00:29It's late in the regular season, very late, and they are actually just started the first
00:34round of the playoffs.
00:36And they completely, completely glossed over the declaring eligible game from Taylor Decker
00:45and Skipper, the Cowboys game for the Lions.
00:47Didn't talk about it.
00:48Didn't talk about it at all.
00:49Didn't even mention it.
00:51And to me, this is a huge problem.
00:54And I knew this already going into a lot of these quote unquote documentaries and all
00:57access and behind the scenes, but this just magnified it even more that although we're
01:03getting access we didn't have before, they're only showing us what they want to show us.
01:08They're editing, they're controlling the narrative, and that's fine.
01:11But the NFL has to okay this stuff, and they didn't okay that.
01:15Probably because they were wrong.
01:17They probably screwed up, the refs probably screwed up, whatever it was, whatever reason
01:20it was, they didn't put it in there because it made the NFL look bad.
01:23It made the Shield look bad.
01:25And because of that, I find this this receiver now Netflix show really tainted to be honest

01:32I mean, look, it bothered me.
01:34It obviously did.
01:37The truth is we we call it reality TV behind the scenes, but it is heavily edited.
01:46And if that's the only way we're going to get this stuff, so be it.

01:55They basically just decided we're not we're not doing this.
01:57And they, you know, anything that was was interesting, they tried to highlight that
02:05seemed like it was a big part of the season and would be considered rather interesting.

02:10And part of the show at that point is they're talking about teams trying to get the number
02:14one seed and seeding in the playoffs like the Niners, of course, end up with the one
02:17seed.
02:18Spoiler alert, people.
02:20But they were watching other games.
02:22The Lions were in that mix.
02:24They're all like ten and four at one point.
02:26You know, it's so it's not like, oh, there's no need to put this in here.
02:30There was that need.
02:31There was just the need that that was a big NFL story.
02:34It's not like they didn't have St. Brown or CD Landau.
02:36They had one of the receivers involved in that game, miked up other players, I'm sure.
02:43So that bothered me.
02:44That's all.

02:46It was a huge part of the season and, you know, it could have cost the Lions the number
02:49one seed when it was all said and done.
02:51And that's not a small deal.
02:52That should be the goal this year is to be the number one seed in the NFC and play that
02:56San Francisco game at Ford Field.

03:08They didn't talk about it at all.
03:10They didn't even mention it.
03:13So I'm not quite as hostile about it as you are.
03:17I mean, you said the show is now tainted for you, but it's definitely tainted.

03:25But but in the moment, in the moment, that was, yeah, it's bothering me.
