00:35 According to the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources or BFAR,

00:41 Our Filipinos are engaged in cyanide fishing in Bajo de Masinloc
00:45 and Chinese fishermen are using cyanide
00:50 to fish and also to destroy the coral environment, the marine environment
