00:07The President said this in his Address to the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning or ARAL Act today.

00:21President R. Marcos Jr. insisted that it is important to accept the challenges in education and to lay out the necessary steps.
00:30Under the ARAL law, the right of Filipino youth to have a quality education and to make it accessible for all is more important.
00:43Under the law, the creation of the Libre National Intervention Program helps those who find it difficult to study to meet the required standards for their grade level.
00:56The Department of Education will implement the ARAL program that aims to improve the ability of students
01:04to meet the required standards in reading and mathematics from grade 1 to grade 10, and in science from grade 3 to grade 10.
