00:00E-Way faces the issue of taxation at the E-Way Tax Update 2025.
00:27ICT presented the second ICT research-innovation report in Italy.
00:31Samsung Unpacked 2025 series Galaxy S25 revolutionizes artificial intelligence smartphones.
00:39Migration from social phenomenon to identity factor.
00:42In Rome, the event of IMPSEI Fondazione Migrantes.
00:47Facing the changes in the relationship between tax and taxpayer,
00:54the future IVA reform and the tax implications of extraordinary operations,
00:59analyzing subsequently the tax consequences of agile working,
01:04according to the recommendations of the OXE study table and the recent trends of tax checks at the domestic and international level.
01:12These are the main themes discussed in the course of the E-Way Tax Update 2025 event.
01:18Tax reform, challenges and opportunities for companies,
01:22which has brought together illustrious personalities of the sector,
01:24such as the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Finance Guard, Assonime and companies.
01:30The challenges of direct tax today are to embrace change,
01:33to evolve at the same time, to change in a more collaborative tax-tax ratio,
01:40to face increasingly pressing internal requirements,
01:43to face a pressure on costs,
01:46to face a crisis of talent and young collaborators.
01:51And here is the artificial intelligence that can help.
01:53It can help in compliance, it can help in the replacement of tasks,
01:58freeing time from available resources and it can also help in the compression of costs,
02:02in order to concentrate on following the change and revolve in the role of tax function.
02:08During the event, it was also discussed the role of compliance institutions
02:13in the relationship between tax and taxpayers.
02:15As in all situations, the implementation of reforms is always left,
02:20after the regulatory phase, in the hands of those who must act on it.
02:24And certainly the operating margins of the financial administration are very wide.
02:29Therefore, the compliance institutions, which are many,
02:34are not only those called compliance,
02:36that is, the strengthening of the cooperative,
02:38but there are many other institutions,
02:40that is, the implementation and strengthening of the interpellation,
02:43the implementation of the simplified consultation service,
02:47where they will be carried out in homage to the principles of the Delegate Law,
02:52therefore in the interest of the protection of taxpayers
02:54and the strengthening of preventive compliance,
02:57they will certainly be elements and points of strength
03:01in the scope of the strengthening of the relationship between tax and taxpayers,
03:06inspired by the principles of transparency and collaboration.
03:09The Deputy Director General and Director of the Tax Office of Astonime
03:13has illustrated the opportunities and the gaps of the new re-alignment regimes.
03:18With the reform, the re-alignment regimes have been completely reorganized.
03:22Today there is a unique discipline, certainly easier to manage.
03:27With the possibility of re-aligning separately between IRES and IRAP,
03:32the system is certainly more coordinated,
03:34because the deadlines that were previously unaligned are now re-aligned,
03:39shortening those that were probably excessively long,
03:43but above all extending those that were difficult to apply.
03:47Liquids have worsened from this point of view, there is no doubt,
03:52but the global re-alignment has been unlocked,
03:54which is basically always feasible.
04:01The second edition of the ICT Research and Innovation Report in Italy
04:05was presented in Rome at the Palazzo dell'Informazione,
04:09carried out by Anitech Assinform in collaboration with APRE,
04:13the Agency for the Promotion of European Research.
04:16The aim is to improve the country's competitiveness
04:19in the face of global technological challenges.
04:22We have already improved if we compare it to the past Quadro Programme,
04:26so certainly the ICT in its entirety,
04:29because in reality it is an extremely vast world, is growing.
04:33Can we do more? Of course, we can always do more,
04:36we can certainly aim and imagine to regain one or two positions
04:40compared to the European ranking, which always sees us around the top 3-4.
04:45The areas are a little more complex,
04:48but it also depends a lot on what the priorities are,
04:51which the Commission sometimes puts aside.
04:54Also in 2022, the ICT sector is a vital pillar
04:57for the competitiveness of the Italian economy,
05:00winning first place for the volume of investments
05:03in research and development in Tramuros
05:05and projecting the country to pre-pandemic levels.
