00:10On today's show, she uses my kids as a weapon. I deserve the right to see my kids. I'm a doting dad.
00:17What reason do you have to say he can't see his kids? Give me something tangible.
00:22I caught the girl in his kitchen, hiding behind his door. It was violent in front of my doors.
00:31You have cheated on him though, haven't you? Why are you stopping him seeing the kids?
00:35Come on, come on, sit down. Sit down and sit properly.
00:45He has every right to see his kids, darling, and you have no right as you're proving by walking away.
00:50You do one and I'm not following you. I'm going to put the full weight of this show behind him so he can see his kids because he's as much right as you. Now do one!
00:58Hello, my friends. Good morning and a big, big welcome to the show.
01:20Now, our first guest today, Charlie, says that his ex-partner, Penny, has stopped all contact with his two kids for no reason at all.
01:26He says that he was seeing his kids on a regular basis up to just a few months ago when she, Penny, suddenly cut all ties.
01:32Now, despite trying mediation, Charlie says that Penny has done everything she can to keep his kids away from him and Charlie says enough is enough.
01:38He claims that she's a terrible mum, Penny, who's a gold-digging benefit cheat and today he says I want access, lady, or I'm going for full custody.
01:47Big words. Charlie is on the Jeremy Carshaw that way.
02:00Sorry, what was that? What was that? Do we do that again?
02:03Steve, who's there?
02:10Hi, Charlie, how are you?
02:12I'm good.
02:13I know that this is, on a serious note, massively important to you. Your ex is Penny, you have two kids with her. How old are the kids?
02:21Two and four.
02:22Penny kicked me out of the house. Let's talk about the relationship before we talk about how it ended. How did you get together? How did you meet?
02:30We met in shared accommodation. Not the average person I'd go for.
02:34Pardon?
02:35Not the average person I'd fall in love with.
02:38Why?
02:41I don't know, she just attracted me. I fell in love with her over time. Makes this a lot harder.
02:47You're a nice guy, aren't you? You love your kids.
02:49Yeah, dearly.
02:50They've all told me that. The relationship carried on, you have a couple of kids, and you say, quite literally out of the blue, we'd have our moments, but out of the blue, she kicked you out of the house and in your mind that was for one reason only, and that was to claim more housing benefit.
03:05Pretty much.
03:07She's money mad.
03:08Yeah.
03:09Why?
03:12She's self-absorbed.
03:15She uses my kids as a weapon. I deserve the right to see my kids. I'm a doting dad. Let's talk about that. When she moved you out, whether it was for benefits or not, did she stop you seeing the kids or did you see them?
03:29I saw them after mediation, first time round.
03:34What was arranged? Regular access?
03:36Three days a week, two nights.
03:38Which is fair enough, and it's quite interesting in terms of this story, because here's a woman who allowed him to see the kids half of the week and two nights, and all of a sudden she stopped that. Why has she stopped that? What's her reasons for stopping that?
03:48Basically, we came to an agreement. I'd literally had a friend over one night, Ken, for a chat.
03:58So he had the kids. I'll shut up a minute for God's sake. I'll get to you. Lose the picture. You're doing my head in. This is what happened. You had this arrangement. Thank you.
04:06You had this arrangement. Actually, I'm going to take a survey, right? I'll ask these questions. So he has the kids. She's very happy they've split up.
04:13One night, several months in, the kids are in bed, and a female friend comes round. No sex, just a cup of tea. Probably lasts longer.
04:24Next thing you know, she comes bashing down the road through the front door and takes the kids and says, you shouldn't be doing this in front of my children.
04:32Difficult one for me, that. Difficult one for me. There's an argument that says you should be concentrating on your kids and not that.
04:41There's an argument that says, what's wrong with having a friend from the opposite sex and why can't you have a cup of tea?
04:46How many people think he was wrong to have that woman in the house for having a cup of tea? Does that give his ex the chance or the right to stop him seeing his kids?
04:54Put your hand in the air if you think what she's doing is acceptable. Nobody.
04:59Interestingly as well, you say that she's a bad mother. Yeah.
05:04She's lazy, she has a dirty house, and she's playing games with me and I won't accept it. What do you mean by that?
05:14Basically, she'd have me, I'd have the girls three nights a week, I'd pay her £200 a month. She thought she was entitled to more.
