00:00Hey guys, it's Casey Boyd from the Preston & Steve Show and we're back here in Delaware County, Delco, for our Dietz & Watson Real Philly Deli Tour.
00:12And we're here at Bree & Letellas, which is fairly new to Delaware County, but they're already making a name for themselves because of their roast pork, their roast beef, their hobias, their cutlets, their meatballs, their soup, salad, steak, but also their breakfast stuff.
00:23Breakfast bowls, pepper and eggs, steak and eggs, scrap of corned beef, hash, oh, their chip beef, and oh, their sausage gravy.
00:29I'm surprised I remembered all that stuff, but you know what guys, the real reason we're here, Dietz & Watson.
00:37They're a real Philly Deli and they make some kick ass sandwiches. Let's check it out.
00:48So here we are inside Bree & Letellas, I gotta tell you, there's a lot of love in this place, there's actually a lot of people to talk to.
00:53But one of the first people we're going to talk to is George, George Letellas.
00:57You're one of the owners of this place, it's owned by you and Greg, who we're going to meet later.
01:01But can you tell me about, you guys, your history goes back how many years now?
01:05We've known each other over 40 years. We met in Roxburgh playing CYO basketball.
01:10We've been friends ever since, and we actually married sisters.
01:13So we're brother-in-laws, friends, and business partners, pretty unique combination.
01:17Now, I'm really excited to try this out. Last week I ate The Boss. That's the sandwich we're going to make.
01:23I've never made The Boss, so I'm going to go over and meet your business partner, Greg, and we're going to make The Boss.
01:29We're with the creator of The Boss. This is Greg Bria. Now, Greg, you're going to have to show us how we make this hoagie.
01:35Let's do it. This masterpiece.
01:37Let's do it.
01:38All right, let's start.
01:39Cut the bread a little bit. A little bit of oil on the bread so it doesn't get soggy.
01:43Oh, you're going to put the regular provolone on there?
01:46Because it's for you.
01:48Channel salami. This is the cap of coal. The brisuit.
01:52All right. Yeah, yeah.
01:54Okay, now we're going to go with some hot super side. Now lettuce.
01:58There's actually, there's room for lettuce on that thing?
02:00Yes, there is. I'll give a little bit of oil on the lettuce.
02:04Pepper, salt, a little oregano.
02:13And I normally would take a bite of that, but I'm hearing that I have to try your roast pork.
02:18Yes, you do.
02:19As soon as I opened the door to Bria Littell's, this guy was yelling at me.
02:23This is Dan!
02:24I'm done!
02:25All right, Dan, what are we going to do here?
02:27Okay, so we have some pizza woks and provolone.
02:30We have a South Philly sarcones.
02:33All right.
02:34Put the cheese down first.
02:35We're going to put the hot pork that's been simmering over here.
02:39So there's the nice pork.
02:42Then we're going to put the broccoli rabe.
02:45This is the Bria Littell's Roast Porchetta.
02:49All right, you ready?
02:50And away we go!
02:51The cheese is nice and melted with the hot pork.
03:04Well, I have to try a bite of this.
03:06I mean, it's my job.
