01:46 How are you ladies and gentlemen?
01:48 We meet again in My Quran Time, Quran Salat Imfah today.
01:51 We would like to review two pages that we have studied this week.
01:57 That is, the 139th and 140th pages of Surah Al-An'am with Al-Fadhil Ustaz Shamsul Hakim.
02:06 How are you?
02:07 Alhamdulillah, I am fine.
02:09 Alhamdulillah, and you, how are you?
02:11 Alhamdulillah, Ustaz.
02:12 We would like to review today's Quran with Al-Fadhil Ustaz Shamsul.
02:16 For two pages that are full of terms that may be new for some of you.
02:24 And it is a strength to the faith that is provided in Surah Al-An'am, the sixth surah today.
02:33 Let us start our session with a prayer.
02:35 [Prayer]
02:45 Firstly, we see in the 91st verse when Allah says, "They do not glorify Allah as they should when they say, 'Allah does not send down anything to man'."
02:58 This is a part of the translation of the verse 91.
03:01 And when we talk about this verse, it continues with the name of Prophet Musa Al-Fadhil Ustaz Shamsul.
03:08 So, when we know that Surah Al-An'am was sent down in Mecca, but there is also the name of Prophet Musa there.
03:14 Is this a Makkiyah or Madaniyah surah or what?
03:18 [Prayer]
03:29 Today, we would like to see from the 92nd verse about the story of a while ago,
03:35 the people of Quraysh denied that Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala sent down the Qur'an.
03:42 And when we hear this, people might wonder,
03:45 is this a start for a person who denies the revelation of the Qur'an sent down by Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala?
03:52 So, that is the answer to the question posed by Sajfaz earlier.
03:58 There is indeed a view among the scholars about this verse 92,
04:03 which makes it a sign that the surah Al-An'am might have come from Madaniyah surahs.
04:15 The verse 92.
04:17 91.
04:18 I am sorry, it is 91.
04:20 It starts from the statement of Allah, which they said,
04:23 [Prayer]
04:27 Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala never sent down anything to man.
04:33 So, some people say that the word is not just a word that is said by a polytheist.
04:39 That is the first view.
04:40 There are some interpreters who say that it is a statement of some Jews.
04:47 So, when we say that it is a statement of some Jews, where does this statement come from?
04:53 Because after that, it is said about Prophet Musa alaihi salam,
04:57 a Prophet who was very popular among the Israelites,
05:01 especially the Jews who did acknowledge the Prophethood of Prophet Musa alaihi salam at that time,
05:07 even though they did not accept the form of faith and the covenant with the Shariah of Prophet Musa alaihi salam.
05:13 So, is that really the case?
05:16 The second view, if we look at the interpretation of the verse,
05:20 is the view that is called 'Qilah'.
05:22 Qilah is a weak view,
05:24 compared to what has been agreed upon by most of the interpreters.
05:29 That is, this verse is a verse that has been derived from the verse of Makkiah.
05:35 But, if there is such a view, what is the benefit?
05:39 At least, according to those who tried to reconcile these two views,
05:44 they said that the actions of the polytheists did not overlap with the actions of the Jews
05:52 who did not reject the scripture that had been revealed to their Prophet.
05:56 That is, the Torah scripture that had been revealed to Prophet Musa alaihi salam.
06:00 The actions of the Jews at that time did not overlap with the actions of the polytheists.
06:07 That is, it was caused by two main factors.
06:10 One is caused by their ignorance.
06:13 And the other is caused by their stubbornness.
06:17 Both of these factors are in line with the actions of the polytheists
06:20 who at that time rejected the Quran that had been revealed to Prophet Muhammad.
06:26 So, that is the wisdom.
06:28 Why is the statement about Prophet Musa alaihi salam mentioned?
06:31 It is a description to us of what happened to the polytheists
06:36 who rejected Prophet Muhammad.
06:38 It is not a new thing.
06:39 It is the same thing that repeated in the previous episode.
06:43 And that is the role that we can find in today's world.
06:47 The same people who reject the Quran, who do not want to believe in the Quran,
06:52 they do not overlap with the actions of the Jews,
06:55 with the actions of the polytheists who are ignorant and stubborn
06:59 to the truth that is revealed to them.
07:02 Allah knows best.