05:27Isn't it true that you've given her money to go out and gone around and looked after the kids and you're that much of a decent dad, you've done that and she's still...
05:35Can I say something actually? I know some people think I'm not nice.
05:39Do you think that, not everybody's very vocal, do you think that because you're quite quiet and studious and you obviously think about what you say, which isn't a bad thing,
05:47do you think that, not that she took advantage of that, but do you think that that might come across occasionally as not passionate enough?
05:54No, I'm definitely passionate.
05:56What's the most important thing in your life, your kids?
05:59Definitely.
06:00You say, I can't as a man accept that a woman who stays in bed all day and doesn't do what I think she should do has a right to tell me I'm not a good father.
06:12That's basically what you're saying, yes?
06:15Last couple of months she proclaimed to be suffering with insomnia, she'd stay up till half six, seven in the morning, she'd get to bed, the kids would wake up and she'd stay in bed till half past twelve, quarter to one.
06:30So what happens to the kids? Why is she staying up that late? Is she on drugs? Is she entertaining a man and having a cup of tea?
06:34Why doesn't she get to bed at a normal time and look after her kids during the day?
06:39See, I think it's really, I think sometimes I get angry with people if they're not passionate, but I think with you, you mean it from the heart. What's today about?
06:48Access to my kids. I don't give two monkeys about that.
06:52Interesting. I think Penny needs to grow up, stop playing childish games, put the kids first, I will not lower myself to her level. Good for you, mate.
07:00Penny is on the Jeremy Carl Show, that way.
07:09Well they've decided already, love. He's a lazy excuse for a dad. Why the hell did you let him have the kids three days a week then?
07:17Because I had to give him a chance.
07:19What did he do wrong?
07:20He's just, basically, you can't pay for him properly.
07:24How much does he give you?
07:25It was 200 a month, and then it moved down to 150, and then it's a case of, I basically caught somebody at his, a female.
07:35They were having a cup of tea?
07:37They were previously sleeping together.
07:39Right.
07:40They've been sleeping together for weeks.
07:41Did you catch them having sex while your kids were there?
07:43No, but she's...
07:44What were they doing when you arrived?
07:45She's married.
07:46Are you jealous of her?
07:47Nope.
07:48Well then what was wrong with her going around for a cup of tea?
07:49I went over there.
07:50What the hell's it got to do with you, since you split up, by the way?
07:52Have you had sex with anybody else?
07:54Yes.
07:55And have your kids been upstairs asleep?
07:57No.
07:58So they've never been in the house when you've had sex?
08:00They're over my mum's.
08:01Right. You have cheated on him though, haven't you?
08:03Yeah, that was ages ago.
08:06And apparently you blamed him and he wasn't giving you enough attention.
08:10Well, it just weren't going anywhere. We were basically in the same routine.
08:13Why do you keep having kids with him then, love?
08:18Answer the question.
08:20Because I try to work things out. We try to make him move through it.
08:23How can you call him a lazy, no-good father,
08:26when you allow him to have your kids three days a week?
08:30And he does pay, and he might not be, but actually in terms of this show, it's quite good.
08:34Why isn't that enough for you?
08:36Why would you allow your kids to be with a bloke
08:38who's apparently a useless excuse for a father?
08:40If he's so bad, you wouldn't let them go near him, would you?
08:44Well, basically, I'd like to give him a chance,
08:46and it was a case of it just went on and on.
08:49Anyway, there's another twist to this story.
08:51Sorry about this, Charlie.
08:53Sorry.
08:54You say that one of the reasons that you split up
08:56was he has a bit of a sordid secret.
08:59Yep.
09:00Which is?
09:01He likes wearing women's underwear, women's clothes,
09:04and he gets me to buy it, lying to other people
09:06and saying that he didn't know about it.
09:08But then he happily wears it.
09:10Were you happy...?
09:16That's his mother.
09:17Let's bring...
09:19Veronica, let's bring...
09:20Veronica, what do you make of this...
09:22Oh, Veronica's on the wall.
09:32Now, speak. Now, speak.
09:34What?
09:35Yeah?
09:36Is that all we can say? Yeah? What?
09:38Shut up. You shouldn't even be here.
09:40Nothing to do with the kids.
09:41Shut up.
09:42Shut up.
09:43Even after I proved...
