00:00 Even if you come back as another curse, I'll kill you.
00:03 Here's your look at the 3-0 Jujitsu Kaizen Yuji Itadori.
00:27 This Fig 0-1-6 scale Yuji Itadori is approximately 11.3 inches tall
00:31 and a fully articulated collectible figure with over 32 points of articulation.
00:35 The head is sculpted by renowned sculptor Ekinori Takaki,
00:38 and materials used for this figure are mainly PVC and ABS.
00:41 The character's costume includes a hoodie, jiu-jitsu high jacket,
00:44 jiu-jitsu high slacks, and socks, which are all made of fabric.
00:46 The figure comes with two interchangeable face parts, both neutral face and angry face,
00:50 and five sets of interchangeable hands, including a left hand with Sukuna's mouth growing on the palm.
00:54 Other accessories include one piece of Sukuna's finger, the slaughter demon and its sheath,
00:58 a pair of sneakers, and one pair of divergent fist effect pieces.
01:02 Here's hoping we're not going to bring any curses to our collectibles.
01:05 Before we get a closer look at the Jujitsu Kaizen Yuji Itadori,
01:08 I'd like to thank the folks first over at 3-0 that did provide the sample we're about to have a look at.
01:13 Starting things first in inches, we're going to measure right to the very top of Yuji's head.
01:17 The figure, though, stands about, in this case, 11.25 inches in height,
01:20 or Yuji's stance, about 28.5 centimeters tall.
01:24 While not coming in clear with a display stand, sadly, no,
01:28 Yuji Itadori, though, still managed to get quite a lot of accessories packaged along with him.
01:32 The first that we'll look at and smallest most likely be lost.
01:35 The figure comes in clear with Sukuna's finger.
01:37 The finger, though, while can't be held right now with the hands I've got displayed with the figure,
01:41 he does have at least the necessary hand for holding Sukuna's finger.
01:44 It's this hand right here.
01:46 Very carefully, though, you can take the finger and wedge it in between his own fingers,
01:50 and he has the means to hold the finger that way.
01:53 There is also going to be an included box that comes in clear with Megumi Fushiguro.
01:56 So if you manage to get that figure down the road,
01:59 you will also be able to use the box that comes in clear with that figure as well.
02:02 Nicely detailed, but again, small in size.
02:04 We're going to be very likely to be losing this if we're not too careful.
02:07 Putting that, though, to the side.
02:09 Another thing we'll get out of the way first is also Yuji comes in clear with a pair of swapped out wrist pegs,
02:14 just in case you happen to lose or break any of the ones that come in clear with the figure's forearms right now.
02:18 Move those also to the side.
02:20 We've already looked at the fact that Yuji comes in clear with this hand for holding Sukuna's finger,
02:23 so I guess we can quickly look through that again.
02:25 But the figure also comes in clear with, again, a couple of grabbing hands, claw hands, so to speak.
02:30 Nicely sculpted overall.
02:32 Doesn't really look like there's a whole lot of paint happening here,
02:35 not in the fingernails or anything in the quicks,
02:37 but at least the figure does have some really nice sculpted claw hands.
02:40 Move those to the side.
02:42 The figure also comes in clear with a gripping hand, specifically for holding Slaughter Demon,
02:45 which we'll look at in a second.
02:47 By the way, the plastic on all of the hands seems fairly soft and easy to manage.
02:51 So if you're having a tough time, for example, for Yuji to hold the Slaughter Demon,
02:55 the hands don't even require even heating with hot water or a hair dryer.
02:59 In fact, while we're at the topic of that, looking at the Slaughter Demon,
03:03 I guess one last thing we'll look at as well.
03:05 The figure, while we're still on the topic of hands, I didn't want to get too far away from the hands,
03:09 but the figure also comes in clear with the hand that has Sukuna's mouth.
03:12 Really nice touch. Not only did they paint that, but they also sculpted the individual teeth.
03:17 And of course, I don't know if you're going to actually see that or not,
03:19 but the tongue is sticking out from the palm of Yuji.
