00:00 Hey there, today I'm going to show you how to export a Keynote presentation.
00:04 It's pretty simple.
00:06 All you have to do is go up here to the navigation bar of your app, click
00:10 File, then go all the way down to Export.
00:13 And then from here, you're going to see a couple of options.
00:16 PDF, PowerPoint, Movie, GIF, Images, HTML, Keynote 09.
00:21 You're probably only going to use PDF, PowerPoint and Images.
00:26 So let's start with those.
00:27 Let's click on PDF.
00:29 From here, there's a couple of settings here that you can dig into.
00:34 I'm not going to cover them all, but some of them can be interesting, such
00:37 as adding a password to open it, adding the skip slide and so on.
00:42 After all you would have to do is click Save and select a folder on your computer.
00:47 If you would like to export as a PowerPoint instead, you are not obligated
00:51 to go back to the menu at the top.
00:54 You can change directly from here.
00:55 PowerPoint.
00:56 Then you can add a password as well.
01:00 And if you do images, you can select which slide you export as images and if
01:04 they are JPEG or PNG or JPEG compressed.
01:09 That is it.
01:10 The other option, I'm going to let you explore them yourself.
01:14 If you need any help for them, please don't hesitate to let us know.