09:44Penny!
09:45Even after I proved the kids are his,
09:47you still didn't want to know hardly.
09:49I had to bring them to you.
09:50When did you prove?
09:51You would not come to mine to see the kids.
09:53I got a DNA test done myself.
09:55I got the paper.
09:56When did you prove?
09:57I copied a bit to you, and you just said...
10:01Come on, sit down.
10:02When did you prove?
10:03Sit down and smoke on me.
10:05Make me.
10:07You're a joke.
10:08You're a joke?
10:09Yes, you are.
10:10You're a...
10:11You're a joke.
10:12And you don't deserve...kids.
10:15Says she, doesn't look at the state of you.
10:19Cos you're a picture.
10:20Yeah?
10:21I'm not saying I ain't.
10:24I'm not saying I'm...
10:25Penny says that when she was pregnant,
10:27you're such a disgusting human being,
10:29you'd actually bum her house.
10:31Apparently your son likes to wear...
10:33Do you wear female underwear?
10:34That's what she's been telling us.
10:35I don't give a damn if you do, really.
10:37Steve wears it all the time under those trousers.
10:39Occasionally.
10:40What?
10:41Occasionally.
10:42She likes arguing and bringing me and my husband's name into it.
10:45Can I just talk about the knickers first?
10:47Did him wearing your knickers upset you?
10:49It wasn't my knickers.
10:50I basically got him...
10:51So why are you throwing it back at him now?
10:54It's not really a problem.
10:55If he wants to do it, he can do it.
10:57Did he do it in front of you?
10:58Yeah.
10:59Did it turn you on?
11:00No.
11:01You didn't like it?
11:02No.
11:03Is that one of the reasons you finished it,
11:04or was it to get more housing benefit?
11:05What was the reason?
11:06No, I didn't finish it because anything to do with that.
11:08It's a case of, I was basically living with him,
11:10and basically...
11:11How many times are you going to say basically?
11:14And he was working,
11:15and he was supposed to take his wage slips
11:17down to the council every week.
11:18Yeah, which I did.
11:19You didn't?
11:20I did.
11:21After what?
11:22You probably forgot or you just didn't do it?
11:24But he did have the kit.
11:25So here's the thing, I'm sorry,
11:27I'm going to go down like a lead balloon with certain people.
11:29Well, there we go,
11:30Graeme knows what I'm going to say because he's nodding.
11:32He has the kids three days a week.
11:34Yeah.
11:35This is me on my soapbox, and he goes to work,
11:38and he has to give you money, yeah?
11:40Why the hell don't you give him money
11:42for the three days a week he has to sleep?
11:44CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
11:47If it didn't unfold top, it would be more than that anyway.
11:50You are.
11:51So it's reduced anyway.
11:52No, why don't you give him money for the three days?
11:54Because I don't work.
11:55Why don't you work when he has the kids?
11:57Because I have a health problem. I've recently been diagnosed.
12:00With what?
12:02Oh, I've lost the word.
12:04That's part of it.
12:05Insomnia?
12:06No, that's included in it.
12:08Laziness?
12:09Fibromyalgia.
12:10But you could do a job.
12:12There is an argument there that says that if he has to pay,
12:15when he's having the kids, you should pay, yeah?
12:18All right.
12:19Jeremy, my daughter got married.
12:22I loaned her 4,000 to get married and put on a buffet,
12:26get a wedding cake and everything.
12:28And she come to the wedding...
12:29And ate all the cake?
12:30No, she sent him across to KFC for chicken
12:34and tried to show up in a wedding dress
12:36so the attention went on her rather than my daughter.
12:38A wedding dress?
12:39Yes.
12:40Let me just repeat that. Let me just get that right.
12:42Veronica paid 4,000 for her daughter's wedding
12:45so she could have a buffet and a wedding cake.
12:47Older Penny, such a detention-seeking woman,
12:50she turned up in a wedding dress with KFC.
12:53Which...
12:57Which did lead Veronica to tell one of my researchers,
13:00that penny is a bargain bucket.
13:02That's what she actually said.
13:04Are you a benefits judge?
13:06She had met my daughter.
13:07She was taking Charles out when it was all clear
13:10and she used that money for a driving licence.
13:12So you don't like her?
13:13No, a driving test.
13:14You don't like her very much?
