he sat in Christopher Nolan's favorite seat in an IMAX
05:39theater and looked up and said, you know, red one on this screen, this is a game changer.
05:45It was not. Uh, and then Moana two, which is, I'm not going to say is his fault. Moana two
05:51is supposed to be a series on Disney plus, and you can tell when you see it. Um, and it's just,
05:56it's just not as good as the first. Now I will say this, this feels like Scorsese
06:02casting the rock in a movie with Leo and Emily, but this feels like Popovich, Greg Popovich
06:09trading for Zion and putting them between Wemby and De'Aaron Fox.
06:12We're going to do the sports analogy here. He's buying low. And you thought like,
06:16we all thought Zion was going to be a monster. We hope the rock would at least be like a fun
06:20action hero that everyone loved, but they Zion stock and the rock stock are both pretty low.
06:26When you read those movies, it's like, yikes. So I think that's kind of one in the same right there.
06:32We put out a statement out there. Oh yeah, go ahead. Oh, sorry. We, we, we put out a fake
06:36tweet. The one Robbie just referenced on lights, camera bar still a couple of years ago and it's
06:41made its rounds. I apologize to the rock. It's not real, but when queen Elizabeth died, we tweeted,
06:49we tweeted, we tweeted a fake, a fake tweet from the rock town that reads rest in peace to her
06:53majesty, the queen Elizabeth the second, a great woman who sat on the throne as long as anyone in
06:58British history, sad. She said, she will never get to see hashtag black Adam in theaters, October
07:0421st. And yeah, it went viral and that was unfortunate because it was not real, but it's
07:11just very fed. Yeah. That people has the energy of when Justin Bieber tweeted that Anne Frank would
07:17have been a believer. Remember that when he was like, just got out of the Anne Frank house,
07:21powerful stuff. She definitely would have been a believer. No, no, not the time for that.
07:27Jeff, I have a question. What were you thinking when you wrote that tweet?
07:32I don't even know what we, why did we take that tweet? Turn it sideways and stick it straight up
07:40your candy. I see. That's the rock. Not a wrestling guy. He's not a wrestling guy. He
07:44didn't know. He didn't know that was coming. I knew that was coming. The second you asked
07:47the question, it's crazy. I'm not a wrestling guy, by the way. It's everything that I like.
07:52I know. It's awesome. The lore, the world building, all the nerdy words that we don't
07:57got me. And I was in a, I was in a movie. Yeah. Did you poke the Royal rumble? Yeah. I didn't
08:02know. Somebody put me in her. Oh, Nick, Nick trainee put me in a pool and then nothing made
08:06me laugh hard. Actually. I heard you, you got the same thing happened to you and Jared. Cause I was
08:10on, I was on Kirk show the other day with, with the rocket, with Carabas. Yeah. And he said,
08:14you also pulled, um, I show speed speed. I got speed. Yeah. Well, it was so funny to me. It's
08:20better for me. Cause I at least won the pool for the women's Royal rumble. So I was already like,
08:25Oh, I'm in the green. I'm doing great. But I was like, maybe I could go back to back.
08:29My number. Yeah. It was speed shoes. Yeah. Thrown off a table. It was great. Yeah.
08:35It's a good time. You and KB got, I show speed. I love that, but I did, I mentioned this news
08:40to Clemmer out there and he did bring up how score says he's done this in the past with the
08:44king of comedy. He went with Don Rickles in casino. He's taken these actors that you would
08:49think maybe would be confusing or jarring to see in a score. Say Z movie and he makes them work.
08:56It reminds me of score. Say Z. Have you guys seen the curb your enthusiasm where he cast Larry
09:01David in his movie and Larry David's acting. It kind of reminds me of that as well. Yeah,
09:05that's funny. Um, so that's big news. Other big news in the movie world. We're just gonna, I took,
09:11I T we, we, we took the topic list and we turned it on its head. We're big, big cinephiles,
09:16the family that owns the rights to the bond franchise. Their name is the broccoli's a
09:22famous guy. Cubby broccoli died about 20 years ago, 30 years ago. Yeah. Cubby broccoli's insane.
