00:00Before he leaves the house, Jack writes a letter to explain his plan.
00:04His sister Lily has been mentally ill since her mother died and tried to commit suicide, but Jack saved her in the last minute.
00:11Jack wanted to be admitted to a home care facility under the supervision of a family doctor, but she became a guard of the state and was sent to an asylum where visits are not allowed.
00:20Desperate to help her, Jack decides to pretend to be crazy to be sent to an asylum, leaving the letter as insurance.
00:27He starts by injuring himself, shaving his bad hair and breaking a mirror.
00:31Then he goes out without a shirt in public and starts fighting with people while spitting and talking nonsense about monsters.
00:37The police arrive quickly and arrest him while the hospital staff give him a sedative.
00:41A few moments later, Jack is taken to the asylum and a guard named Charles carries him on a stretcher to see Dr. Gianetti.
00:48Jack feels humiliated because of the sedative, but he still manages to talk more nonsense to maintain his image.
00:55Gianetti immediately decides that Jack should remain in maximum safety and Charles takes him to a special corridor where dangerous people are placed in cells.
01:02Charles ties Jack to his bed while explaining to him that one of his neighbors is the notorious Mark, who killed a bunch of girls and kept their bodies for uncivilized work.
01:11On the way out, Charles notices that Mark is returning blood and enters the cell to help him.
01:15Mark discovers that he has a razor and Jack sees it, so he shouts a warning.
01:19Charles manages to defend himself for a while and closes the cell before he leaves.
01:23Then Mark is angry at Jack for destroying his escape plan, causing everyone else in the cells to start screaming.
01:30A little later, Gianetti checks on Jack and decides that he is calm enough to be transferred to the psychiatric ward.
01:36After Charles takes him, Gianetti comes to Mark and reminds him of the treatment called Orpheum before gently touching his head to keep him calm.
01:44In the psychiatric ward, a nurse named Nancy asks Jack to wait until he finishes his papyrology.
01:51When he's in the other room, Jack starts looking at the other patients.
01:54A woman comes in, thinking it's Lily, but it's actually a patient named Heather, who is friendly and gives him a piece of paper.
02:01Out of surprise, she starts screaming, accusing Jack of wanting to use her.

03:21The next day, Jack finally sees his sister in the garden, so he goes to the common room to wait for her.
03:26When she arrives, Lily immediately uses him, saying that she does not want to be saved because she is as sick as their mother.

03:36Heather sees all this and looks intrigued.
03:39Later in the cafeteria, Jack takes a spoon and puts it in his pocket when no one is looking.

04:34His hand continues to bleed and soon, Loomis falls on his knees and starts shivering while looking at the blood.
04:40The nurse tells him to go back to his seat, but instead, Loomis jumps on Jack while other patients lick blood with their feet with white eyes.
04:47Chaos ensues while the boys are fighting and the nurse pulls out her panic button, but before she can press it, Loomis bites her hand to stop her.
04:55Charles comes to Loomis' mother to talk to her, and then the nurse sends everything to their room while she announces another blockade.
05:02Jack and Dave agree that Loomis ate Jack's blood, which means that Orpheum is not just a treatment.
05:07After that, Jack asks for a meeting with Jeannette and asks her to bring him a letter from his apartment.
05:12They really find the letter, but the paper is empty except for a few words.
05:16Jack panics and accuses Jeannette of tricks, pretending not to be crazy, but Jeannette only orders Charles to take Jack to maximum security.
05:24Jack breaks it and fights all the way without success.

05:42In the afternoon, Jack asks Dave to teach him how to hide like him while he is working on the treatment, because he wants to investigate Orpheum, but Dave refuses.
05:49That night, Jack leaves his room, terrified when he sees Dave.
05:53He changed his mind and agrees to show Jack how to hide, but he won't go with him to the toilet.
05:58The duo carefully walk through the building, avoiding Charles, and Dave shows Jack how to enter the office, where Dave steals pills while Jack looks over the table and steals the security card.

07:06Jeannette goes crazy and rushes towards the shelves, tying her while explaining that Orpheum is more than a cure.
07:11She says it's actually nanotechnology and that it behaves the way she programmed it.
07:16Vera points out that Orpheum is mutating and that she could become infected, but Jeannette ignores her while she's whispering to herself.
07:22Then she makes a cut on her nose with a scalpel, and her pain excites her so much that she begins to isolate her while Loomis is watching.
07:28When she finishes, she orders Vera to find the mutation to control it.
07:32Then Vera, with her bloody fingers, hugs Loomis.
07:35The next day, Heather hugs Jack because he looks like he hasn't slept.
07:39She ignores her and comes to Dave to show him the Orpheum bottle.

