Got some odd pain going on in my lateral knee area sooo let's just get some Bodybuilding in with Piper Squats supersetted with flat back Straight Leg Deadlifts. Did a few sets with 143¾lb and the muscle tension was glorious. Sure wish l knew about Piper Squats back in my Bodybuilding days cuz the tension on the Quads is crazy! Keeping the back flat on the SLDs allowed me to put all the tension on the Hams from top to bottom. Was this a fun workout? You bet! God Bless!