09:29The coolest guy ever was owned by the broccoli family and cubby Brock. That's
09:33such a, that just kills the James Bond mystique in itself, Jeff. Uh,
09:38uh, I believe it's Dame Barbara broccoli. I might be wrong. I'm pretty sure she's
09:46just, that's like a clue character. Yeah. I'm pretty sure she's been named Barbara
09:51broccoli in the library with the candles. So Barbara broccoli hurt his, his daughter
09:58has long had the rights to the, to the James Bond franchise and Amazon made a deal with them.
10:04And she said recently, she used the, I, she used the word fuck. I believe in saying that.
10:12Yeah. She, she said two months ago that she doesn't trust Amazon with James Bond,
10:19which is fair. Like I, so I didn't like Robbie, you hate Lord of the rings, the Lord of the
10:24rings franchise on Amazon. I don't hate it, but I also recognize that it's not that great.
10:29Um, and so they had a relationship with Amazon over the bond movies and,
10:33and they said like, they don't fucking trust them or something. There's there. Oh yeah.
10:36These people are fucking idiots. Apparently that's what, that's what she said of Amazon
10:41today. It was announced that the rights have fully moved over to Amazon, which is what happened in
10:47two months. Yeah. So now Amazon can do whatever they want with bond. That's tough. You know,
10:54that there's fucking spinoff series in the works. We were texting about it in the group chat this
10:59morning. Robbie Goochman said, you know that they're going to make the worst Q spinoff series
11:02ever. And I read that penny or I read the original. Yeah. And I was like the worst Q
11:07spinoff series ever. It was like, is he texting me about impractical jokers right now? I didn't
11:11realize it was a James Bond text. I'm not the biggest bond guy myself. I've seen maybe one or
11:17two of the old ones. And then I've seen, I think most of the Daniel Craig ones, but not even all
11:22of them. I didn't see the last one. I'm not one of these people that are like, Oh my God, I'm afraid
11:27that they're going to ruin it because I don't have that connection to it. But I definitely wouldn't
11:30put a ton of faith in them, like delivering a great conclusion or whatever. I mean, are they
11:36going to recast bond like that? Is it going to be like an immediate, they're going to announce that
11:40whoever's playing the next James Bond. Weren't there rumors that it was, was it, who was it?
11:44Not Theo James. Who was it? No, it was a Aaron Taylor Johnson, right? Yeah. That was one of them.
11:50And then Harris Dickinson maybe got some. Oh yeah. I saw that too. Yep.
11:55So I don't know if you like this idea. This was Kirk's throwing this idea out a bunch of his show.
11:59Actually, he just, we, him and I were just talking about this. I mentioned, he said like, you know,
12:03they're going to make it like a reality series, like Ninja warrior, or it's like the next bond
12:07where like, they're doing like, I said, shaking nuts third with John Taffer. Like it's just going
12:12to be everything. But he's suggested they, an old man bond with Pierce Brosnan, a la Logan with
12:20Hugh Jackman. That'd be cool. That'd be, that'd be very cool. Yeah. I'd be down for, I'm like,
12:24I'm a sucker for those kinds of stories. I even loved Indiana Jones and the dial of destiny.
12:29When a lot of people didn't, I like the old man comes out of retirement for one more ride. Like
12:34I like shit like that. So I overhated movie that Indiana Jones will be, I think crazy overhated.
12:39It was great. It was, it was like, if you're an Indiana Jones fan, I think it was great. If you're
12:44not, I think it was like, like, good. It's what you want out of an indie movie. Um, anything else
12:49in those two movie topics? You think they just moved the decimal point over one? Like they just
12:54went 10 from 10 million to a hundred million or a hundred million to a billion. Yeah. Just
12:58literally a whole zero. Bezos is the closest thing we have to a real life bond villain at this point.
13:03Right. Like I think people would say Elon's there, but Bezos is always on the yacht, which I feel
13:07like is a bond villain. Yeah. And he's bald. That's like, and maybe it just makes me think of
13:11Lex Luthor, but like the ball thing, super villain, we have to, it definitely adds to your super
13:17villain aura. Kingpin. It adds to his aura. Imagine Kingpin with hair. It'd be weird. What
13:22have you seen all the bonds? I have not. I was actually, I wonder, I was wondering how healthy
13:28is the franchise right now? Like, I know that Craig has done, but like, it's been good. Like
13:33hasn't fallen off lately. Right. It's still pretty, they're still making good movies. Right.
