00:00What's up guys, so today I'm going to be taking a look at the One UI 6.1 update for the S21 FE
00:06This was highly requested a lot of people wanted to know if it even you know was going to get the update and yes
00:11It got the update and just to let you guys know this phone will get Android 15 and also Android 16 as well, too
00:18So just to note that but there's one unfortunate thing here with this update. So this phone did not get the circle to search
00:27It just didn't get it Samsung took it out completely so if we go into display and
00:33We go into navigation bar. You should see a circle to search option here
00:38Like you would see on the s21 so you can see circle to search right there on the ultra
00:44So let me know if you guys have the option on the standard s21 because that's a phone that I don't have yet
00:51But it's just interesting because I wonder why they took it out is it because it's a FE model
00:57but then you know the
01:00S23 FE this has you know
01:03circle to search and all of the
01:05The galaxy AI features, so it's not like this phone. It's not like the the
01:12You know the FE can't run it it should be able to do circle to search
01:17So I just thought it was bizarre that they they didn't

01:22So I'm really curious to why that is
01:25But like I said, I want to know if the s21 the standard one has circle to search if you guys

01:35So yeah, so basically you just get the standard features that we went over yesterday. So it does have new features
01:41It's just not it's just missing that one feature, unfortunately
01:44but you do still have the features that we mentioned yesterday like being able to
01:49clip the
01:51Pictures and stuff like that. So, you know if you want to clip a picture right there you can do that
01:57So the other features are there and you know, it's just it's just weird
02:01You know that they didn't implement it because it has Samsung desktop support. It has you know, basically a you know
02:07a flagship phone here for the most part
02:10But yeah, so it's just bizarre that it doesn't have it. You also do have the rest of the features that they
02:18implemented here and when you I like the alarm background as well to to be able to set a
02:24background picture or video for your phone you also have also the
02:29Sunrise feature is not here as well too and the sundown feature is not here on the the FE as well, too
02:35So I noticed that that was not there as well. That's why I said this is really really random
02:41The stuff that they're leaving out here. Oh, you do have the battery protect is there
02:46So if you go to battery
02:48You know, you have all of your battery protect settings as well
02:51So that's really nice and again set that to maximum if you're going to be using this phone for you know
02:56A long time and it'll save the battery health. Um, but just general stuff
03:02Speed on here is fine
03:04Not didn't really notice an improvement or a decrease in animations or speed in general
03:10Also battery life is fine. It's still pretty much running the same as well, too
03:15So we're just missing those kind of like two features there
03:19But overall a decent update
03:22Unfortunately, we're not getting you know, any AI features with this phone for right now
03:27I mean it could be a mistake. They could update it and it could get it
