00:50Honor to the Mobile Work Congress 2025.
00:53Alfa Plan and Artificial Intelligence redefine the future tech.
01:00An ambitious technological project born at the end of 2023,
01:04of expansion and development of its Olsenigo plant,
01:07in which it will aim to double the production capacity
01:10and finance the traffic closely linked to the increase in the price of cocoa.
01:14This is the first step of the new governance of Ica Maccioccolato,
01:17the leading company in Italy in the production of chocolate and in the processing of cocoa,
01:22which has announced two important financial operations for a total of 86 million euros,
01:27which have involved San Paolo Intesa and a pool of credit institutions,
01:30consisting of deposit and loan fund, Agricol Credit and the People's Bank of Sondrio.
01:35An investment on the great potential of the company's expansion,
01:38to feed growth in a market context made complex
01:41by the uncontrolled increase in the costs of raw materials, cocoa in particular.
01:4630 million have been dedicated to financing the traffic,
01:5140 million are dedicated to the development of the new plant,
01:56which will increase the production capacity from 30,000 tons of chocolate to 50,000 tons of chocolate,
02:07doubling the modeling lines and, in particular,
02:12towards the market, provides for the expansion of both the Academy and the Innovation Center,
02:20aimed at the study and innovation of products.
02:25The last part of 16 million euros was instead a simple refinancing
02:32of the old financing of Mediolungo, which has been updated.
02:36The new governance, defined in the summer of 2024,
02:40sees Adelio Crippa as the Delegate Administrator and the entry of the third generation
02:44of the Agostoni-Vanini family into the CDA of the company.
02:47Giovanni Agostoni, elected president, Luca Agostoni,
02:50operating in the company in the role of Production Director
02:53and Sara Agostoni in the double role of Purchasing Director and responsible for CSR.
02:58It is clear that this new board aims to bring innovation
03:07and other push to the development of the company,
03:10which will be carried out in particular with an activity that we have already talked about,
03:18which is the expansion of the production capacity,
03:21in anticipation of expansive programs that will certainly characterize this generation
03:30together, obviously, in the core of the strategies already outlined in the past years,
03:38aimed at sustainability and the care of the industry.
03:44ICANN boasts a constant growth in the years that, in 2024,
03:47led it to exceed 300 million in invoices,
03:50with the export that represents about 60% of its business.
03:54This immediately gives the idea of how this company continues its development,
04:01especially on the foreign market.
04:04In particular, the development sectors where we will focus more,
04:11even in the coming years, will be the ingredients sector,
04:15that is, the supply of chocolate to professional customers,
04:20together, in parallel, with the retail market, that is, the modern channel,
04:25and in particular, developing a little our characteristic,
04:30very connected to being chain partners in the production of products to their brand.
04:39Close the Gap, the project that testifies to the commitment of COP
04:42for gender equality and inclusion, turns 5 years old.
04:45On the occasion of the 2025 edition of the project,
04:48COP launches the campaign Dire Fare Amare,
04:51with which it aims to enlighten the thinkers
04:53on the need to introduce education to school relations.
04:57This year, the big news, important, complex,
05:01that we want to launch to the whole world, to all stakeholders,
05:06is to reason and commit on the subject of sentimental education.
05:13Sentimental education to be inserted in the world of school,
05:17with training towards teachers, but essential to help young people
05:22to learn, in addition to the ABC of grammar, also the ABC of feelings,
05:27and have better tools to enter a world of less individual relationship and more collective.
05:34During the event, COP also presented the latest progress data
05:38of the commitment of COP for gender equality and inclusion,
05:41such as gender certifications UNI 125,
05:44the inclusion of women victims of violence in the world of work,
05:48and the results of the investigation in the school of affections,
05:51carried out in collaboration with NOMISMA.
05:53We have worked a lot to build questions that would allow to collect
05:58the totality of attitudes and behaviors of people,
06:02a certified champion, therefore representative of the population,
06:05compared to the question we were investigating,
06:08which we have particularly focused on as the need for education to relations
06:14as a discipline that is part of the school experience.
06:18This for us has been very important and interesting,
06:21because education to relations somehow becomes the focal point
06:25in which a whole series of dimensions fall,
06:28which include both the intervention in situations that already present criticism,
06:33and the possibility of preventing a whole series of dimensions,
06:37and above all they offer, through the school experience
06:41and the intervention of psychologists and psychologists,
06:44they offer the family the possibility of having an interlocution
06:47with respect to issues that in a complex society,
06:50such as the one in which we live, cannot be reduced to trivializations.