13:38Yeah. The last one came around around COVID and people liked it quite a bit. I liked it a fair
13:47amount. I didn't love it. I didn't love it, but a lot of people did seem to like, I think older
13:53people liked it too. My, my, my late father loved it. My, my, my dad's last two movie takes where
13:59he liked the bond. And then when we walked out of the last one we ever saw together was no way home.
14:04Um, no way home. That's the last one. Right. No way home. He said, I don't like this multiverse
14:09stuff. So he, he, I am very morbid by joke. He left at the right time. Cause all man,
14:15he would have hated this shit. He would have installed it is now, but he, he liked it.
14:20And I remember people like my dad's age really liked the last one. I liked it, but it was,
14:24it was closer to older bond stuff. He was like on the way out. So it's not terrible.
14:30Something with honored to armistice character in that. Or am I just thinking of, uh, John,
14:34John, do a spinoff there. They weren't going to do a spinoff with their character in bond.
14:38No, I think you're thinking of John wick. Okay. It's not in the shape. It was in after die another
14:42day. Okay. What if down the road here, we're talking like 20, 28, like this rundown is being
14:50recorded. The rock is the villain. If he hits them, that's where Stacey movie.
14:55Maybe Jeff Bezos at Amazon wood. So that's exactly what's going to happen. I'm calling
15:03it right now, February 20th, 2025, that in 2028, the rock will be a bond villain on a prime show
15:09movie, whatever the fuck you're doing. Crazier things have happened. Yes. I watched one of the
15:13worst ones that before him being in a score safety. That's true. That's true. And shout
15:18out to the broccoli family for just existing. This just made my day. Jeff broccoli. Also,
15:23you said you watch one of the worst ones ever worse bond movies ever. You're saying
15:26a view to a kill with Christopher Walken is the villain. Oh, it sounds like it's got the,
15:31it has the single worst example of saying the movie's title in the movie.
15:37So they're, they're flying over the golden gate bridge. And one of his like henchmen says, wow,
15:44what a view. And then walk in, leans and he goes to a kill, which I, what did he mean?
15:50I don't even mean anything. I want to go back and watch moon raker. I've been reading a little bit
15:56about moon raker, which they made right after star Wars was a huge success. They were like,
16:00let's send them to the fucking moon, send James Bond to space and have them shooting pew,
16:04pew guns. And it just seems awful, but in a funny, almost like so bad, it's good way.
16:10Yeah. I, I, this is going to be interesting because there is still so much they can do with
16:15this and they, and I credit the family. They did handle the post dine of the day thing. Well,
16:21casino rail was great. They got screwed by the writer's strike with quantum of solace.
16:27Um, and then skyfall was incredible. So I would have been more excited if it came out that Amazon
16:33bought the rights to the Austin powers franchise and was going to, Oh yeah, that could have been
16:37fun. Cause Austin power is fucking play. That's what hurt it. Austin power famously hurt bond
16:41because it was, it was such a parody and then bond. Oh, I mean, die another day is dreadful.
16:49Also one of the worst songs, Madonna. I think that might've been the last one we saw.
16:54It's like, I think it's like, I think I didn't see any of the great ones. Yeah.
16:58No, no, I did. I did. I saw at least I was going to say I saw casino Royale. That was good. Yeah.
17:03So good. That's one of the, I think one of the best action movies of like the two thousands
17:07agreed. Um, this, uh, this thing is a straight out of a bond story.
17:13The, the Delta airlines flight that flipped over right now. I, I, I have a, I have a friend who
17:21I've read who was, but he posted on his Instagram story yesterday of him reading the seat back card
17:25at an airplane. And he put the caption got to stay locked in these days. That is so true.
17:30Like what was crazy. The, the passengers were offered $30,000 each after the plane almost
17:38slipped somehow, which by the way I was reading, they said, they said, if you're going to take
17:41good news away, they said the plane was designed perfectly because the whole point is the wind
17:45was supposed to rip off. And they did, they ripped off and they said, that's, that's basically what's
17:49supposed to happen. They said, it's not supposed to, to tip over upside down. I think the ice
17:55had something to do with it. I'm not fully sure, but they said for the most part, it did perform
17:58the way it's supposed to on a crash. $30,000 does not seem like enough.
