00:00The truth of the matter is, as far as I know, we have constituted a committee to create this law.
00:13As far as I know, the committee has made many excuses, 22-23 times.
00:20Even after receiving various opinions from the people, 22-23 times,
00:28the drafts have been changed, changed, changed.
00:32Even at night, in a matter of a minute or two,
00:34the committee has thought of various ways to create this law in a way that does not cause inconvenience to the common people.
00:43It was late in that direction,
00:47but if the law had to be introduced in the assembly,
00:51if some law had to be imposed on the people, on the common people,
00:56it would not have taken so long, Mr. President.

02:31Because only after the court has decided, we can discuss it.