13:15No, I don't.
13:16Why do you think she's stopping him seeing the kids?
13:18Why are you stopping him seeing the kids?
13:21Because he's just useless.
13:22I'm not allowed to see the kids because my house smells of dog.
13:25Yeah?
13:26I've got two dogs.
13:27You've got three cats with a litter tray in the kitchen
13:31with cats climbing all over them.
13:33With two little babies.
13:34They've been stopped.
13:36You know yourself, the cats are everywhere.
13:38They don't.
13:39No, you're quite happy to prepare food on it.
13:42Dogs, cats, KFC.
13:44Let's talk about the piles of washing up you leave for days
13:46and I'll come round and clear it up for you.
13:48Why would you clear it up?
13:49Any time.
13:50Are you still in love with her?
13:51Nah.
13:52I'm like...
14:03He says that if you don't allow him access,
14:05he's going for full custody.
14:06I don't quite understand why you have a right to...
14:11And you've got a smug look on your face which does my head in.
14:14It took her over two years to do a DNA test.
14:17I'm speaking now.
14:18Why have you got any right to stop him seeing his kids?
14:21He was violent in front of my daughters.
14:23Why should I let him go near them?
14:25You know what worries me more and more every day?
14:27I gave him a chance.
14:29When was he violent to you?
14:30No, not to me. I did not say to me.
14:32Who was he violent to?
14:33He was basically violent in front of them.
14:36I don't believe a word this woman's saying.
14:39I don't believe a word you're saying.
14:41I think you don't like the facts.
14:43I stopped him seeing the kids.
14:45He doesn't want to be with you anymore
14:47and you'll do and think of anything that will stop him seeing them.
14:50Have you a right to stop him seeing his kids?
14:53You told my team I cheated on him.
14:55I admit that. He wouldn't have sex with me. I didn't feel loved.
14:57He'd rather pay for his hideous tattoos and piercings.
15:00What have you got through your mouth then, love?
15:02There's no difference.
15:03They were done before I had the kids.
15:05I haven't had any done since.
15:06The guy pays. The guy's seen them.
15:08You might not like his mother,
15:10but for what reason do you have to say he can't see his kids?
15:13Give me something tangible.
15:15Do you know I've asked a question? Go on.
15:18After I stopped him,
15:19I gave him a chance for part of the day to basically see him.
15:22Why would you stop him?
15:24Because I caught the girl in his kitchen hiding behind his door.
15:2712 o'clock at night, the kids were tucked up in bed,
15:29he was having a cup of tea,
15:30probably panicked when you knocked on the door
15:32and she hid behind the kitchen door.
15:34I repeat very calmly.
15:35All he had to do...
15:36She could see in another block while Charles was working.
15:38Then you cheated on him!
15:40What right does that mean that you're a good mother?
15:42We sorted it since then.
15:44Double standards.
15:45Yeah, I agree with you, mate. I absolutely agree with you, Charlotte.
15:50What right do you have to stop him from seeing his children seriously?
15:55Because he was violent in front of them
15:57and there's no need for violence in front of kids.
15:59Why would you do it?
16:01You didn't mention that in any source checks.
16:03You haven't mentioned that to anybody
16:04and when confronted about that just now on stage,
16:06you couldn't give any answer.
16:07The truth is, Penny, people get together, right?
16:10And they split up.
16:12But kids are supposed to be important.
16:14And I'm really sorry, but I can only do this
16:16until somebody says it's time somebody else can do it.
16:18I can only do it the way I know it.
16:20And I do not buy your reasons.
16:22If a woman sits in front of me and can prove to me
16:24that there is irrefutable proof that a bloke is violent,
16:27aggressive, lazy, whatever,
16:29this guy works, he pays,
16:31he used to have them three days, three nights a week.
16:34You, for some reason, have decided
16:36that you are able to play God with your child's life,
16:38which is a bit rich, seeing as how you cheated on him.
16:41You pay him nothing, despite the fact
16:43he used to have the kids half the time.
16:45And apparently, as much as you slag him off,
16:47he says your house is cesspit,
16:49you've got insomnia and you don't look after your kids.
16:51I want you to look me in the face and say
16:54what right you have to keep his kids away from him, love.
16:57She don't. She uses them as weapons.
16:59Go on. Go on what?
17:00To this audience, what right?