18:02No, it needs to be at least six figs for everyone. Six figs, maybe even like,
18:09am I crazy to say like 250,000? Like, I feel like I don't want to ask for a million if this happens
18:16because it's not like the plane fell out of the sky, right. It was on landing and then it did
18:20the thing. I feel like that also comes into play here too, where it's like it landed and then it
18:25flipped. It wasn't like you, you were in the sky, white knuckling the armrest being like,
18:30oh my God, we're going down. So I think I would want 250K. I think that's what I would try to get
18:36out of the Delta. Would you take flights for life with it? Like on top of the 250K should. Yeah.
18:45Yeah. I, yeah. Like, I don't think I would take it in place of a big lump sum of money, but I,
18:52yeah, I think I would want flights for life. 30K and flights for life on Delta or lump sum,
18:58we'll say 150K. Plus one, you get a plus one. Cause you're traveling with,
19:05you don't have to travel by yourself. I'll give you a plus one. Not first-class coach.
19:09Lump sum. I'll take the lump sum. And you're flying Delta. You have to fly Delta obviously
19:13the rest of your life. It's like, they kind of did this to me. You think it's going to be the
19:16safest airline there is at least for a little while. Cause they just had this incident.
19:20Um, by the way, like when I flew back from new Orleans to the dozen,
19:24try to check out the dozen. Uh, when's the next matchup Sunday,
19:27Sunday night, tonight, tonight, it's a, there's one of Robbie's old teammates. We have charity
19:32case tool of his old teammates, Ben Mintz, Rudy and Gia against Gia large vibs and Jake Marsh.
19:38So yeah, good, good match. Yeah. When I got back from that flight, I, you know, when you,
19:42sometimes you just like lose yourself and you don't realize where you're about to land and
19:45you're just like, Oh shit, we're landing. And I always thought once you land, we're good.
19:49That's what I'm like, huh? Turns out you can't breathe the cyber relief. And it's like,
19:53how much does it cost to now no longer feel safe for the entire flight from liftoff? Cause I'm a
19:58big old baby that white knuckles every time there's a little bit of turbulence all the way
20:02now to the landing. I feel like this is the old, when they're trying to get people of an overbooked
20:08flight, they'll offer you a hundred dollar voucher. Then it's a two 50. Then it's five.
20:12I feel like 30 is their starting price start. Yeah. And you're like, we're going to hold off
20:17on this. Talk to my lawyer. Then like, Oh shit. He has a lawyer. You don't have a lawyer. You
20:21just say you have one six figs. I think is the minimum personally. I'm not a good flyer either.
20:27No, no free ads here, but I bought VR glasses from a popular company. The name might be a fruit.
20:36Did you fall in that, in that company store once upon a time? And I did, I did. I fell down the
20:41stairs of this company's store in the upper West side once. Um, I life changing, like really
20:50coolest piece of technology I've ever used in my life. Really? I was watching. It didn't make
20:55emotion sickness at all or anything like that. Mid flight. I was watching mission impossible
21:00from Joshua tree. Like just like laid back in the mid, like in the middle of Joshua tree with a
21:07two a hundred foot screen in front of me. It was unbelievable.
21:11That sounds outrageous. I bought the Oculus that no free ads, but the video game one,
21:17and it made me a little motion sickness. Then again, I was standing in like playing lightsaber
21:22video games. I was just trying to watch a movie, but maybe I got to give it another shot. Cause
21:26that does sound, I watched the severance episode recently where they're in there. They're on like
21:30the retreat. I watched that. I was like, it was, did you feel, was any part of you feeling
21:35self-conscious, like with the goggles on, on the plane? Nah, I just assume people think I'm a freak
21:40anyway, so it's okay. All right. Um, so does that like, and it kind of just took away, like,
21:46you just kind of forgot you were on a plane by that point. Cause you were in Joshua tree and
21:49you're fully immersive. Like you turn to the left and I just see like, it was crazy. Now I don't
21:57like tech like that. Doesn't blow my mind really anymore these days, which is, that's not even like
22:01a flex. Just like, I mean, everything's a new piece of tech every five minutes. This one got
22:05me. I actually was like, Whoa, is it because you got the really fancy 10 X version? Because I'm
22:14saying I have the cheaper one that was like 300 bucks. Can I still like, do you think that'll
22:19still help on the plane? Cause I could use some help on the plane. I think so. Yes. Okay. Right.