05:08There are data that must make us optimistic.
05:12Last year Italy was the fourth exporting country in the world
05:17and managed to surpass Japan, which was a myth of exports 20 years ago,
05:21and we have become better than Japan,
05:24even though it is a country with 60 million inhabitants compared to 120.
05:28But the competition does not end there, the competition continues
05:32and if we want to continue on this competitive path,
05:36we have to enrich our factories of technology,
05:39enrich our products of science and technology.
05:43The second part of the Anitech-Assinform relationship
05:46offers a detailed analysis of the emerging sector of quantum technologies,
05:50highlighting their revolutionary potential
05:53and their centrality for digital evolution.
05:56There are several, for example, quantum communications
05:59can provide us with absolute security of encrypted communications,
06:03so we send the credit card number for an online purchase
06:06and no one can steal it, our medical data and so on.
06:10Quantum sensors will allow us to make great progress in medical diagnostics,
06:16for example, we can measure the activity of a single neuron in real time,
06:20or for magnetic resonance, to have increasingly precise images,
06:24or even in the measurement of time that is used in satellite navigation
06:29to be able to have a precision of centimeters or even millimeters
06:33in knowing the position of a car, also for autonomous driving,
06:36and many others in volcanology to measure,
06:39for example, the prediction of eruptions and earthquakes.
06:47The new Galaxy S25 series by Samsung Electronics,
06:50presented with the long-awaited and usual Samsung Impact event,
06:54rewrites the rules of user experience thanks to artificial intelligence.
06:58Equipped with multi-modal AI tools,
07:01the new Galaxy S25 bring the capabilities of Galaxy AI to a higher level
07:06with an advanced AI elaboration directly on the device
07:10and represent the first step in Samsung's vision
07:13to change the way users interact with their smartphones
07:17and with the world around them.
07:19Just a voice command to identify a specific photo in the gallery
07:23or a touch of the side button to activate Gemini
07:26and make it perform transversal actions between apps in a fluid way,
07:30or still, you can be guided during the day with Now Brief,
07:34which offers tempestuous suggestions
07:36accessible on the block screen via Now Bar.
07:39Samsung presents, as every year, the new flagship Galaxy S25.
07:44Last year we introduced for the first time with S24
07:48the artificial intelligence on smartphones.
07:51With S25 we take a step further,
07:55being able to give artificial intelligence
07:58an even more fluid, simple, conversational connotation.
08:03This is thanks to some innovations in particular.
08:07The first is the multi-modality.
08:09S25 is able to perfectly understand the context in which requests occur
08:14because it understands voices, videos, sounds, texts,
08:19but also files, PDFs, anything.
08:22And the second important innovation is the power of agents, AI agents,
08:28and this allows S25 to perform even complex tasks
08:33that can go from one app to another.
08:35The Galaxy S25 series, like the previous ones, is available in three models.
08:40Base, Plus and Ultra.
08:43With the various memory cuts from 128 to Tera,
08:49this year we have 12 GB of RAM.
08:57Over the years, IMSS has worked to strengthen ties
09:01with other foreign providential administrations
09:04to guarantee the performance of human rights related to the person,
09:08of those economic, social and cultural,
09:10including providential and pension protection.
09:13The priority goal for the Institute, therefore,
09:16is to allow migrant workers to face with serenity the transfer
09:20and the start of a new work activity.
09:23This was discussed during the Migration Convention,
09:26from a social phenomenon to an identity factor,
09:28organized by IMSS and the Migrantes Foundation.
09:31I'm bringing forward an idea of qualified and governed integration
09:37of the foreign community in Italy.
09:39We know the situation today,
09:41and in this important meeting,
09:44they will provide us with current, contextualized data
09:47that will lead us to embrace more and more
09:51this qualified integration.
09:53What does it mean in poor words?
09:55We are going to intercept the need of enterprises
09:59in such a way that they respond with a qualified entry
10:03of qualified workforce of the foreign community,
10:08therefore these migrants.