03:22 Really cool touch.
03:23 Likely going to be displaying the figure, I think, with one hand, with this hand,
03:27 and then the other hand, as I was about to say, before I kind of cut myself off,
03:31 the other hand is going to be holding Slaughter Demon.
03:33 Slaughter Demon, as you can see, is really nicely forged here.
03:36 And while it doesn't actually have a blade that's going to draw any blood on this person's part,
03:39 it is nicely sculpted here.
03:41 It's sort of a gunmetal gray.
03:43 The wrapping's handled here in a more dirtier, kind of off-white color.
03:47 And you've got some additional black by the guard.
03:49 It's a really nice-looking sword.
03:51 I don't know if you would consider it more a sword or a small dagger.
03:53 I guess I would consider it like a small blade sword.
03:56 The figure also comes in clear with a sheath that holds Slaughter Demon.
03:59 It's actually made of plastic.
04:01 Looking at it initially, I thought it may have been made of fabric,
04:03 but it is actually made of a hard plastic.
04:06 It does sheath Slaughter Demon quite easily, in fact.
04:09 And located here on the back, there's actually these little looplets,
04:11 because the figure of Yuji also comes in clear with the belt.
04:14 The belt I'll show you in a second isn't the easiest thing to do.
04:17 In fact, you actually have to take the jiu-jitsu shirt,
04:21 and you have to have to lift that up a little bit before you can actually loop this
04:24 through the belt portions of his belt.
04:26 I'm going to get more into that in a moment.
04:28 Then the figure also finally comes in clear with the divergent fist effect pieces,
04:32 which, again, nicely handled here in a more translucent blue plastic.
04:35 These can't fit over his existing fist hands I've got him displayed with right now.
04:39 But when you are putting him onto his fists--
04:41 I'm just going to go ahead and bend his arm for right now,
04:43 you guys can see it a little bit easier.
04:45 Instead of actually putting it on this way,
04:47 what you want to sort of do is take the fists and wedge them in there.
04:51 Now, the hands themselves don't completely get encompassed by the divergent effects.
04:55 You're sort of just sandwiching it,
04:57 or using kind of the friction to force that onto the tops of the hands.
05:01 And he actually is displayed that way.
05:03 And simply then just rinse and repeat that to have it on the other side as well.
05:06 Really nice effects, the fact that they would take the time to include that.
05:09 You really, though, have to take the time to really wedge the hands on there.
05:12 And when doing it again, really, you can't put the whole thing--
05:16 you can't encase the whole thing in the actual effects.
05:19 You're more or less just sitting it on the hand instead.
05:22 But back to Yuji's belt, though.
05:24 The belt itself looks to be made of kind of a faux leather material.
05:27 Of course, you've actually got yourself a real buckle there on the front
05:30 that actually does have the adjustable portion that then will wrap around
05:33 and meet up in the middle or meet with the holes on the other side of the belt.
05:36 Here's the thing about it, though.
05:38 In order to do that, you're going to have to take the figure of Yuji--
05:41 just move his arms out of the way--
05:43 and then we're going to take the jiu-jitsu high jacket.
05:45 And you have to hike it up high enough
05:47 so you can actually gain access to the loops that are located here for the front.
05:50 Then what you're going to do is you're going to take the loop of the belt--
05:53 or going to take the end of the belt, I should say--
05:55 and you're going to loop it through the portions of the pants.
05:57 Loop it all the way around.
05:59 And then when you get to the other side again,
06:01 you're going to loop it through these back loops.
06:04 And once you've got this last-- well, this part of the strap fitted through,
06:08 then you can take yourself the sheath.
06:10 We're going to just draw out from this the slaughter demon.
06:12 We're not going to put it in just yet.
06:14 And then from there, you're just going to take then the other part of the sheath,
06:17 slide it through.
06:20 This would be so much easier, of course, not doing this in front of a camera.
06:23 But then you're just going to loop this straight through.
