Ingredients:-
For Sugar syrup:-
3 cups Sugar
5 cups Water
For Paneer Patties:-
Paneer made from 1 litre Milk
½ tsp. Sugar
For stuffing:-
1 tbsp. Almonds, Pistachios and Cashew Powder
1 tbsp. Almods and Pistachios, chopped
Pink Food Colouring
1 tsp. Sugar syrup
Method:-
- In a pan add sugar and water and make sugar syrup on a medium flame.
- Mix the sugar in paneer and knead until the sugar is incorporated in it.
- Make equal portions of this paneer-sugar mixture.
- In a bowl mix together the stuffing ingredients.
- Make lemon-sized balls of paneer and stuff them with the mixture.
- Cook these paneer balls in the sugar syrup by adding water.
- Add water and cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes on a high flame, adding water after 5 minutes.
- In a bowl add sugar syrup and pink food colouring followed by Rajbhog one by one.
- Let it cool down to room temperature and then transfer to a plate.
- Garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve.
Rajbhog is ready to eat!