06:55From the survey, awareness has emerged from the families
06:58on the importance of the presence of sexual education courses in schools.
07:02At the same time, however, families are concerned
07:05that these issues may be treated superficially.
07:09It is a fair concern that is overcome knowing that the staff
07:15and the way of doing these courses, of transmitting these knowledge and skills
07:20is correct.
07:22We have the guidelines of the WHO, which have been designed and studied
07:26by a multidisciplinary group of super professionals in the field,
07:31who have conceived these guidelines according to age and age group.
07:36Each age group has its own skills to acquire.
07:41It is an experimented protocol.
07:44We cannot talk about neutrality, because nothing is neutral,
07:47but it is very scientific, it is also very safe and welcoming
07:53in the way of transmitting the skills.
07:59Phillip Morris International launches in Italy the new Zin nicotine bags,
08:03thus diversifying the offer of non-combustible products
08:06for those adult smokers who otherwise would continue to smoke cigarettes.
08:10Zin, the world's first brand of nicotine bags,
08:13in fact, adds to the non-combustible products of Phillip Morris International,
08:17already the market leader, Icos and Viv.
08:19Composed of cellulose sachets, without tobacco,
08:22the Zin nicotine bags do not produce smoke, steam, ash or odor.
08:27A product that will be launched in Italy with five different variants,
08:32with different levels of nicotine, also to meet the different needs
08:36of Italian consumers.
08:38Zin is absolutely a product that is born for adult smokers,
08:42so we think that the characteristics of this product are ideal for those smokers
08:48who are looking for a nicotine consumption that is preferred for them
08:54and in some way it allows them to live in mobility,
09:01in greater freedom of their day.
09:04International experiences in other countries, such as Sweden and the United States,
09:08show the role that this category of product can have
09:11to accelerate the conversion of smokers to non-combustible products.
09:16Talking instead of sachets, sachets with nicotine or sachets with tobacco,
09:20their impact has been huge in countries such as Sweden,
09:24the Swedish population.
09:26The national figures of the National Research Institute
09:29show that the incidence of diseases such as lung cancer in Sweden
09:35is 50% lower than in other European countries.
09:39We know that lung cancer is unfortunately a very common disease.
09:43To reach the goal of a world without smoke,
09:46Philip Morris International allocates almost all investments
09:49to the research and development of non-combustible products.
09:53We are focusing almost exclusively on new types of products,
09:59products without smoke, such as e-cigarettes, hot tobacco
10:03and now the nicotine sachets.
10:05And as far as investments are concerned, we are already virtually at 100%,
10:08that is, we are at 90% of the research and development
10:11and since 2008 we have invested over 14 billion dollars
10:16to ensure that these products are complete
10:19and are given to the consumer in a short time.
10:25On the subject of smoking, we have to do a lot more.
10:28The global educational village needs parents, schools, educators,
10:32and institutions all united around the centrality of the safety of our children.
10:36It is the appeal launched by the Director General of the Italian Parents' Movement,
10:40MOIGE, on the occasion of the conclusive event of the Young Generations project,
10:44promoted by MOIGE with the sponsorship of the Lazio region,
10:47with the aim of training young people on the risks of improper use of technology,
10:52providing them with concrete tools to combat bullying and cyberbullying.
10:57Unfortunately, we are dying of bullying,
10:59so we have to give our children concrete tools to respond to these attacks.
11:05It is a challenge that sees us all committed,
11:08but we have to do more, we need more resources, more training,
11:12more migrant activities, to remember that this is a phenomenon
11:16that, if not managed immediately, with care, with professionalism,
11:20can lead to dangerous results.
11:23Phenomena such as bullying and cyberbullying
11:26are, in fact, one of the main modern challenges for parents.
11:30The safety of our children through better control,
11:34better use of the network, of social networks, is one of the issues.
11:40So, on this, I believe that there is a need for an ever-increasing comparison
11:45with the entire educational community, therefore parents and teachers,
11:50and on the other hand, also a capacity to listen to our young people,
11:54with the young generations.
11:55This is a society that is constantly evolving,
11:57it is changing at a speed that we were not ready for and used to.
12:02So, on this, we need to reflect, because it is perhaps the mother of all challenges.
12:07Initiatives such as this, for the Vice President of the Commission for Training,
12:11School and Policy for Young People and Equal Opportunities,
12:14Iannarelli, must constitute an example of excellence
12:17for the awareness on the subject, not only of young people and families,
12:21but also of institutions.