17:04CHEERING
17:08Come with me.
17:15Go on, what right?
17:16What right to stop him seeing his kids?
17:18Come on. Give me something.
17:20Say to me, it's something tangible.
17:22Come on. Nope. Why?
17:25He has every right to see his kids, darling,
17:27and you have no right as you're proving by walking away.
17:30You do one and I'm not following you.
17:32I'm going to put the full weight of this show behind him
17:34so he can see his kids, cos he's as much right as you.
17:37Now, do one!
17:39Come here.
17:46There are plenty of blokes who don't care.
17:49There are plenty of blokes who don't step up.
17:51You need to watch your language and be calm.
17:53Listen to me.
17:55Some blokes come out here and they're not passionate. It annoys me.
17:58Yeah, you've made mistakes, but you work and you've paid
18:01and you used to see those kids.
18:03So a woman was having a cup of tea at your house at midnight, right?
18:07If those kids are your priority,
18:09then you look like you're going to have a fight on your hands
18:12because for some reason that woman thinks she has a divine right to play God.
18:15I don't think she does.
18:17We will support you, we will help you, but one thing and a piece of advice.
18:20Make sure you do it as calmly and as decently as possible
18:24because she's the sort of woman, and I'm being honest,
18:26I don't know if Graham agrees, that will wait for any opportunity to say...
18:29I mean, where's the violence thing come from?
18:31They didn't mention that to anybody. Was that mentioned? Not by anybody.
18:34And when questioned, she can't give anything, she just walks off.
18:37Fight your corner with our help. I mean that.
18:39Really nice to meet you. We'll be in touch.
18:41Give him a round of applause. Thank you very much.
18:44Right after the break on that stage, a woman here to tell her brother
18:47that unless he leaves his fiancée, he's out of their family for good.
18:50We're right back. Don't go anywhere.
18:52Have you slept with her? No. I would never sleep with that.
18:55My standards are way better than that.
18:57And you told me this, that she was going to have my dog put down.
19:01Oh, God. The dog I've had since it was a puppy.
19:11How on your toes again, are you?
19:13Have you heard the news? The NTAs are back.
19:15Oh, the NTAs. Why don't you take a promo, Jess?
19:18Cos everybody will vote for you. No, they don't.
19:2012 years, 2,000 shows, I've been abused, I've been threatened,
19:23I've been ill, everything's happened in my life,
19:25nobody gives a damn about me. Nobody's interested.
19:28Oh, and there it is, isn't it? It's all about you.
19:31It's about Big Steve. Everybody Big Steve.
19:33Nobody gives a damn about Jess anymore.
19:35But do you know what? I'm going to a dark room to lie down.
19:56Mmm!
20:06Security guard on Jeremy Galshaw.
20:09Very, very butch, very manly.
20:14Protect me for a change.
20:16You like the big man, do you? I love the big man.
20:26Good morning and welcome to my show.
20:42Thank you very much indeed for coming back.
20:44My next guest today, Sam, is here because a few weeks ago
20:46she heard the news she had been dreading.
20:48Her brother Mike has got back with his nightmare ex-girlfriend Vicky.
20:51Sam says that Mike and Vicky's relationship is a farce
20:54and she's here to tell brother Mike that if he chooses Vicky over them
20:57then he can say goodbye to his entire family once and for all.
21:01Sam is on the Jeremy Galshaw That Way.
21:08Hello, how are you? I'm fine.
21:10Like I haven't seen you before. I have. Welcome back.
21:12This is about your hatred of Vicky, your brother Mike's girlfriend.
21:15What right do you have to stick your nose into his business
21:18why don't you get on with your own life?
21:20I don't have the right... But when he's...
21:22You know, he wants to be with her, he's saying he wants the family
21:25but then he's choosing Vicky over his family.
21:28In what way?
21:29Like, he'll be with Vicky, he won't have nothing to do with his family,
21:32he'll go and have a go at my mum like he's done before.
21:35You say, first time you met Vicky, I never liked her, why's that?
21:38Because it's just the way she was.
21:44And that?
21:46And he'd say stuff about her anyway.
21:49You know, and always going around, she's cheated on him.
21:53You know, and today's just like...
21:55So what you're saying on a serious note is that she's with him
21:59and then when that goes wrong, she bitches to the family and has a go
22:03and then when it's all fine, you're all left thinking,
22:06why the hell wouldn't I dislike this woman?
