Method: Boil noodles by adding little salt and oil in water. Heat oil in a pan. Meanwhile, chop the chicken into small pieces. Add ginger to the oil, and saute it. Add garlic, and saute it. Add chopped chicken; toss and stir. Add cabbage; toss it and stir. Add capsicum; toss and mix well. Add black pepper powder and salt; mix well. Add 1 tsp soya sauce, green chilli sauce and vinegar; mix them properly. Add boiled noodles; mix them properly and toss. Add 1 tsp soya sauce, and stir. Add spring onion; stir and toss. Chicken Chowmein is ready to serve. Garnish it with spring onion.
