09:47to do a few different exercises with a bench press.

09:52First, let's make sure you're using the correct form.
09:54Eyes should be level with the bar and no fingers pointing out.
09:57Squeeze your shoulder blades together to support the spine and isolate the chest.
10:00Straighten your arms to lift the bar over the safety rack.
10:03Keep your wrists straight as you lower the bar over your mid-chest on an inhale.
10:06Exhale and push the bar up, keeping it directly over that mid-chest line.
10:09This complete movement equals one repetition.
10:12Keep your abs tight, even on the exhale, to support that lower spine.
10:15Give them a poke to make sure you're not just sucking in.
10:18Bench presses work out your entire upper body,
10:20building strength and inches in your arms,
10:23cutting up those deltoids,
10:25and strengthening and defining your pectorals.
10:28They're also great for creating a natural lift for your ladies.