22:08Exactly, all we want is Mike to stop causing trouble with the family.
22:11She's an immature...
22:13I didn't put it in your relationship, yet you put it in mine?
22:15Lovely.
22:16It's perfect, look at yours.
22:18So is mine, actually.
22:20I tried to make the effort, but she's an immature moose.
22:23What does that mean?
22:25She looks like a mirror.
22:27Yeah.
22:28He's only with her cos she's quick and easy.
22:31He said that more than once.
22:33And apparently she's tried it on with your partner, Andrew.
22:36Well, that's what Mike said. Mike's told me.
22:39Did you tell your sister that your missus tried it on with her boyfriend?
22:42No.
22:43You're a liar.
22:45If he's got me and he doesn't do dogs, why would he do her?
22:50Their relationship is a joke, they cheat on each other,
22:53she rings her mates and they pay her for sex.
22:55We've been told that she gets paid for sex by her mates.
22:58Mike's told us the same.
23:00She denies it, but then she'll go and put it all over Facebook
23:03and the slaggage of our fun Facebook.
23:06So, I mean, to be fair,
23:08the family haven't got a very good impression, as you wouldn't have,
23:11to be honest, but the important thing is...
23:13The horrible thing is she was really, really vile to you, wasn't she?
23:16Do you want to tell everybody what that was?
23:18Well, she turned around when she finished with Mike and goes that
23:21my own baby that I lost, it's a good job I lost it.
23:24You know, and...
23:25She said that?
23:26Yeah, and that I'm supposed to be pregnant again by someone else
23:29that's not my partner.
23:31He's made his bed and he can lie in it. If he chooses...
23:34It's not... It's the truth.
23:36You admitted to it.
23:38I'm looking forward to this.
23:40Sam has a problem.
23:41She's turned everyone against me and Mike for no reason.
23:44His family used him and treated him as a skivvy.
23:46I make him happy. I love him.
23:49We're going to be happy forever.
23:51Vicky's on the show that way.
24:00I can do this.
24:02So, then, Vic, how do I turn his family against him?
24:05Well, you're the one making him choose, I'm not making him choose.
24:08Really? So you want him to go back to Birmingham and choose you lot?
24:11No, I didn't say that to Mike.
24:13They constantly tell him I'm a cheat because I have male friends.
24:15They're just making excuses cos they don't like me. Is that right?
24:18Yep.
24:19Why don't they like you?
24:20I don't know.
24:21Well, if you bothered asking,
24:23apparently you wished your unborn child dead or said...
24:25Nah. I told you I got told that and you admitted to it
24:28and you said on Facebook the other day you wanted to build bridges.
24:31Well, I would have liked us all to get on, but...
24:33Well, why don't you try talking to your doughnut
24:35instead of sitting there looking at the floor?
24:37I'm being honest with you. I ain't got a problem with you.
24:39So why say what you did about my unborn baby?
24:41To be honest, I couldn't remember saying it.
24:43I will be honest with you.
24:44Yes.
24:45Hands up. I may have said it.
24:46Oh, you were a cheat?
24:47No.
24:48So you're happy with Mike, but you've only been back together two weeks.
24:50You've cheated on each other, you've lied to each other.
24:52Why are you still together? Why don't you just go your own separate ways?
24:55Cos we're happy together and we've both changed.
24:57Well, then he either needs to be with you or choose the family or have you.
25:01Why can't he have her and the family?
25:03After the break, your partner, Andrew, did you try it on with Andrew?
25:06No.
25:07Your partner, Mike, have you tried it on with...?
25:09Oh, that'd be your brother. That'd be totally weird, wouldn't it?
25:11And who's Martin?
25:12Not Trevor.
25:13Another brother. There's everybody on the show.
25:15We're back after this break. Don't go anywhere. Thank you.
25:17I refused to stay with her, so she said she was going to have dogs.
25:21You're the ones magically telling me to choose, so I'm choosing.
25:24I'm not telling you to choose.
25:25You know what? I'm doing with a whole lot of you.
25:27You can all sit behind me, cos I'm the dog.
25:29Michael, come here now!
25:31Ooh.
25:33Clearly, there's a chance there's another relationship.
25:35Michael, come here, mate.