22:24It's immersive enough, right? Yeah, it is. It's fully it's the goggles. Yeah. It's like the,
22:28yeah. I just don't understand how that price tag hit it other than that company loving to just
22:33throw the most numbers on there as possible. So I was always like, what makes it so good
22:38compared to the other stuff? We'll take this offline though. But I do have some questions.
22:41Imagine, imagine if I was watching the mission impossible fall out when they're just falling
22:45down the cliff and then I'm in the plane that I would be like, Holy shit, these are really
22:51immersive. This is unbelievable. Crazy. Um, glad all those people are safe. That's unbelievable.
22:56That's the craziest part of the whole entire story. Everyone's good. And it sounds like that,
23:00like you said, the pilot, everyone's a man, the pilot must've done like really saved the day to
23:06get it like that. And then it didn't turn out that he just came in a little too hot. He must've just
23:10been like, I do not want this angle to come out. And that angle came out. Right. Is that kind of
23:14what happened? I think again, it was super icy, super windy, you know, post the videos all the
23:20time. Za always posts those videos of planes. I was a big aviation guy. Uh, if you ever, if you're,
23:26if you're around like a new type of airline or two, not airplane sends out the picture, he'll
23:29love it. He'll post the, or it's like the planes landing in England and they, and they're back
23:34sideways. Don't know you're going soon, Robbie, but yeah. Yeah. I hate those. That's the biggest
23:39thing for climate change. If you said, listen, guys, don't say global warming and say, listen,
23:43if we keep polluting this earth, it's just going to get windier in the skies. Everyone be like,
23:47I'm stopping tomorrow. Anyone that flies we'll fucking start recycling the next day. Cause if
23:51that is a fucking offshoot of it, fuck that stuff. Well, speaking of the earth, uh, there's a new
23:57asteroid every, every month. There's a new asteroid. Yes. 3.1% chance of making impact
24:03biggest threat to our planet in modern forecasting called the city destroyer.
24:09That sounds like the world destroyer, but that's a whole different story. Yeah. Um,
24:13well, Armageddon, I mean, 20, 32, I don't think we have time to worry about this right now.
24:18Listen, that's still a lot. We can't get into that right now. Yeah. Right. Yeah.
24:27This is the rundown from the future. It'll always go down as such. I think this thing's a bitch.
24:32Come get us. You want some come get some. That's what I said to the city destroyer.
24:36I want to come up with some technology though, where we could just completely flex and have
24:40someone in like a giant turret gun, almost looking like the fucking pilots from a alien.
24:46Like when they're, they find a guy in Prometheus, I want something like that gun,
24:50but it just destroys the meteorite or asteroid, whatever it is, turns it into meteorites.
24:56I want to really make a show of it, really show the fucking asteroids and all the space
25:00critters and all the people that are trying to mess with planet earth. Who's boss.
25:04It says there's large cities with the highest risk.
25:07Highest risk to say the actual cities are Bogota,
25:14Columbia, Lagos. I'm a. That's right. Isn't isn't.
25:21What what city did the Avengers blow up on accident? Was it Lagos?
25:26Wasn't it Sokovia because of the Sokovia Accords? No. And in civil war.
25:30Oh, before that. Yeah. I don't know what it was.
25:34It was Lagos. I might be wrong. Yeah, they did. Yeah, they did. Anyway,
25:41not to get too nerdy there. Mumbai, Dhaka, Kolkata. So no U.S. cities, they say.
25:48I'm not here in New York. Yeah. Says the size of the Empire State Building.
25:53It's a bitch asteroid. Empire State Building is building in New York City. It's the Empire
25:58State Building. And it gets dwarfed. It's probably like, yeah, if it was the size of
26:01the fucking one world trade, then we got to worry. But yes, Empire State Building. Come on.
