Ragi Flour is an Indian dessert recipe made with millet flour, ghee, milk and almonds. It is tasty and has high nutritional value as well. So try it this Janmashtami and share your feedback in the comments below.

Ingredients:
Ghee
Ragi Flour
Jaggery Water
1 ltr Boiled Milk
Almonds, chopped
Cardamom, powder

Method of preparation:
Heat ghee in a vessel add ragi flour, roast it for 5 minutes.
In a vessel heat water, add jaggery, cook it till the jaggery melts and our jaggery water is ready.
Add it to the roasted ragi and mix well.
Add half milk, mix well and see to it that there are no lumps formed.
Add the remaining milk and mix well.
Add almonds, cardamom powder and mix well.
Garnish it with almonds and our Ragi Kheer is ready to eat.
