Transcript
00:00 Here, we'll explore the valuable resources available to you when you open the PowerPoint
00:05 Presentation Kit file.
00:07 So let's get started.
00:09 First, when you open the PowerPoint Presentation Kit, the .pptx, not the .potx template format,
00:17 you will find first a presentation example here on the left that provides insights into
00:27 the structure and design of the presentation.
00:29 Take some time to explore this to gain a better understanding of it.
00:33 If you do not wish to use it, you can simply hide it here by clicking on the arrow.
00:40 Within the presentation, after the example, you have the resources section.
00:44 And the resources section contains a wealth of information that can assist you in creating
00:48 your own presentations.
00:51 So the first thing that can be done here, if we go down, presentation structure, there's
00:57 an understanding of the structure, levels, and color usage.
01:02 You can take your time to go through it.
01:04 It'll explain how we use the colors inside the four types of pages and some rules that
01:13 can be applied to the structure and the color usage.
01:20 If we scroll down a bit, you have the visual assets, including the text resources and graphs
01:26 and tables.
01:27 So here you have the text resources.
01:30 You have a description of how each element is built, the sizes, the line spacing, and
01:37 everything, and the fonts.
01:40 You have an example of the lists, the bullet list and the numbered list.
01:48 Graphs and tables, we have some examples of tables and graphs that you can copy/paste
01:53 into the page.
01:56 You simply select it and copy/paste it into your page as needed.
02:01 There's also a video that explains how to edit those graphs and another one how to edit
02:09 the tables.
02:10 So you go down here.
02:12 After these elements, you have the tables here where you can see the end phases and
02:18 the tables.
02:20 And there's a default table that you can copy/paste into the page.
02:25 There's also a section titled "Other Visual Resources."
02:29 As for now, there's only the timeline in it.
02:32 But as we go on into the usage and in time, we'll add some more elements into this one.
02:43 There's also, after the resources, there's also the technical specificity section.
02:48 Here we go a little bit in depth.
02:50 You'll find detailed technical specifics to guide you in customizing gradients if needed,
02:57 colors and other design elements.
02:59 The color palette here is provided, but you can also refer to the internal brand guidelines
03:05 on the website for more information.
03:08 Similarly, you'll find explanations on preset lists, text formatting, charts and graphs
03:18 and access lines, all the formatting, which color to use.
03:25 And the last page, you have detailed information on how to apply the end phases on the table.
03:32 So just remember to explore the resources section in your presentation file to familiarize
03:41 yourself with it.
03:43 And if needed, just go back to it whenever you're building your presentation.
