00:13First up, in central Lancashire, Preston's Encounter Festival is set to light up the
00:18city with its spectacular torchlight procession on Saturday, September 21st.
00:24This year's procession promises to impress with yet another range of fantastic performers,
00:29starting at Moor Park at 7pm and culminating in a dazzling fireworks display at 9pm on
00:35the Flag Market.
00:36The event is of course free, just turn up wrapped in your warmest accessories.
00:40Over on the Fylde Coast, the spectacular Lords of the Dance is on at the Winter Gardens between
00:46Tuesday, September 17th and Thursday, September 19th.
00:51Michael Flatley is back with a dazzling revival of his iconic dance, Extravaganza.
00:56The 2024 tour promises to be an extraordinary journey that will captivate audiences again
01:01with this record-breaking show.

01:08Up in Lancaster, enjoy a Fawlty Towers dining experience at the Borough Pub, Restaurant

01:22meal featuring a two-hour interactive show based on the classic comedy and featuring
01:27the iconic characters Basil, Sybil and Manuel.

01:37Over in East Lancashire, Talon Music presents a show called What Now My Love? at Burnley
01:44Mechanics on Wednesday, September 18th.
01:47A tribute to Herb Alpers and the Tijuana Brass, it will be performed by a world-class
01:52seven-piece live band which includes musical director Tom Lark from the hit show and finally
01:58Phil Collins and introduces the amazing talent of Alex Hall on trumpet and vocals.
02:04On between 7.30pm and 10pm, tickets are £24.
02:09Finally, just outside of Lancashire, a very special fashion show is taking place at Hindley
02:14Community Sports and Social Club in Wigan on Saturday, September 21st.
02:20Hindley residents, led by support worker, charity volunteer and breast cancer patient
02:24Lynn Grimshaw, are teaming up with online clothes retailer Rebellious Rose and Thrive
02:30CIC to host a fashion show in aid of Breast Cancer Now.
02:35All the models will be breast cancer patients.
02:38As well as the catwalk event, there will be entertainment and stalls.
