Recipe to prepare "Pahadi Paneer Tikka in Microwave":
Ingredients:
1 cup yoghurt/curd
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp mint leaves
1/2 tsp mustard oil
1 cup cottage cheese cubes
1 cup capsicum, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup potato, diced
few mint leaves, to garnish
ketch-up/chutney, to serve
Method:
For Marination:
Take a bowl, and add in yoghurt, chaat masala, mint leaves, mustard oil. Mix well.
Add cottage cheese cubes, capsicum, onion and potato. Mix again for proper coating.
Keep aside to marinate for 1/2 hour.
For Tikka:
Take a skewer, and hook on onion, capsicum, paneer, capsicum, onion, potato, capsicum, onion, capsicum and onion.
Repeat the method to assemble remaining tikka skewers.
Place on grill-tray, and grill in microwave until brown.
Plate the skewers, and garnish with mint leaves.
Paneer Tikka is ready to serve with tomato ketch-up, or any other favourite chutney.