07:03 Thank you for the statement by Al-Fatihah Al-Shamsul to explain that
07:06 the polytheists are stubborn and arrogant.
07:10 Therefore, they do not overlap with the attributes of the Israelites
07:14 even though Mecca is filled with polytheists.
07:18 And of course, it is a preview of the future of a people
07:23 that will be led by Prophet Muhammad.
07:28 So, to make sure that we are not trapped in the trap of people
07:33 who are rejecting the revelation of Allah,
07:36 we read the 92nd verse and we pay attention together.
07:41 There is a term "Salat" at the end of the 92nd verse
07:44 and we want to hear together what is the meaning of this verse.
07:48 The 92nd verse with Al-Fatihah Al-Shamsul.
07:50 Thank you Al-Fatihah Al-Shamsul.
07:53 Ladies and gentlemen, may Allah's mercy and blessings be upon you.
07:57 We are going to read the 92nd verse.
08:00 Let's try to read together with Taranum Nahawan.

09:17 May Allah's mercy and blessings be upon you.
09:18 The 92nd verse.
09:19 (Reciting)
09:37 In this verse, there is a saying,
09:39 (Reciting)
09:50 We will follow the answer in a while.
09:52 We will take a break.
09:53 We will be back in a while.
09:54 Quran, Salat, Infa'a, Insha'Allah.

14:07 (Reciting)
14:18 (Reciting)
14:22 (Reciting)
14:47 In this form of affirmation, Allah SWT concludes,
14:52 not only the believers, but also their lives,
14:56 must always be accompanied by Salat as one of the pillars of success,
15:01 which Allah SWT has stated in various verses,
15:05 including Surah Al-Mu'minun itself,
15:07 six of the characteristics of a successful believer,
15:10 two of them are about Salat,
15:12 and the third is about the people who are righteous,
15:15 from the beginning of Surah Al-Baqarah,
15:17 which we have heard,
15:18 (Reciting)
15:19 the beginning of the characteristics that Allah has chosen,
15:22 the people who are righteous,
15:23 (Reciting)
15:27 No, it must not be,
15:28 Salat must accompany the life of a believer,
15:31 then the faith is proven.
15:33 If not, we say now,
15:35 the faith that is stated in the mouth,
15:37 but it is not proven,
15:39 this is something dangerous,
15:41 especially for those who are worried about hypocrisy,
15:44 as we know,
15:45 the character of a hypocrite,
15:46 the mouth says he is a believer,
15:48 but in terms of his proof,
15:49 especially in this part of the prayer,
15:51 it is always missed, always failed.
15:54 So we hope that the believers who hear this speech,
15:57 must also do Salat,
15:58 God willing.
15:59 Allah SWT knows.
16:00 In the verse 62,
16:01 (Reciting)
16:03 I have just informed you about Surah Al-Mu'minun,
16:05 (Reciting)
16:07 What is the difference between (Reciting)
16:10 and (Reciting)
16:11 There is a part of the prayer,
16:13 which is given a special emphasis,
16:17 for example in the statement of Allah,
16:19 in the second part of Surah Al-Baqarah,
16:21 Allah says,
16:22 (Reciting)
16:24 You must keep your prayers,
16:26 meaning the whole prayer must be kept,
16:28 but there is a part of the prayer,
16:31 Allah gives a more special emphasis,
16:34 other than the prayer that is prepared,
16:36 because the prayer as stated in another verse,
16:40 (Reciting)
16:44 is a heavy matter,
16:46 and there are times,
16:47 when we are facing it,
16:49 no one can deny that it is a heavy task,
16:53 for example,
16:54 the morning prayer and the afternoon prayer.
16:57 So when Allah mentions the afternoon prayer,
16:59 Allah does not state it as any other prayer,
17:02 from the beginning of the verse,
17:04 (Reciting)
17:06 Keep your prayers,
17:08 (Reciting)
17:10 Allah asks us to keep the afternoon prayer,
17:12 which is mostly stated by the interpreters,
17:14 that it is the original prayer.
17:16 So the maintenance of the prayer,
17:18 is there in its entirety?
17:19 Yes,
17:20 but for the prayer that is so important,
17:23 so special,
17:25 it must be given an emphasis,
17:27 not that we deny other prayers,
17:30 but so that we do not miss it.