10:10I'm sure that from this point of view,
10:13our legislator is already working and is already moving forward
10:19to legislate in this sense.
10:22For the Director General of the IMSS pensions,
10:25one of the winning features is the Italian contribution system,
10:29which, unlike the retribution system,
10:31gives the possibility to choose.
10:33The contribution system is a fundamentally financial system,
10:37it is based on a contribution amount that is paid,
10:40and this is what determines the size of the pension,
10:43therefore not the period of registration
10:45under a particular management,
10:47as characterized by the retribution system,
10:50but precisely the amount that is paid.
10:52This determines the size of the pension,
10:54and it has no other effects,
10:56therefore it is a neutral system compared to the market,
10:59which does not undergo any changes
11:01resulting from the work ratio that can be determined,
11:04but which characterizes and gives the possibility of moving.
11:08The retribution system is based on the retribution,
11:12therefore on the last pension,
11:15and it is evident that if the last retribution is lowered,
11:18the pension is lowered.
11:19The contribution system is based on the contribution paid,
11:22so it is also possible to have the last lower retribution,
11:25because the amount, even if it is one euro, goes up.
11:28This makes the working activity of the subject extremely flexible.
11:32The contribution system gives the possibility to choose,
11:35and I think this is the great feature of our system.
12:03Sustainable fuel for aviation
12:05has started the production in the gel bio-refinery.
12:08Car sharing autonomous driving
12:10has started the experiment in Brescia.
12:15The new plant in the gel bio-refinery
12:18which will produce up to one third of the European demand of SAF,
12:23the sustainable fuel for aviation
12:25is officially operational.
12:27The aim is to reduce the footprint of the production
12:30to reduce the footprint of carbon in the transport sector.
12:35This innovative project marks a decisive step
12:38in the transition to a greener and more sustainable aviation,
12:42responding to the objectives of the European Green Deal
12:45and the strategy aimed at reducing the CO2 emissions of the European Union.
12:50In the next 3-5 years,
12:51since the biofuel market from here to the 28th
12:55has seen an increase of 65%,
12:58our strategy is to continue in this direction,
13:01to continue to convert other sites,
13:04both in Italy and abroad,
13:06to make new projects precisely to follow this trend
13:09and to give everyone the opportunity to decarbonize,
13:13both those who use diesel,
13:14but above all to give the possibility to aviation,
13:17which does not have many other opportunities to decarbonize,
13:20more and more material.
13:22So much so that from here to 2030
13:24we plan to be able to produce up to 2 million tons of biogas.
13:29The plant, located in the heart of Sicily,
13:32uses renewable raw materials to produce SAF,
13:35thus reducing the emissions of carbon dioxide
13:38up to 80% compared to traditional fossil fuels.
13:43Thanks to a cutting-edge production capacity,
13:46this structure becomes a crucial pillar
13:49in the fight against climate change
13:51and in the promotion of the decarbonization of the air sector.
13:55With the launch of this plant,
13:57Gela is not only a city symbol of technological innovation,
14:01but it becomes a protagonist in the global challenge
14:04for a low-emission future,
14:06said Stefano Ballista,
14:08CEO of Anylive.
14:10SAF is currently the only solution
14:15for the decarbonization of air transport.
14:18Already today, SAF can be used as a mixture
14:21up to 50% in the current engines.
14:26Anylive aims to continue
14:30what Gela has launched,
14:33and therefore to increase the production capacity of SAF
14:37with the aim of reaching 1 million tons in the coming years,
14:41with further growth up to 2 million tons,
14:45therefore a further doubling by 2030.
14:49Our commitment is double,
14:51to significantly contribute to the reduction
14:54of the environmental impact of the air sector
14:57and to support the local economy,
14:59by creating new jobs
15:01and stimulating technological development.
