00:00 Alright, so here I'll guide you through the process of exporting your PowerPoint presentation.
00:11 So to export your presentation, the first thing you got to do when you're satisfied
00:15 with your presentation, you go to file, under the menu, click on export.
00:20 And now you'll want to choose destination folder where you want to export your presentation.
00:25 Let's say I found it here.
00:29 In test I'll rename it.
00:34 For optimal compatibility and convenience, it's recommended to export your presentation
00:38 as a PDF.
00:39 PDF files reduce the chances of encountering compatibility issues and are easier to view
00:46 on various devices such as phones, iPads, phones and tablets.
00:52 So simply select here the file format, click the PDF and you click export.
01:00 You will then export the PDF to the desired folder.
01:06 If you prefer, you can always export it to another format such as PNGs.

01:17 There's two ways you can save, you can save every slide so they will export into a folder
01:25 individually or you can only save one slide at a time if you prefer.