12:22I am here to embrace a way of making education comprehensive, healthy,
12:28for the deep good of our young people,
12:31in this very complex phase of society and the development of media and social networks
12:38that involve the growth of our young people.
12:41These are strategic topics for the education of young people,
12:45especially in a context where digitization is developing more and more rapidly.
12:50We, as an institution, must try to follow these trends
12:59and specifically avoid bullying and cyberbullying,
13:04which are a plague today of our families.
13:07The commitment of Regione Lazio for the training of young people against bullying
13:11also applies to the T-Rispetto project.
13:14We wanted to enter schools to teach the culture of respect,
13:20because it is a cultural problem.
13:22Young people must understand that with respect,
13:25violence against women and discrimination against anyone is fought.
13:31So it is essential to teach this culture from young generations,
13:36but I mean together with teachers and families.
13:41More than 300 experts have gathered in Trieste
13:45to discuss the scientific and management challenges to be faced
13:49to build a society resilient to environmental risks.
13:52A theme that is at least current in a historical moment
13:55in which we are witnessing the increasingly present effects,
13:58sometimes devastating, of climate change.
14:01The occasion of the meeting, organized by the National Institute of Oceanography
14:05and Geophysical and Experimental Sciences, the OGS,
14:08was the RETURN project, financed by the PNRR.
14:12A project involving universities, research institutions,
14:15competence centers, private companies and the Department of Civil Protection.
14:19RETURN, through the transversal skills of each actor,
14:23aims to strengthen national research on environmental risks.
14:27The idea was to look for an approach that was not monodisciplinary,
14:31but multidisciplinary.
14:33The key word is multi-risk.
14:36And it is a very difficult thing,
14:38because where there are risks, there are holes of knowledge that must be filled.
14:42There is a lot to do, both in terms of understanding how best to monitor,
14:47and in terms of understanding how best, in a more efficient way,
14:51to allocate our resources for management,
14:54both on the emergency scale, two or three days,
14:57typical of some events, such as floods,
15:00and on the longer scale, months or years,
15:03which serve to plan things such as chronic pollution,
15:07or the effects of chronic pollution.
15:09Research and technological innovation are the pillars
15:12on which to base the development of effective tools
15:15that are positioned even before resilience.
15:18Tools capable of assessing the risks of natural disasters,
15:21predicting their impact and improving response and adaptation.
15:25We are not able to predict precisely what will happen in the future,
15:29but we are able to say many things.
15:31These things, however, must take into account all the uncertainties
15:35that we are aware of.
15:37For example, uncertainties related to the intrinsic variability
15:42of the process that generates these events,
15:44and also to the limited knowledge of the process itself.
15:47Well, a reasonable estimate that is also useful for society
15:52in relation to the occurrence of these natural disaster events
15:55must take into account in an adequate way
15:58both these types of uncertainties.
16:00In the RETURN project, there is a part of didactic training
16:03that contains highly updated research content
16:06on the issues of risk and civil protection.
16:09Training is a decisive factor because it allows to broaden,
16:13to spread the principles, the conceptions and also the results
16:19of a research activity that otherwise would often result
16:23in a level of communication with the technical staff
16:29and with society that is less relevant than what we are trying to do.
16:35In emergency management, in long-term planning,
16:38civil protection has a crucial role.
16:41Inside it, highly trained people are therefore necessary.
16:45We are interested in having professionals in many sectors,
16:48from law to engineering to geology,
16:51who know the aspects of risk and risk reduction,
16:55so that they can bring this experience into their professions.
16:59And this allows us to have qualified personnel
17:02in all sectors of the activities and therefore reduce
17:05in the future the conditions of risk.
17:09Making the city the size of a woman,
17:11also declining its roads to safety in pink,
17:14allowing women of all ages to feel free,
17:17to move between monuments and buildings without fear
17:20is what Lecce is committed to do,
17:22chosen as the first step for the 2025 Innamorati di Te.
17:26The itinerant project is self-organized by Codera Italia,
17:30a multinational reference in the legal game sector
17:33to speak of contrast to gender violence.
17:36The capitol Salentino was chosen because it became part
17:39of the national network Città delle Donne,
17:42born in 2019 to unite big cities and small towns
17:45and create a common social identity.
17:48The meeting was hosted in Palazzo Carafa
17:50and involved those who are daily committed
17:52to safeguarding security and legality.
17:55The Garabinieri's weapon is committed in the foreground
17:58in the contrast to gender violence in all its forms.
