00:52Here, the Philippine National Police and Bureau of Fire Protection were also ordered to assist in the evacuation while the DSWD will oversee the relief distribution.
01:04Teodoro insisted that it is important to be proactive, especially since the effects of the León Flood have been seen and the government has always desired zero casualties.
01:16According to NDRRMC's latest report, the number of people affected by the León Flood rose to 125.