17:32 What is the original prayer for?
17:34 People are busy with their daily chores,
17:36 and in the evening,
17:37 they do not have time to finish their chores,
17:38 it will be difficult.
17:39 And that is the most dangerous time,
17:41 at one point,
17:42 the Prophet himself,
17:43 was almost buried during the original prayer,
17:45 because he was busy,
17:46 to defend himself from the enemy's attack,
17:49 in a battle.
17:50 So the Prophet said,
17:51 (Reciting)
17:54 They have also made us busy,
17:56 from the original prayer,
17:57 which should be given more attention,
18:00 because the human care,
18:02 during the prayer,
18:03 is very high,
18:04 like the morning prayer.
18:05 (Reciting)
18:06 Thank you, Ruchak Khan.
18:07 To Al-Fadil Ruchak Samson,
18:08 as an explanation,
18:10 that even though he was busy with his work,
18:12 maybe during the time of the Prophet,
18:14 he was busy with his struggle in religion,
18:16 he could be targeted,
18:18 or he could be humiliated,
18:21 in this prayer,
18:22 and the prayer was raised as high as possible,
18:24 so that the gift should be taken,
18:27 above there,
18:28 compared to when other gifts,
18:30 were given to the Prophet Muhammad,
18:33 to the people of the Prophet,
18:35 peace be upon him.
18:37 We continue with the 93rd verse,
18:39 together we appreciate,
18:41 the last moment of every human's life,
18:44 we read together with Al-Fadil Sassan.
18:46 Ta'ala al-Fadil Sassan,
18:47 Thank you, Al-Fadil Al-Fadil Al-Fadil Al-Fadil Al-Fadil Al-Sham Al-Hakim,
18:50 Al-Sham,
18:51 Mashallah.
18:52 The 33rd verse,
18:53 you all can read it together,
18:55 we want to read it all,
18:56 all of it,
18:58 no discount.
19:00 We will read the 93rd verse together,
19:02 Today, because Samson came far,
19:04 he did not hear the rewards,
19:05 but a lot of mercy.
19:06 Allah is great,
19:07 Mashallah,
19:08 let's try the 93rd verse,
19:10 with the recitation of Taranum Saba,
19:13 A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
19:17 And who is more unjust than he who invents a lie against Allah,
19:26 or says, "It was revealed to me,
19:30 and nothing was revealed to him,
19:44 and whoever says,
19:48 "I will send down the like of what Allah has sent down."
20:02 And if you could see,
20:06 the wrongdoers are in the midst of death,
20:13 and the angels are stretching out their hands,
20:34 saying, "Beware of yourselves.
20:42 Today you will be punished for what you used to say about Allah,
20:55 which is not the truth.
21:06 And you used to be arrogant about His signs."
21:29 Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
21:35 In the 93rd verse, Allah explains about a threat to those who make a lie against Allah,
21:45 saying that they get revelation,
21:48 compared to the revelation given to the Prophet SAW.
21:52 And the angels are stretching out their hands,
21:58 saying, "Get out of yourself,
22:02 and you will be punished for what you used to say about Allah,
22:08 which is not the truth.

23:45 Is there another hadith?
23:49 The second one is the mentality of some of our society,
23:55 which believes that on the night of the 27th of Ramadan,
24:01 the night of the 27th of Likur,
24:03 the soul will return.
24:06 Or on the month of Ramadan, the souls that have passed away,
24:09 will return to their homes to see their children.
24:14 This is not true.
24:17 Sometimes, some of our society prepares a billet.
24:21 Why?
24:23 If it's to show the way, it's okay.
24:26 But if it's to believe,
24:29 there's such a belief that for the angels to come easily,
24:34 or for the souls of the ancestors to return to their homes,
24:39 then this is not true.
24:41 It's contrary to a hadith that is true.

25:47 We're back in My Quran Time, Quran Salat Imfaq.
25:49 Together we're going to review pages 139 and 140 from Surah Al-An'am.
25:54 And we're looking at verse 93,
25:56 where Allah explains about the angels that are
26:00 saying a revelation at the time of Ramaratil Maut,
26:06 when the suffering of death is being translated here.
26:10 Why is Ramaratil Maut used here, not Sakratul Maut,
26:14 or more than that?
26:17 Why is this event highlighted in verse 93?
