00:11 once again at the Big Dip Witterings. The event took place at 9.30am at the Shore Inn,
00:17 Shore Road, East Wittering and was in aid of the First Burdum and Wittering Scout Group.
00:23 The community fundraiser sees people from far and wide run into the sea each year and
00:27 organisers have thanked everyone who took part. A photographer has submitted pictures
00:32 of an overturned car in Stammer Park, Brighton on New Year's Eve. Sussex Police have been
00:37 approached for comment about the incident. The photographer said the images were taken
00:41 at about 9pm on New Year's Eve and said that the fire service and the air ambulance were
00:47 at the scene. Sussex Police officers warned residents to expect an increased police presence
00:52 in Crawley on New Year's Eve, December 31st, after a man reported that he was attacked
00:57 with a weapon on the night of December 30th. A Sussex Police spokesperson said the man
01:03 suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital by the ambulance service for treatment. Police
01:09 have asked anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area or who has relevant video footage
