00:00Hi OG, welcome to Madeleinesville, gusto ko po kayong itur sa place namin where you
00:22can relax and enjoy nature. Tara, pasok tayo. Ang Madeleinesville po is a 3,333 sqm resort
00:35and right now po, we offer 3 tiny houses units and 1 bus. So ang lahat po ng unit was patterned
00:42or named after the nature and ang first na makikita nyo po is yung sunshine unit. We
00:51acquired lahat last 2015 po and originally ang plan namin is a retirement home for us,
00:58for me and Ariel kasi pareho kaming mahilig sa provincial life. What we wanted is when we wake
01:03up in the morning, magpapatuka kami ng mga manok, na meron kami mga kambing and lahat ng kakainin
01:09namin is fresh organic. Right now kasi we have 3 tiny houses and each tiny house kasi ang ano
01:18nito is 15 sqm. Loft type siya so we have one double size bed sa loft and then one single sofa
01:25bed. Each tiny house can accommodate maximum of 4 people na comfortably they can roam around in
01:35the unit and then each unit kasi has a complete amenities. So meron kaming ref, it's a fully air
01:45conditioned unit and at the same time pwede rin kayong mag-cook sa loob. Yung bathroom namin
01:55is a dry bathroom and divided into 3. Meron kami shower area and then meron din kami dun sa
02:01comfort room. So it's a 1 meter bathroom but as you can see, malinis na malinis ito kasi we are
02:08after that.
And we have TV, it's a smart
And we also promote sustainability sa aming
We are on our way to our second unit, yung earth unit na nasa middle.
02:51Tatlo again, I just wanted to reiterate na dito sa Madelinesville, we have 3 units ng tiny houses
02:57and one bus. So ito yung second unit which is yung earth, sya yung nasa gitna ng tatlong units na
03:04to. And then yung blue sky naman is over there.
But due to the clamor of our guests, marami kasi kaming returning guests
03:21dito na they are asking for more. So sabi namin we need to come up with something unique pero hindi
03:26na tiny house. Kasi sa states diba usong-uso yung mga camper van, sabi namin sige why don't we try yung
03:33bus.
This is, binabyahi pong bus ito
03:51from Naica, Kabite na kinonvert namin at estication. And siguro one of these days is i-o-open naman namin
So everything nandit po sa loob na can accommodate maximum of 4 people.
04:15Bali, ito po yung second bus na ide-develop namin due to the clamor of our guests na
It's a 24 square meters
04:27na size ng pool. Meron kaming kiddie pool na 3 feet deep and ito naman pong adult pool namin is from
04:35gradually 3 to 5 feet deep po. Yung unit kasi, originally yung kanyang best friend, prinesyohan
04:47kami ng 650 for each unit. Structure lang po yun. But since we were directed by God to the right
04:54person, we were able to get it from a newly grad architect ng 300,000 siya per unit structure.
So wala kaming manpower
05:08cost na nakuenta dun. For each unit, I can tell na 900,000 siguro. But yung interior niya is,
05:15rough estimate would be around 150 for each. But the manpower, free po siya. Yung bus naman po is
05:22we acquired it for 70,000. Yung kaha, wala na po siyang makina. And then interior po, I should say,
05:28rough estimate ko is, conservative figure is about 150,000 din po without the manpower cost po.
05:37Nandito po tayo sa bonfire area namin. Actually, it is ito sa pinakahighlight
05:41ng Madeleinesville. The reason why we put yung bonfire area para
05:55Ang favorite part ko dito is yung garden. Kasi talagang marirelax ka. And at the same time,
06:01kasi ako, I want to commune with nature. Mahilig kasi ako sa nature. Kaya ito yung dinidevelop po.
06:07Yung fresh air na you cannot buy.
06:25call this a prayer garden. We want to offer this to our guests who wants to have their quiet moment
06:31or me time and wants to commune with God and with nature. So all you can see here is yung related
06:38sa Bible.
06:44In the future, magbibuild kami dito ng chapel.
06:51We are very proud to say kasi na yung mga tiny house kasi is a build with love. Kasi it's a
06:57family effort. Lahat kami dito is may contribution sa paggawa ng interior. Yung exterior or yung
07:04structure lang actually kinelaborate namin sa newly grad architect, but the interior itself
07:10was done by our family. What we really wanted kasi is something cool and cozy na mag-e-enjoy yung
So yun yung pinaka
So nag-take time kami dun.