08:29The nurse tells him that she is on a date with Gianetti, which explains it.
08:33Jack looks at her and notices her white eyes, but the nurse claims that this is normal because it is just a mutation of Lumis' bite.
08:40She thinks she sent him to the toilet, but Nancy leads him back to his room and locks the door.
08:46In the meantime, Vera brings food to the patients in maximum security, pushing them through a special hole.
08:51Mark throws his plate on the floor, saying that he prefers when his food is alive.
08:55That night, someone enters Jack's room and he jumps on them, but it was just a girl who managed to steal Chalice's keys, putting a sleeping pill in his mouth.
09:03While the duo is moving, Lily is followed in the lab and prays for mercy while Vera tries to feed Lumis.

09:42Then he goes to look for Chalice and can't find him, but he sees Jack and Deva on security cameras.
09:48He tries to contact Chalice, but he's sleeping in Heather's room and she's hiding the radio.

10:54In the cells, there is a lot of blood from the patient's body, which they killed with their white eyes.
10:59They open the door at the end of the hallway just to find out that the wounds are blocked, which means it's a lock.
11:04The injured patients come out of the ceiling, so Jack tries to activate the elevator with wires from Bravo while Lily and Dave are fighting with the Taser patients.
11:11They start to chase the enemies, and if anyone ends up bleeding, the other patients are fed by their teammates.
11:17Mark comes to Lily and starts pulling her, but luckily Dave attacks Mark and saves her in the last minute.
11:23When Jack finally finishes the lift, he joins the fight and is almost killed by the enemy, only Lily would have defeated the guy with the Taser.
11:30The trio rushes into the lift and Mark follows them, holding the door open.
11:34However, Jack stabs him in the chest with a scalpel, allowing the lift to close.
11:38In a few minutes, the group comes to the psychiatric ward and Jack breaks the elevator's floor so they can't be followed.
11:44They are shocked to see blood everywhere, so Jack asks Dave to protect Lily while they are searching.
11:50He follows the strange noise and opens the door of the bedroom to discover Heather eating the dead Charles.
11:55She immediately sees him and starts following him, so Jack retreats and pushes other patients before he hits Heather and runs away.
12:01As more patients follow him, Jack returns to Lily and Dave and locks the door before they leave.
12:06At the reception, Nancy sees them and throws a chair through the window in panic, but calms down when she realizes that the trio is not infected.
12:13Also wanting to run away, she leads the group to the kitchen to find an alternative exit and takes knives for self-defense.
12:19Surprised, the patient jumps on Jack, but he is easily controlled and killed with a knife in the face.
12:24Soon after, another patient arrives and a fierce fight begins as blood spills throughout the kitchen due to all the injuries.
12:30The group of patients is killed as the heroes break through the kitchen and finally reach the security doors, which they lock before they climb the outside stairs for emergency cases.
12:40At the end, they find the office and ask for a phone number just to find the infected medical nurse.
12:45She explains that Janet is looking for a solution, so everyone has to wait.
12:49The medical nurse is also angry at Nancy for leaving the station, but Nancy stabs her with a knife.
12:55Then Nancy remembers that Janet has a gun, so the group runs to his office.
12:59Dave takes a mach from the wall, and Jack opens the drawer of the table and finds the gun along with his real letter.
13:05At the exit, they notice a bloodstain on the floor and follow him.
13:08At that moment, the medical nurse breaks through the door and attacks Nancy, but Lily stabs her to death.
13:14Then they run through the emergency department and find Vera, who tells them about the hidden passage in the lab and how to use the hole for the hole to avoid the stairs.

14:41Jack takes the shield, when his leg is injured, and pushes Janet, pushing him back before Lily unconsciously electrocutes Janet.
14:49When Janet wakes up, she is tied to a rope so that Loomis could eat her.
14:53The brother and sister run through the secret tunnel while listening to Janet's screams.
14:57The tunnel leads them to the roof, and as they descend the stairs, Jack accidentally drops an Orpheum bottle that breaks.
15:03In the morning, they are finally outside and wander around until they are found by the police.
15:07After hearing their story, the police drive to the asylum, and Janet opens the door, looking fine.
15:13Suddenly, a swarm of infected patients breaks through and kills the police at the top of the car, while the brother and sister helplessly watch.
15:20In the end, the patients run into the wilderness to spread the infection, ignoring Janet's screams so that she can help them.
