00:07First up, in Central Lancashire, Preston City Wrestling is back for more action,
00:13returning to the flag market for its 10th year on Saturday, August 17th.
00:18Attendees can expect to see a great spectacle of match brawls outside in the summer sun,
00:24with a colourful display of strength and competitiveness.
00:27This year will see fighters Rossi Rascal, Jordan Kane, Philip Michael and Liam Cafferkey,
00:34and more, fight out for the belt of glory.
00:37Standing to watch the show is free, but you can register for free standing tickets to receive email updates.
00:43Seated tickets are also available for £5 and can be booked online.
00:49Over on the Fylde Coast, it is the Litham 1940s Wartime Weekend 2024 next Saturday and Sunday.
00:56Running between 10am and 5pm each day, the entertainment marquee situated on Litham Green
01:03will be home to two days of free entertainment for the whole community.
01:07During the event, Litham relives the 1940s wartime era, with a weekend of 40s singing, dancing,
01:15weapons displays, historic vehicles, military charities, vintage traders and so much more.

01:25Up in Lancaster, head down to the Beer Hall in Galgate for the first full week of its new food festival,
01:33in partnership with Chowdown Events.
01:36This collaboration promises to deliver the finest selection of UK street food to the Beer Hall every single week,
01:43creating a vibrant and delicious experience for all food lovers.
01:47There will be a rotating line-up of the UK's most celebrated street food vendors each week,
01:52with curated menus by Chowdown Events and excellent beer pairings courtesy of the Beer Hall.
01:58It is of course free to enter, just paper what you order.
02:02Over in East Lancashire, the Clitheroe Castle Museum is holding an action-packed day full of knights on Saturday August 17th.
02:12The castle are welcoming back the Silver School of Arms, a historical European martial arts group,
02:18for an exciting day of weapons handling and displays of sword fighting.
02:23Demonstrations of medieval combat will take place between 11am and 3pm,
02:28so why not drop into this free family-friendly event and meet the experts.
02:33All ages are welcome, but children must be accompanied at all times.
02:39Finally, just outside of Lancashire, a family magic show with the entertainer Robbie Starr
02:45is taking place at the Vibe Wiggin on King Street on Wednesday August 14th.
02:51Running between 12 and 3.30pm, this show promises fun for all the family,
02:56featuring thrilling magic, side-splitting comedy, mind-blowing illusions, followed by a disco and party games.
03:05Tickets are available online now, with standard tickets costing £6,
03:09and a family ticket, valid for four people, costing £20.