26:06Said it's it's not a dinosaur level. It's actually I was wrong. It's not a world under it. This is
26:10this truly is just for four cities. Yeah. The closest city impacted we Bogota, which obviously
26:16is in South America, if you're if you're unaware. So it seems like an equator asteroid. Seems like
26:21we're dealing closer to the equator. That is that spot on. That's a tribute champion right there.
26:27Yes, exactly. You got to be careful with the equator roads.
26:32Yeah. It's like, hey, it's fucking beautiful. Twelve months a year here. But there's a chance
26:37that an asteroid is going to wipe us off the planet. That's fucking that comes with the
26:40game, unfortunately. Yeah. Fucking weather people. Yeah. Oh, city destroyer, whatever.
26:47Remind us again in four years, seven years. Last imagine if Harry Stamper was a real person,
26:53they would just be fucking there'd be a Harry Stamper day, his birthday. They would honor him.
26:58He saved the world in a selfless act. Just everyone just go watch Armageddon tonight.
27:02Just, you know, honor my guy, Bruce. You want to throw to another ad?

28:31a guy was playing the same lotto numbers for four years and a hit. This is my grandmother does this.
28:37I think it's my grandfather. My grandfather, Bob, says that he says the dumbest thing you could
28:42ever do is playing the same numbers. It'll drive you. It'll drive you nuts. Then you have to do it
28:49every single time. True. You you have to the same number. But he did he did hit a one point
28:55three million dollar jackpot. That has to be the most unreal feel like those those those numbers.
29:01He's got to get the numbers tattooed on. Yeah, like I knew those numbers would hit like the
29:06confidence, the I told you so. Yeah, I don't play the lotto. My closest thing to this, I think,
29:13would be wordle, because I know some people do try the same word to start every day. I don't.
29:19I try different words every day. I just think of a random five letter word and I just fired off.
29:24I didn't even think of the factor that you just mentioned. Shout out, Bob,
29:28saying it would make you crazy. You would be like, oh, my God, I didn't play. What if they
29:32hit tonight? Like you would start worrying that they would hit if you didn't play it.
29:36I don't need that in my life. And I could just imagine that, like,
29:43imagine that like even even the one day you miss. Yeah, listen, I was one of the guys. I was one of
29:50the guys that played the Hamilton lottery and I won like two weeks before the original cast was
29:55leaving. I didn't realize the email came in until that thing expired. I won. I won the one in a
30:01million thing and missed out. That's brutal. Oh, yeah. And my family felt so bad. They were like,
30:08that's awful that they were like, all right, we'll fucking pitch and send the kid to Hamilton.
30:12I was a big Hamilton guy. Now, there was a guy.
30:16The if you're the person, like, think about like the guy who wins. Awesome. But if you're someone
30:21that plays your numbers every single day and you were kind of being like, maybe I'm just going to
30:26hang them up. You are back to square one. You are never retiring because this person
30:31won in wherever Michigan or wherever they won. So
30:35Bob did say it's a grandpa, Bob, or is he like a pop up? What's his name? His grandpa name?
30:41Oh, my sorry. I mean, you said, Bob, I think I'm his grandpa. Yeah, Bob. Yeah.
30:46Is he grandpa? My grandfather, Bob, just Bob, just Bob, just Bob. You just call him Bob. Jeff
30:51has posted him on on Christmas before you get him like you get him like beers for Christmas.
30:55Tall boys. Yeah, it looks like Paul Newman. Not as much anymore. He's a little older. He's
30:59a little younger. Looks like Paul Newman. I like Bob. I shout out Draftkings. I bet on a NASCAR
31:08driver for like four or five races in a row back in like 2019. Eric Almarola. And it got to a point
31:18where he almost won one of them. And I said, I have to bet on this guy. Yeah, every and I bet on
31:24him every single race. And he was always a crazy long shot. And he finally won in 2021. And that
31:30taught my lesson. I'm like, I will never do anything like that ever again. Like, I will. I
31:35always change it up. Like, don't that is especially for someone like me, who's like so particular
31:39about things. It's like, oh, God, I can't I can never do that. I mean, I bet on Nicole Harbin
31:44for a first touchdown score for the Chiefs because, yes, you're a great example. No. Well,
31:48yeah, great example. But then he went to the Jets and I was like, I'm not betting on a jet.
