Rest of the workout is here: https://youtu.be/JnFY2se1tEc
Haven't done these in a while and they're definitely one of my favourite Deadlifts! I did 5x110lbers, 5x2x136lbers & 2x3x164lbers. Starting with the handles over the feet makes me start a with the back flat & parallel with the ground. The forearms are in front of the knees so l have to pull quite a bit with the weights not getting any closer to my hips. Finally, near the end l can pull the weights in and out to the sides. This feels so much more productive than Deadlifting with a Trap/Hex Bar even though they WERE invented to replace Deadlifting with heavy dumbbells. It's definitely more convenient to set up & load a Trap/Hex Bar and you PAY DEARLY for that convenience with less overall activation & benefits. The extra Upper Back involvement alone makes these a worthy investment. Lots of good going on here...God Bless!!
"Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things." - Phillipians 4:8
