00:08 A woman has sustained minor injuries after being physically assaulted in East Sussex,
00:12 Sussex Police have reported.
00:15 Police said the woman in her 50s reported being assaulted by a man after confronting
00:18 a girl who was riding a motorbike in a field in Sheepcote Valley in Brighton on Saturday,
00:23 November 25th.
00:25 She suffered minor injuries after being physically assaulted before the man and girl left the
00:29 scene on the motorbike, Sussex Police said.
00:32 Police said the incident took place at around midday.
00:34 Tesco's West Durrington store has brought in new parking restrictions ahead of the festive
00:38 period, raising fears that the neighbouring community centre will suffer.
00:43 The supermarket has introduced a new two-hour free parking limit to improve the availability
00:48 of parking spaces for customers using its West Durrington Extra store.
00:53 This two-hour maximum stay restriction is in place on the private land between 6am and
00:57 10pm.
00:59 There is a one-hour maximum stay restriction between 10pm and 12am.
01:02 There is a 15-minute maximum stay between 12am and 6am daily, and between 6pm and 12am
01:09 on Sundays.
01:10 No vehicles can return within one hour.
01:13 There is some concern that the move will cause confusion and worry to shoppers.
01:17 Plans to build up to 1,450 homes between Anstey and Cookfield have been submitted to Mid-Sussex

01:25 The outline application from Fairfax Acquisitions Ltd and the Norris family aims to create a
01:30 garden community on land east of the A272.
01:34 It includes plans for up to 90 residential care units, a primary school and school for
01:38 children with special educational needs and disabilities, a sports hub, shops and community

01:44 Some 30% of the homes would be classed as affordable.
