00:15 Welcome to another episode of Bustlerz Cooking
00:19 Today we are going to make Rajma Tikka Masala
00:23 With a new twist and a new turn
00:26 So let's move to the ingredients
00:29 This is the Rajma that I have soaked overnight
00:31 And I have cooked it with 3-4 whistles in the morning
00:35 Otherwise Rajma is impossible to cook in a wok
00:38 If you cook it in the afternoon, you will get it for dinner
00:41 So soak it overnight, then cook it with 3-4 whistles the next day
00:46 And if you want you can cook it in a wok like I am doing now
00:50 This is the whole spices, which has bay leaves, lemon, clove, cumin and black pepper
00:58 This is curry leaves, which is not a part of it, but I have kept it here
01:02 This is the onion, water, 2 glasses
01:06 I will use only 1 glass, if it is more then I will use 2 glasses
01:10 Oil, tomato puree, coriander, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste
01:18 This is the Tikka Masala, which is easily available in any market
01:21 This is salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala
01:27 So let's make Rajma Tikka Masala
01:29 Induction is on, I will add oil
01:33 You can add 4-5 tbsp oil, as I have added
01:43 Now let it heat, oil is hot, now add curry leaves
01:47 Now add whole spices
01:52 Add ginger garlic paste
01:54 Saute it well
02:02 Spices are getting fragrant, now add onion
02:10 These are 3 medium sized onions, which I have cut into slices
02:16 So add 3 medium sized onions
02:21 Add salt so that onions get cooked quickly
02:24 Add salt as per taste
02:29 Now we will saute the onions till it turns golden brown
02:33 Then we will add other ingredients one by one
02:37 For now, onions will turn golden brown, let's wait for 2 minutes
02:41 2 minutes are over, let's see
02:44 Onions have turned golden brown
02:49 Now add tomato puree
02:51 Add 2-2.5 tbsp tomato puree
02:56 Mix it well
02:59 Now add other spices
03:02 Add garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, Tikka masala powder, ginger garlic paste
03:18 Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2-2.5 tbsp lemon juice
03:23 Mix it well
03:26 Let it cook for at least 1 minute
03:32 Cover it and wait for 1 minute
03:35 1 minute is over, our masala is almost ready
03:40 Now add rajma
03:43 Mix it well
03:45 Mixing is done, now we will cook it for at least 5-10 minutes
04:00 So that the spices which we have roasted earlier get absorbed in the rajma
04:06 Add some water, I have added 2 glass of water
04:11 We will leave the rajma to cook in this water for 10 minutes
04:16 Cover it
04:18 So, see you after 10 minutes, our 10 minutes wait is over
04:22 Let's see how is our dish
04:25 See, almost ready
04:28 Hot hot rajma tikka masala is ready
04:32 Ready to serve, let's serve

04:47 Our dish is ready, now garnish it with coriander
04:51 So, our rajma tikka masala is ready