06:25 You're going to loop it then on the other side,
06:27 slide it in the middle, and then, of course, you're going to fasten up the belt in the front.
06:30 The only downside to that is that the jacket will be fitting over top of this.
06:35 So on the back, maybe not as much from the front,
06:37 but then when you see it from the back,
06:39 you're going to notice, though, where the jiu-jitsu jacket is sort of kind of lifted up.
06:43 You're going to see a lot more wrinkling happen on the back of it
06:46 just so we can actually house the sheath in order to store slaughter demon
06:50 when he's not actually using it.
06:52 Finish strapping the belt in.
06:54 But I did want to show you what it looks like here from the front.
06:56 You can see from the front it's a little cleaner than it is from the back.
06:59 You can kind of see where it bunches up around the sides
07:01 because obviously when you turn around from the front or turn around to the back,
07:05 you can then see where the sheath of Yuji sits.
07:07 Then from there, you can, of course, take yourself slaughter demon once again
07:10 and just slide it, holster it to the back of the body.
07:12 I mean, there's really no way around it
07:14 because obviously for the longer jacket being over the part of the belt --
07:17 by the way, there's the belt right there.
07:19 I've looped in successfully.
07:21 Maybe just bring it over just a little bit.
07:23 But it really isn't going to be giving you the cleanest-looking look from the front.
07:26 I mean, you can kind of fix it up from the sides,
07:28 but it's sort of going to develop the wrinkles on either side of the body.
07:31 We're just going to draw the sword for right now at least.
07:33 Put that to the side.
07:34 The one other thing I did also certainly want to show you guys when it comes to Itadori,
07:37 the figure also comes in clear with a swappable head sculpt.
07:40 For me at least, I prefer this head sculpt
07:42 over the one that we get defaulted when we get him out of the box.
07:45 Just the fact that this one is a lot more of an angrier expression
07:48 gives them also a chance to really shine when it comes to panel lining
07:51 that they incorporate not only to the larger eyebrows
07:53 but then also the lines that he's got on the sides of his face
07:55 and also just above his nose as well.
07:57 To change out the head is actually a lot easier than I expected it to be.
08:00 First, what you'll want to do is grab the top of the hair of Yuji here.
08:04 And you're just going to want to -- there's a little line right here.
08:07 Actually, it's a lot harder to see it from the front.
08:09 It's a little easier to see it from the side.
08:11 Just kind of take this, and you want to just pull this off.
08:13 What it is, it's attached by two pegs,
08:16 and then it follows up then to the two holes on the back of it.
08:19 You can do the exact same thing then on the back side.
08:22 Just want to pull that off.
08:24 And then from there, pull down just enough of the hood
08:26 that you can gain access to Yuji's face,
08:28 and you want to just wiggle it forward
08:31 and remove it completely from the post.
08:34 Seems a little off-settling when you certainly see it without the head.
08:37 But then from there, you're going to go ahead and take your angrier expression Yuji,
08:40 and then just again line the holes up there.
08:42 So you've got a fairly large square peg socket to work with,
08:46 and that's going to fit over top or fit against that.
08:48 Plug that in place, and then again you're just going to go back
08:51 to bringing back the back of the hair.
08:53 That's going to plug in.
08:55 It's a lot harder to do it when you're putting it back in place
08:58 just because the spiky nature of his hair is going to be,
09:00 well, leaving its impression.
09:02 Plug that in place, and then from there you're going to take the rest of the hair
09:05 and line everything up, fit in place that way.
09:09 One last time, just obviously to bring back where we left things off.
09:12 The neutral expression head sculpt, while being fine and looks fantastic,
09:16 I've got to say I like the angrier expression a lot more on Yuji's face.
09:20 I'll put that to the side.
09:22 Getting though a closer look now at Yuji.
09:24 One thing, not only do I like the head sculpt,
09:26 not only do I like the way they've actually sculpted and painted it,
09:29 the hair is also handled really nicely, kind of a more of an off-pink color,
09:32 kind of a purplish pink.