26:20 If we look at what is said about the sin
26:25 that was committed by the polytheists a while ago,
26:28 which is to say something that Allah SWT
26:33 has not said or stated about the Quran,
26:37 they repeatedly reject the Quran
26:40 by saying stories that are not the accusations
26:43 that have never been made against the Quran.
26:46 And it is a very big sin.
26:49 So, Allah uses the word Sakratul Maut,
26:52 which is something that is already considered heavy for us.
26:56 Sakratul Maut is not an easy event.
26:58 Even for us to say that Prophet SAW
27:01 had never faced Sakratul Maut.
27:04 It is an event that has been seen through the eyes of a polytheist.
27:08 He had never faced Sakratul Maut.
27:11 He was put his hands in the water,
27:14 put on his head,
27:16 and then he was drowning in the water at the time of the death.
27:19 The heavyness of Sakratul Maut.
27:21 But Allah does not use the word Sakratul Maut,
27:24 even if it is a rare event that happens to humans
27:28 other than those who face it.
27:31 But for people who commit such a crime,
27:35 Allah wants to make it heavier,
27:39 more difficult, more difficult than the usual Sakarat.
27:43 If the word Sakratul Maut is used,
27:46 people may consider the death of the oppressors
27:48 is the same as the death of others.
27:51 So, the situation is put in a different way
27:54 so that they know what they will face.
27:57 It is a situation that is far worse,
28:00 more difficult than the situation of most people.
28:03 If we look at verse 93,
28:06 Allah has put Sakratul Maut in a different way.
28:10 Even if we say that in our normal life,
28:13 we may have visited people who committed adultery
28:16 and seen their situation in some apparent situations.
28:19 But for these evil people,
28:22 Allah has made their situation worse,
28:24 namely the coming of angels,
28:26 what was done by angels,
28:28 what was said by angels,
28:30 to add to the effect of people who commit these atrocities
28:34 so that their fear comes to them
28:37 and other people from following their path.
28:40 If we look at the origin of the word Zamarat,
28:44 it is a situation that is only described
28:48 when people want to be weak.
28:51 When people are heading towards weakness,
28:53 the word is "gharik",
28:55 the beginning of the weak people
28:57 will be covered by water little by little.
29:00 People who are not weak suddenly become strong.
29:03 But the water that covers them
29:06 will come little by little
29:08 and at that time,
29:10 they will not be able to get out of that weakness.
29:13 That is what is called Zamarat.
29:15 That is what is called "yarumu".
29:17 What is "yarumu"?
29:18 It is something that is cloudy.
29:20 If we call a cloudy cloud, it is cloudy.
29:22 When it is covered,
29:23 that area will definitely be covered with rain.
29:26 So, people who are facing this Zamarat,
29:29 when death comes,
29:31 death will cover them
29:33 and they will try to get out of that situation
29:36 with all their efforts.
29:38 If they have everything,
29:40 at that time,
29:41 they will definitely commit.
29:42 But we know that when death comes to humans,
29:45 no one can escape it.
29:47 And death is not an ordinary death.
29:50 It is accompanied by torment.
29:52 The angels will come and hit them
29:54 to get them out
29:56 with a forced way
29:57 after they are not ready to die.
29:59 Because they know that the death that will come to them
30:02 will be accompanied by a worse torment.
30:04 So, in that situation,
30:06 their refusal to let their lives come out
30:09 until they are forced to be hit
30:11 to get out of that situation,
30:13 just like what Allah has determined,
30:15 that death will not be delayed for even a moment.
30:18 So, this is the retribution for those
30:20 who have committed a great sin
30:23 to Allah's verses,
30:25 which is to do something that is not there
30:27 from what Allah has sent down
30:29 to our Prophet Muhammad SAW.
30:32 Thank you, Rishab Khan.
30:33 To our audience,
30:34 please explain what is meant by Zamarat
30:37 as a separation from the death chakra
30:39 that is faced by every human being.
30:41 But this Zamarat,
30:42 the terror that happened at that time,
30:45 the sick people,
30:46 if they are sitting,
30:47 sick,
30:48 even if they are sick,
30:49 they are already tormented.
30:50 What else is this?
30:51 What is it related to?
30:52 Angels who are indeed
30:53 trembling,
30:54 because what?