25:41Have you got a jealous partner?
25:43Are you the one that cannot control your jealousy?

26:16Welcome back for the break, Sam and Vicky.
26:18Sam is, in fact, the sister of Mike.
26:19You're not very keen on Mike's girlfriend, Vicky,
26:21who says she's a dog, basically. Let's cut to the chase.
26:23She's no good, she's a cheat, the family hate her,
26:25they make horrible...
26:26She makes horrible comments about the family and me.
26:28She wished my baby dead.
26:29I wish my brother would make a decision
26:31cos she's worth his Mike's on The Jeremy Carr Show.
26:33He's coming that way.
26:41Remember, Sam, I'm done with the...
26:43You can...
26:45..to Birmingham. Seriously.
26:47You're going to get my face, Mike.
26:48You can...
26:49..to Birmingham cos I ain't coming back to Birmingham.
26:51We haven't asked you to come back.
26:52The best thing I've done was move out...
26:54You obviously don't like Birmingham very much, do you?
26:56I'm done with the whole lot of...
26:58I'm done with the whole lot of...
27:00Sorry, Mum.
27:01I am done with the whole lot of...
27:03You'd better change, you're done with the family,
27:05you don't like Birmingham.
27:06I am going to stay away.
27:08Stay away from Mum.
27:10Sorry. Oh, hold on.
27:12What?
27:13I don't even know who you...
27:15Who's this?
27:16..to do with you.
27:17Who are you?
27:18The family.
27:19What's this for?
27:20We've got a couple of John Waynes upstairs.
27:22You are my...
27:26Mike.
27:27What's this?
27:28Vicky.
27:30Oh, good evening.
27:31Yes, I am.
27:32This is my show.
27:33Not you.
27:34I'll shut up.
27:35Why are you out here?
27:37I'll tell you when to come on.
27:38Don't go.
27:39Go away.
27:40APPLAUSE
27:44I hope that you've all missed me.
27:46Please welcome Andy to the Jeremy Cowell Show.
27:48APPLAUSE
27:55That wasn't even quicker. Sit down.
27:57Why are you so...
27:58The thing is, it's really simple to me, right?
28:00You slag her off when you split up and you tell them
28:02that she's this, that and the other and then they get a picture, right?
28:05Yeah.
28:06So that's why they don't like her.
28:08Why can't you have a family and a missus?
28:10Obviously, they don't want me and my missus, do they?
28:13So, you know...
28:14Mike, we said to you that we'll talk to you,
28:16but at the minute we can't be around Vicky.
28:18Mum wants you, we all want you,
28:20but we can't be around Vicky at the minute
28:22because of what she has done and what she has said.
28:24You put out the 20 days ago, 460 hours,
28:28you were with another woman and now you're engaged to her again.
28:32How many times... You think this is funny?
28:34Let me explain this to you.
28:35How many times have you been engaged to Vicky?
28:39Three.
28:40Four! Four.
28:42Maybe it doesn't work.
28:44Maybe they're right.
28:46Maybe every time you split up with her because she does whatever
28:49and you slag her off, they have a picture painted.
28:52Your son, Brenda? Yep.
28:54I am disgusted my son has got back with that.
28:57Their relationship is a joke.
28:58He can't make up his mind whether he wants her to be his girlfriend.
29:01Every time he's with her, he decides that he has a problem with me.
29:04He becomes a person I don't like.
29:06He threatens me all the time.
29:08He's even threatened, this is your own mother,
29:10to blow up my car with me in it.
29:12She's a tea leaf that stole my husband's ring
29:14and I want nothing to do with her.
29:16As long as Mike is with her, I don't want anything to do with him as well.
29:21What about your girlfriend from two weeks ago?
29:23Three weeks ago, is it Vicky? Yep.
29:25Mike is a two-faced coward.
29:27He told me 15 days ago that he loved me
29:30and he couldn't wait to see me.
29:32The same day he slept with that and the following day he told me
29:35our relationship was over, he's a scumbag.
29:37I want Mike to leave me alone and stop harassing me
29:39with his constant messages.
29:40Him and her deserve each other.
29:42So what's the truth, Mike?
29:44Do you flip from Vicky to Vicky to Vicky to Vicky,
29:46not making up your mind, slagging her off
29:48and expecting them to stand by?