09:34 It's sculpted really well also.
09:36 But one thing I really want to commend 3Zero for doing
09:38 is also the way they've tailored the outfit.
09:40 The jacket itself, he's got a jiu-jitsu high jacket and the jiu-jitsu high slacks.
09:44 The material that they've used, as I can best describe it,
09:47 it kind of feels a little bit like parachute material,
09:50 fairly like more of a nylon material.
09:52 Now, while he does have what looks almost to be like a front section that folds over,
09:56 you can't actually detach this.
09:58 I thought perhaps initially that this may have been Velcro,
10:01 that you may have opened this up,
10:02 making things a little easier obviously when it gets to getting to Yuji's belt,
10:06 but not the case at all.
10:07 So don't pull this because it's simply just sewn in place.
10:10 He does have again like the back hood here that's handled in not the same material as the jacket.
10:15 In fact, actually this material feels more like a fleece material.
10:18 It's fairly thick.
10:19 And I suppose also as well, because it's long enough,
10:21 they've allowed it for enough slack that you can actually fit this over top of Yuji's head.
10:26 There also seems to be a wire frame that they've built around this as well.
10:29 So you can sculpt this or design this exactly the way you want it when you've got it on display.
10:34 I like that.
10:35 I prefer myself to actually have the hood further back
10:37 because I really wouldn't want to actually mask any of the sculpting that 3Zero put into this piece.
10:42 Overall, again, I really like the tailoring for the outfit.
10:44 The quality of material is really quite there as well.
10:47 Again, it's kind of very similar to like a nylon parachute material.
10:51 He does also have sleeves.
10:52 So I would imagine that they probably would have put in a full hooded jacket underneath this.
10:57 Nonetheless, I mean, can't obviously bring it too far back.
11:00 You can see like there's the sleeve underneath it,
11:02 but maybe what they've ended up ultimately doing is having the sleeve sort of stopping there
11:06 and then just putting the jacket over top of it.
11:08 As I already mentioned, he does have again like the Jujutsu High slacks,
11:12 which obviously, namesake aside, I mean, obviously, it's not going to go all the way down to the bottoms,
11:16 but it gives at least a chance so you guys can see the way they've sculpted the socks.
11:20 The socks also are quite high.
11:22 They seem to be the case also that they've glued them in place.
11:25 So if you're worried that the socks will start to droop over time,
11:28 it looks like they probably have attached these.
11:30 I don't know if you can actually see it right there.
11:32 There's like a square peg almost that they put in place.
11:34 My guess is they probably put a little bit of glue right there to prevent the sock from sliding down.
11:39 And of course, then he does have his footwear.
11:41 The footwear really nicely sculpted.
11:43 Again, the coloring on this is kind of more of a brownish,
11:46 I would say like a brownish burgundy, for example,
11:48 and they sculpted laces rather nicely in there as well.
11:50 Just overall, the one thing again, the takeaway from this,
11:53 not only is the head sculpt of Itadori really, really good,
11:56 but I think as well like the Koshima, they did really top notch.
11:59 For the articulation on Yuji Itadori, let's start once again with his head sculpt.
12:03 It's a little kind of harder to gauge just how much articulation this guy does have,
12:07 simply just because he's got so much jacket and he's so much got so much the additional hooding over top of it.
12:11 But actually when it comes to the articulation,
12:13 I was really surprised to see he had as much as he did.
12:16 Not only does he have what you would expect to be traditional articulation
12:19 that attaches this part of the head to the rest of the neck,
12:21 but then Yuji also seems to have a secondary ball joint at the base of the neck.
12:25 So you can really move it quite a lot, not only down, up, but also back and forth as well.
12:30 You can rotate it, but while you are rotating, a lot of times what you'll end up doing is
12:34 feel like you're going to be detaching the front of the hair without being too careful.
12:38 Obviously it's very easy to remove the front hair piece.
12:41 And of course, putting it back in place, you're only going to be feeling it while you're doing it.