31:53And then he scored his the first touchdown finally as a jet. And then last Super Bowl that
31:58they won last year, I didn't I bet him first touchdown and he scored the last touchdown
32:02to win the Super Bowl. So just sometimes you actually you were the reason I actually hit that
32:08was our first DraftKings event was that Super Bowl. And I and as we're going to overtime,
32:15we're like, all right, well, you may as well like at this point, you got to bet on the touchdown
32:18score. And I bet on Nicole Harbin and I don't want a ton of money, but I mean, because of you,
32:22Mike, I go, he's there. You have his name. It's a lot of reasons you just gravitate towards
32:28Nicole Harbin. That's like, well, and my first touchdown score in the Super Bowl was Ray Ray
32:32McLeod because Jersey Jerry and I always bet. And like and I said, I never did. I guess I did.
32:37You can't do that. You just got to change. Well, maybe you should. This guy just won a million
32:42dollars. So all time, I told you so all time. I told you so moment because, you know, like you
32:48said, there's that one person, the grandpa Bob in his life is like, you got to stop betting those
32:52numbers. And he just slams down the one point three million dollar briefcase like you had in
32:57surviving Barstool and been like, there you go, motherfuckers did it. I'm not going to tell her
33:01this happened, by the way. This is like, no, you can't. Oh, yeah. Keep this away from all the
33:07grandparents and parents, all the boomers out there. You do not want them going back to score
33:11No, no. Anything else?
33:16Anything in Barstool? I don't think so. I don't think it's kind of been a quiet week. I feel like
33:21in both offices, it's like a little too quiet. Like, I feel like I'm going to say, like,
33:28you know, that now I do think I think there's a there's a good it'll be definitely coins,
33:32but I think a name show has a good potential tomorrow with depending what happens in the
33:36hockey game tonight, there's going to be which I think is probably going to be in Boston.
33:41Oh, what about this? Can we talk about this? The community notes? Did you see that?
33:47No, I didn't see that. Wait, pull up the biz community notes. It's it's quite frankly mean
33:54that's that's the one word that came to mind when I read it. I said,
33:57that's mean that was unnecessary. You don't need to go in on biz like that.
34:02Did you find it? OK, OK. Oh, my God. The one on Fox News.
34:06Yeah. X Team Canada. This is from Fox News. X Team Canada star. It's a bit biz
34:11says country will have national emergency if team loses to U.S. and four nations final.
34:16The community note says this and that may have played for team Canada as a teenager in the under
34:2018 world championships. He was far from a star then and could be considered the pinnacle of his
34:25career. Paul Biz Nasty never played for Canada again. It's miscomposed career as a media person.
34:32That's insane. Who's approving these community notes? I thought it was like
34:36you went to like approve this. That sounds like it was written by one of the Irish travelers.
34:41What the fuck? Maybe it was wet. That was mean. I read that and I said,
34:46that's mean. Unnecessarily. But go USA. Go USA. Freeberg. You know,
34:51we got to get in their minds. Maybe that's a USA way of getting in the Canadians mind.
34:56Ryan Whitney, 2010 Team USA Olympian. Yes. Star. Star.
35:04Man, the Internet giveth and it taketh away. And you never know how
35:08business the darling because, you know, stands up and see seven bozo golfing people
35:12at the Arizona restaurant. And now it fucking community notes his fucking career with a
35:17fucking dagger to the throat. Internet giveth and taketh away. I can't wait to see like those
35:22three commies on Twitter tonight who are going to be like, oh, everyone likes hockey. Now,
35:26shut up. Just root for the US. Yeah, yeah. Just just do it. Just like whatever, man.
35:32And I know something in like best NBA is going to happen. LeBron's going to scratch or something.
35:36It's like, see, this league sucks. Like, listen, they can both be awesome. They can both be great,
35:40right? Hockey is great when it's great. Basketball is great when it's great.
35:43Can we just stop that shit? Oh, go USA. That's our last day.
35:47That's it. That's the rundown. Talk to you next week.