18:01And it does so on multiple fronts,
18:04both on the front of prevention and repression,
18:07but also on the enrichment of its own formation,
18:10of the formation of its personnel and the structures
18:12that it has been equipped with over time
18:14to support the territorial weapon
18:16in managing any case of gender violence.
18:18If prevention is the road to take to guarantee security,
18:21it is also necessary to know how to anticipate
18:23the threshold of protection of victims,
18:25a task that awaits police and prefectural forces.
18:28And in Lecce and in the province,
18:30580 generic radio-connected surveillance devices
18:33have been activated to avoid crimes such as family abuse,
18:36which have recorded a sharp increase.
18:38It becomes essential not to remain silent
18:40and address those who work to counteract violence and discrimination.
18:44She is a parity councillor and an institutional figure
18:47appointed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies,
18:51coordinated by the province of Lecce,
18:54and as such she takes care of extrajudicial support,
19:00in an extrajudicial and judicial way,
19:02to all the citizens,
19:04who for reasons of work have suffered discrimination.
19:08Innamoratività has become over time
19:10a laboratory in which different voices
19:12face each other and build ideas and projects
19:14to protect women.
19:16Codere al fianco delle donne
19:18is now more than ten years old.
19:20A project that was born,
19:22let's say, on the wave of enthusiasm,
19:24of a sponsorship,
19:26of a photographic exhibition,
19:28which then became a commitment.
19:30I was convinced, in time,
19:32that we must be first.
19:34That's why the title of this,
19:36I want to say,
19:38workshop is Innamorati di te.
19:40Because until we,
19:42in some remote area of our mind,
19:44think we are less,
19:46that less will condemn us forever.
19:49So I say it as a mother,
19:51I say it as a woman,
19:52I say it as a friend.
19:54The task of women,
19:56together with men,
19:58is to ensure that events like this
20:00are no longer necessary.
20:02The goal is this.
20:04And to mobilize against gender violence
20:06there is also Lecce Calcio,
20:08and the Italian Federico Aschirotto.
20:10The contrast to any form of violence
20:12against women is a theme dear to us.
20:14We cannot remain silent
20:16in the face of violence.
20:18It is important to raise awareness
20:20on this topic, and we footballers
20:22promote a culture of respect
20:24and awareness.
20:28At the Mobile World Congress 2025
20:30in Barcelona,
20:32Honor unveiled Alpha Plan,
20:34an ambitious initiative
20:36that aims to transform the company
20:38from a smartphone manufacturer
20:40to a global leader in devices
20:42based on artificial intelligence.
20:44The plan, supported by an investment
20:46of 10 billion dollars,
20:48aims to create a future
20:50where AI is integrated
20:52in every aspect of user experience.
20:54The CEO, James Lee,
20:56underlined the importance
20:58of a collaborative and open approach,
21:00inviting sector partners
21:02to join forces to develop
21:04a system in which different operating systems
21:06can communicate harmoniously.
21:08Honor's commitment to consumers
21:10is realized in an unprecedented
21:12software support,
21:14seven years of Android updates
21:16and security for the Honor Magic series,
21:18starting with the Magic 7 Pro model,
21:20a strong sign of attention
21:22to longevity
21:24and device security.
21:26Honor has presented
21:28four key AI technologies
21:30intended to revolutionize
21:32the human device,
21:34including a personal mobile agent
21:36based on a graphical interface
21:38developed in collaboration
21:40with Google Cloud and Qualcomm
21:42and AI DeepFake detection
21:44for greater security and privacy protection.
21:46These innovations
21:48are translated into a new range
21:50of products presented at MWC,
21:52the powerful MagicBook Pro 14,
21:54the versatile Pad V9
21:56for learning and productivity,
21:58the elegant Watch 5 Ultra
22:00and for fitness the AirBuds Open
22:02with integrated AI translation.
22:04Today, with our product,
22:06our Alpha Plan project,
22:08we are talking about an ecosystem
22:10that must embrace many products
22:12of the industry, to which we ask
22:14to join us in this project,
22:16where we have already made
22:18a very strong investment.
22:20Obviously, the partnerships
22:22that we are developing are worldwide,
22:24but they also find a reflection
22:26in the local and Italian reality.
22:28We have a very strong partnership
22:30with Google, rather than with Qualcomm.
22:32Obviously, all the operators
22:34of the sector, with whom
22:36we form partnerships,
22:38to ensure that the positioning
22:40of our brand and the expression
22:42of our strategy can reach the end user.
