00:07First up, in central Lancashire, a craftastic event is taking place on levels 2 and 3 of Fishergate Shopping Centre in Preston on Saturday, September the 14th.
00:18Run in between 10am and 4pm, expect a day of fun and hands-on activities for all ages and skill levels.
00:26Included in the activities is a knit and purl session, pen stalls, jewellery pen making, card making, punch needling and a posca pen art session.
00:37All the activities are free, just turn up.
00:40Over on the Fylde Coast, between Friday, September 13th and Sunday, September 15th, the St Anne's Kite Festival returns
00:49and spectators can expect to see the skies above St Anne's seafront awash with colour across the three days,
00:55as fabulous displays of kites take to the air on the beach adjacent to the pier.
01:00Joined by kite teams from across the UK and beyond, the event is a partnership between Fylde Council and Kiteflyer's Smile Factor 10, with support from St Anne's Town Council.
01:10The event is free and runs between 1pm and 10pm on Friday, 11am to 5pm Saturday and 11am to 4pm Sunday.
01:20Up in Lancaster, on Saturday, September the 14th, the UK's number one vocal harmony group and original X Factor stars, G4,
01:29celebrate a double decade in the limelight with a spectacular anniversary show.
01:34This 72-day tour is their most extensive yet and will see them fondly look back upon their journey,
01:40perform some classic hits and perform new tracks on the hotly anticipated 20th anniversary studio album, due for release in Autumn.
01:49Tickets for the G4 20th anniversary tour cost between £25 and £27.50.
01:57Over in East Lancashire, on Wednesday, September the 11th and Friday, September the 13th,
02:02the comedian and TV presenter Paddy McGuinness brings two intimate warm-up shows for his upcoming arena tour, Nearly There, to the Darwin Library Theatre.
02:11Called the Nearly There work-in-progress warm-up show, the evenings will help Paddy, star of shows such as Phoenix Nights,
02:18Take Me Out in Top Gear, gear up for his first major stand-up tour in eight years.
02:23Tickets cost £15 and more dates are coming up later in the month as well.
02:28Finally, just outside of Lancashire, the Wigan and District Model Engineering Society is celebrating the 75th anniversary
02:36of the opening of the miniature railway in Haywoodland Park, Wigan, on Saturday, September the 14th and Sunday, September the 15th.
02:44The Mayor of Wigan will be visiting on the Saturday to unveil a plaque commemorating the opening of the railway
02:50and on Sunday, founding member Hugh Duckworth's family will be visiting to dedicate the new club locomotive.
02:57As part of celebrations, multiple locomotives will be on display and all rides are free.
03:02Volunteers just ask for a donation towards the upkeep of the railway.