12:44 The upper torso on Yuji is also on a ball joint.
12:47 The thing about it though, is obviously once you start putting things in like the sheath,
12:50 it's probably not best advised to start really moving his torso around in case it starts to clip the sheath
12:55 and it ends up just breaking off the back of the belt.
12:57 So just be a little bit careful while you're doing it.
13:00 But it seems like he does have a ball joint at the base of the abdomen area at least.
13:03 So you can move it up, you can move it down actually by that far,
13:07 and you can also rock it back and forth as well.
13:09 Yuji's arms seem to quite comfortably move out at 90 degrees.
13:12 He doesn't seem to have like a padding here, but he has a lot of excess material at the tops of his shoulders.
13:18 So while you obviously are moving his arms up, it's not only going to draw the jacket up,
13:22 but it's also going to make a little bit more excess material here at the top as well.
13:26 Obviously you're going to be able to move his arms forward, you can move his arms back as well.
13:30 There seems to be a swivel at the top of the bicep, double hinge on the elbow, which is nice to see.
13:34 And the hands, whatever hands you end up displaying this guy with, rotate all the way around,
13:38 and you can also hinge them back and forth as well.
13:40 As for the legs, the legs do split out.
13:42 Again, a little bit more on the limited side, when you start to add the sheath on the back of the figure's body,
13:47 I might actually be inclined to just leave the sheath off when it comes to displaying this guy.
13:50 The legs do move forward, you can easily move the legs back.
13:53 There's a swivel at the top of the thigh, of course.
13:56 The figure does possess a double hinge on the knee, so you can get this guy in a lot of cool, crazy poses.
14:00 And he does have some really decent articulation, more than I was really expecting when it comes to the ankles.
14:05 I mean, look how far back the ankle can pivot, and also this way as well.
14:09 You can move it up, you can move it down, and you could technically rotate it all the way around as well.
14:13 All in all, just a great looking figure.
14:15 There's a lot of options also available as well when it comes to displaying this guy,
14:18 whether you decide to display this guy with Slaughter Demon,
14:21 whether you decide you want to display him with the Divergent Fist Effect pieces,
14:24 or if you, hopefully, fingers crossed that you don't actually lose the finger of it,
14:28 you can also display him with Sukuna's finger.
14:30 A lot of cool stuff come included.
14:32 Again, great looking figure of Yuji Itadori from the folks over at 3Zero.
14:36 So, if you guys are fans of Jujutsu Kaisen and would like to get your hands on Yuji Itadori for yourself,
14:42 good news is this guy is in stock right now through various online sites.
14:46 And the price point, as goes without saying, 3Zero usually always undercuts what the costs are when it comes to selling these pieces.
14:52 He's going for about $150, which again, I think is a great price,
14:55 considering how well the figure turned out, how good tailored the outfit ends up being on the figure,
15:00 and the fact that he comes with as many accessories as he does,
15:03 including as well on the back there, Slaughter Demon,
15:06 which I guess is one thing that I wish was done a little bit better on the figure.
15:09 Not the fact that he doesn't have the means to holster Slaughter Demon on the back of his body,
15:13 but by the means of how you're actually having to do it.
15:16 Looping through the belt is fine and good, but with the jacket being as long as it is,
15:20 it sort of ends up bunching the jacket up not only from the front, but more obviously here from the back as well.
15:25 The figure also does have a very dividing line where you can see the front of his hairline
15:29 as the part that's obviously going to be removed when you swap out the face.
15:33 I've tried to push it in a little bit more, but it seems that every single time I'm moving the head a little bit,
15:38 it seems to want to just start separating itself.
15:41 So I have to push that in a little bit more, of course, leaving some impressions behind on my skin.
15:45 Other than that, though, a great looking figure, though.
15:47 What do you guys think of Yuji Itadori and is this a figure you could see yourselves picking up?
15:51 Once again, a big thank you to the folks over at 3ZERO that did provide the samples of the Jujutsu Kaisen Yuji Itadori