15:03Support and support for all these conversion plans
15:07and all these interventions,
15:09which are important interventions for Sicily,
15:12for Italy, but I would also say for Europe,
15:15because from what I have read,
15:18and I have made an in-depth study,
15:20the production of SAF here in this plant
15:23will be able to provide a third of Europe,
15:26so we are talking about important interventions
15:29that increase the production capacity
15:32of our land, of this new compressor.
15:36Thanks to these innovative production processes,
15:39ENILAEV is able to provide sustainable fuel
15:42to several airlines,
15:44including ITA, Ryanair, EasyJet and Volotea,
15:48which have already joined the project,
15:50committed to reducing CO2 emissions
15:53and to contribute to the environmental goals
15:55of the European Union.
15:56This plant not only responds
15:58to a growing demand from SAF,
16:00but also offers an opportunity for growth
16:03for the entire industrial ecosystem,
16:05promoting the birth of new projects
16:07and collaborations in the energy sustainability sector.
16:11With the launch of production on a large scale,
16:14the ice plant represents a reference point
16:17for the future of the aviation industry
16:20and for global environmental challenges.
16:23A car that reaches the potential user alone
16:26allows you to drive to your destination
16:28and then departs autonomously towards a parking lot,
16:30a charging station or a new customer.
16:32This is the vision of Urban Mobility of the Future
16:35that A2A and the Politecnico di Milano
16:37are actually transforming.
16:39The first kilometer in fully autonomous driving mode
16:42has been traveled today in Brescia
16:44by an electric Fiat 500,
16:46giving way to the innovative experimentation
16:48that will last a year
16:49and which aims to improve the efficiency
16:51of urban mobility,
16:52promoting the decarbonization of cities
16:55and to develop a unique autonomous driving car sharing service
16:58in Europe,
16:59which exceeds the current limits of self-sharing.
17:02This project is a project that goes in the direction
17:05of shared sustainable mobility.
17:07It is an innovative car sharing
17:09where, using autonomous driving,
17:11the car in car sharing comes to pick you up by itself
17:15and when you arrive at your destination
17:17it goes to park by itself.
17:19So let's imagine that it can be a very important game changer
17:23and relaunch car sharing
17:25even in a reality where it has not been successful
17:29precisely because of the lack of vehicles
17:31and it is a way to promote this shared sustainable and electric mobility
17:39which is completely central in our projects.
17:42Moreover, we are working for the wireless charging of these vehicles
17:47which will be, we imagine, the future also for our cities.
17:50The project, part of the MOST research program,
17:53the National Center for Sustainable Mobility,
17:55aims to respond to the challenges of city decarbonization
17:58by contributing to the reduction of traffic
18:00and to environmental sustainability.
18:02To cover the first kilometer in complete autonomy
18:05it took years of research and study
18:07but what it has achieved with the start of road experimentation
18:10is not only a starting point but also a starting point.
18:13It is a starting point because it values a lot of research done in recent years.
18:17It is a starting point because today, for the first time,
18:20on public roads, I emphasize,
18:22with a ministerial authorization that allows us to do experiments on public roads,
18:27we have shown how it is possible to use this technology for new mobility models.
18:33So not as a tool for the private sector
18:36but as a tool to enable more efficient and sustainable innovative mobility models.
18:41For the mayor of Brescia, the start of experimentation
18:44represents the confirmation of the city's desire to bet on the future.
18:48The choice of the brand, that is, the story of our vision,
18:52is condensed in the slogan
18:54Brescia, your European city,
18:56because that is where we want to go.
18:59In this case, also offering the possibility of an experimentation
19:04that potentially comes from the borders of the city, national borders,
19:08and goes to Europe.
19:11We are very attentive to the issues of sustainability,
19:15the issues of public transport.
19:17We are a city of 200,000 inhabitants,
19:20but for 12 years now it has a light metropolitan area.
19:25In October, the construction sites of the electric surface tram will start.
19:30Here, in an experimental way,
19:32another block linked to the theme of car sharing is added.
19:36So an additional potential in the service,
19:39we hope, of our fellow citizens.
19:45Brescia, your European city,
19:47Brescia, your future
