00:00One question has been asked that our residence is in the village but in Karachi, which is at a distance of Shari.
00:08The question is that when we do not come with the intention of 15 days, but after coming, we stay for a month, then there will be shortcomings.
00:14But when we come to the same place again, then there will be full or shortcomings.
00:17Because without intention, more than 15 days have been established.
00:20So in this case, will there be a delay or not? Please answer.
00:24The question is not clear. I will mention a few basic points.
00:29It is necessary to have the intention of staying for 15 days at least once in order to establish a place of residence.
00:38It is necessary to have the intention of staying for 15 days or more than 15 days at least once in order to establish a place of residence.
00:54If we come without the intention of 15 days and coincidentally stay for more than 15 days, then this place will not become a place of residence.
01:03And until a place of residence is established, there will be shortcomings.
01:07Please understand this point clearly.
01:09The second important point is that if a person lives in Karachi for a long period of time,
01:16if he is a permanent employee, then he goes to the village and there is a legal distance between the village and Karachi.
01:22In such a case, when he goes to his village, will he offer the full prayer or half prayer?
01:28Please understand this point clearly.
01:31In such a case, if he goes to the village and has the intention of staying permanently,
01:37then whenever he goes to the village, he will offer the full prayer.
01:44Whether he goes for 2 days or 4 days, 15 days or more.
01:48But if he does not have the intention of staying permanently in the village,
01:54then in such a case, whenever he goes to the village, if the distance is less than 15 days,
01:59then in such a case, he will offer the half prayer.
02:01If the distance is more than 15 days, then he will offer the full prayer.
02:04I hope the issue is clear.
