00:00Hello, it will be a dry and sunny day for much of the UK today, but we will see things
00:05turn a little bit cloudier in the northwest later on this afternoon.
00:09So through this afternoon most of the UK is under clear skies, plenty of dry weather around,
00:14lots of sunshine, but we will see that front out to the west of the UK gradually edge its
00:18way in, bringing a cloud across Northern Ireland later this afternoon.
00:22Temperatures in mid-teens, but we could see a 16 or maybe even a 17 across parts of Scotland
00:27this afternoon.
00:28Through the overnight period, that front out to the west will start to edge its way across
00:32Northern Ireland and Western Scotland, will bring a little bit of rain at times.
00:35Elsewhere though, a dry night with clear skies will allow temperatures to fall away with
00:39another widespread frost forming by first thing on Sunday morning.
00:44So Sunday morning starts dry, bright and chilly for much of the UK, the front still lies across
00:49Northern Ireland and Western Scotland, again some more patchy rain is possible here, and
00:53that will continue throughout the day on Sunday.
00:55Dry elsewhere with sunny spells and in the sunshine again, 16 or 17 the high, this time
01:00down towards the southeast corner.
01:02Over the next couple of days most of us will stay dry, it will remain rather warm, but
01:06there's always that risk of some cloud and rain out towards the northwest.