30:55 Because these people
30:56 are trembling to the truth
30:58 that is there when they are alive
31:00 and not afraid of the Creator.
31:03 We continue with the 94th verse,
31:06 where Allah states about
31:09 how our journey to Allah.
31:12 If we say that we have many followers,
31:15 we have many followers and so on,
31:17 apparently all those followers
31:19 will leave us
31:21 and we will definitely leave them.
31:24 The 94th verse with Fadhil Ustaz Taramizi.
31:26 Thank you, Fadhil Ustaz Fazlul,
31:28 Fadhil Ustaz Shamsul Hakim.
31:30 Ladies and gentlemen,
31:31 I am Ibn Bondar,
31:32 I am Ibn Kasid,
31:33 may Allah's mercy be upon him.
31:34 We have reached the 94th verse,
31:36 the last verse, page 139.
31:39 We will read it together.
31:41 Inshallah, maybe at the end,
31:43 we will be able to hear
31:45 the voice of Al-Fadhil Ustaz Shamsul Hakim.
31:47 He is our imam,
31:48 our Tesohur,
31:49 Tarawih Subhanallah.
31:51 May I say it, Fadhil?
31:52 Yes, that is what we want to hear.
31:53 Yes, thank you.
31:54 I am grateful.
31:55 I will read the 94th verse first.
31:57 We will try with Taranum Sikah,
31:59 Inshallah.
32:00 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
32:04 And you have come to Us alone,
32:09 as We created you the first time,
32:16 and you left that which We had made you,
32:29 behind your backs.
32:36 And what will be with you your intercessors
32:46 who you claimed that they were partners in you?
32:58 They have parted from you,
33:04 and you have left behind
33:08 that which you claimed.
33:19 Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
33:25 Allah Almighty has told us that
33:28 we will leave,
33:29 we will meet Allah alone.
33:32 As We created you the first time.
33:34 As We created you the first time.
33:39 And Allah has stressed,
33:40 And you have left behind that which You claimed.
33:44 What does 'Khawwalnaakum' mean here?
33:46 The word 'Khawwalnaakum',
33:48 if we look at the translation of this word,
33:51 it is said,
33:52 'At-Tafabburu Bil'Ata'
33:55 'At-Tafabburu Bil'Ata'
33:57 'Something that Allah has given more than His creation.'
34:00 Meaning,
34:01 what Allah has given to mankind,
34:04 is something that is more than other creatures.
34:09 Where as to humans,
34:10 Allah has given us the ego,
34:12 Allah has given us reason,
34:13 half of the creatures,
34:15 Allah has given us the ego without reason.
34:18 And we are given the choice to enjoy
34:20 all kinds of blessings of Allah,
34:22 compared to other creatures,
34:24 for example, angels,
34:25 they cannot choose,
34:26 they can only obey.
34:28 Allah's command is 'Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala'.
34:31 But what about mankind?
34:33 Allah has given us this advantage,
34:35 sometimes it makes us forget,
34:38 that everything that we acquire
34:40 when we make that choice,
34:42 it still comes from Allah's grace,
34:44 which will be returned to its owner,
34:48 that is Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.
34:50 So the word 'Khawwalna'
34:53 means Allah wants us to remember,
34:55 whatever Allah has given us
34:57 from the advantages of this world,
34:59 we will leave everything behind,
35:02 what we choose from the righteous deeds,
35:06 that is also among the advantages
35:07 that Allah has given to us,
35:09 that is what we will bring with us,
35:11 when we meet Allah again.
35:14 Allah knows best.
35:15 Thank you, Hj. Fadhil Hussain,
35:17 for explaining about Khawwalna.
35:19 This is a blessing that Allah has given,
35:21 that Allah has covered us with,
35:22 meaning that He has covered us,
35:24 and if we just cover ourselves,
35:26 we don't want to cover ourselves with our deeds,
35:29 then all the things that are in this world
35:32 will be left behind,
35:33 when we are given a blessing,
35:35 like clothes,
35:36 all of it is finished,
35:37 with wealth and so on,
35:39 but what will be brought
35:40 is the righteous deeds,
35:42 which are directed to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.
35:45 We will take a short break,
35:47 and we will be back after this
35:48 to see page 140 of Quran Time,
35:50 Quran Salat Infaq.
