Swing Bells are basically a dumbbell with the weight in the middle while you grip the ends with your hands. BOTH hands are used on a Swing Bell while a dumbbell is only used with one hand. Anyways, I saw this as a possible alternative to a Goblet Squat. I am using four YORK 35lb plates on a sleeve that I took off a barbell. Put a collar on each side of the plates and you're good to go.I chose a Mixed Grip because I felt it would balance out any tendencies for the weight to move out of position.
