00:00Hello. Between the showers, Monday is shaping up to be a much brighter day, however those showers are becoming quite frequent and widespread, but at least temperatures are going to be close to the seasonal norm.
00:11The remnants of Sunday's cloud and rain will clear the south east overnight, with clear spells and showers following on behind, some of those showers quite heavy.
00:19Generally cooler tonight, with overnight lows of around 10 degrees, although temperatures dipping into single figures, especially across parts of Scotland.
00:28So it's sunshine and showers from the get go tomorrow morning, those showers initially focused in the west and along the English Channel coast, although those showers are becoming more widespread during the course of the late morning, early afternoon, and accompanied by some thunder and hail.
00:42Temperatures generally fairly respectable tomorrow into the mid teens, again close to the seasonal average.
00:49And tomorrow evening, those showers persisting into the early evening but gradually fading out, becoming increasingly restricted to coastal areas in the west.
00:58And looking at the outlook period, so it's all downhill from Tuesday, with heavy rain starting to arrive from the north and west, although fairly settled across the south initially, though rain spreading to all parts by the end of the week.
