00:00I'm very happy that morning everyone and welcome to today's workout and today we will do a very basic level of beginner arm circles, arm swings and upper body movements.
00:13So let's get started. So let's start our workout with simple arm circles.
00:18For this, you will open your hands well, squeeze your navel inwards.
00:23When you open your hands outward, take a long deep breath inwards.
00:28And after that, while breathing out and breathing in, we will slowly make circles with our arms.
00:36So you will do 3 sets of both clockwise and anticlockwise and do 15 reps.
00:42Let's intensify this a little more.
00:44We will do forward and back swinging of our arms.
00:49Take a long deep breath in and out.
00:56Again, do a minimum of 10-15 reps and 2-3 sets.