29:50Nope.
29:51Well, you've gone very quiet now.
29:52You're quieting the man in the fleece.
29:56This is my favourite part of the whole story, ladies and gentlemen.
29:59You are allowed to get excited.
30:00Martin is also your brother.
30:01Martin says that you've tried it on with him.
30:03Martin's on The Jeremy Carr Show. He's coming up.
30:05APPLAUSE
30:11What's the matter, Mike?
30:13It's the point of the show.
30:14What is? Seriously.
30:15The whole of my family.
30:17Yeah.
30:18She turned around and said to you, in front of you,
30:21that she only got with you because you were second best from me.
30:24Man.
30:27Well, clearly, we know who's the better one.
30:29It's always going to be me.
30:30In what respect?
30:31Hmm?
30:32In what respect?
30:33She was always after me.
30:34Have you slept with her?
30:35No, I'd never sleep with that.
30:37My standards are way better than that.
30:40And you know why I don't like her?
30:43Yeah?
30:44She turned around and said, and you told me this,
30:46that she was going to have my dog put down.
30:48Yeah?
30:49Oh, God.
30:50The dog I'd had since it was a puppy.
30:52What's the dog got to do with it?
30:55Hmm?
30:56I asked him to do me a favour.
30:58I asked him to walk my dog for me while I was at work,
31:01working nights.
31:02Because there's a dog on the screen.
31:03My life is ending.
31:05There's a dog, Dan, on the screen.
31:08What's the dog got to do with the fact that she tried to sleep with you?
31:12She wanted that dog.
31:13I don't...
31:14I don't...
31:15The dog's stupid.
31:16Thank you very much.
31:17That's the truest thing you've said since she started it.
31:20I refused to sleep with her.
31:21You refused to have the dog put down because Mark said,
31:23no, she can't have it.
31:24I refused to sleep with her,
31:25so she said she was going to have the dog put down.
31:27You refused to sleep with her,
31:29so she was going to have your dog put down.
31:31It's stupid to sleep with a dog.
31:33Did you try to have the dog put down?
31:35I had RSPCA round up my door.
31:37My dog does this.
31:39I swear that I never said that.
31:41Why is he saying that?
31:42I don't know.
31:43I don't know.
31:44You've robbed off him.
31:45You've robbed off Mum as well.
31:47Are you a thief?
31:48No.
31:49Did you fancy him before him?
31:51No, because I didn't know him before I knew him.
31:53Yes, you did.
31:54Did you sleep with him?
31:55God, no.
31:56I wouldn't touch him.
31:57With the barge pole?
31:58Yeah.
31:59Mike wants to be in touch with his family.
32:01That's fine.
32:02But all the family are saying is no Vicky, but yes to Mike.
32:05So you can speak to him any time you want.
32:07No.
32:08At the minute, that's all, Mike, until things have settled down.
32:11Not going to happen.
32:12So you're picking...
32:13So you're choosing her over us?
32:15You're the ones basically telling me to choose, so I'm choosing.
32:18I'm not telling you to choose.
32:20I'm done with the whole lot of you.
32:22You can all...
32:24I'm done.
32:25I'm done.
32:26We'll go, Mike.
32:27We've done with you anyway.
32:29You're all a bunch of...
32:31LAUGHTER
32:33You're a bigger one, Mike.
32:35So you're going to be with him.
32:38You don't want anything to do with her.
32:40I said that at the minute.
32:41Because of what she said about my kids.
32:43What are you shouting for?
32:45Oh, he's coming back now. He's done the sprint.
32:47Where's he going now?
32:49Yep.
32:50Now move forward, Vicky.
32:52What are you shouting for?
32:53Vicky!
32:54No, I'm getting...
32:55Leave her!
32:56Leave her, you two-faced...
33:00Look at the state of you, Mike.
33:03Seriously.
33:05Get up and down and get back here.
33:07Michael, come here now!
33:10Guys!
33:11Clearly, there's a transit in that relationship.
33:13Michael, come here, babe!
33:16Sounded like you were calling that dog again.
33:19LAUGHTER
33:21Come on.
33:23I feel like I'm in another universe, Steve.
33:25Oh, he's coming back again now.
33:27He's got more comebacks than Frank Sinatra.
33:30Right, what do you want now?
33:32Mikey.
33:33Stop pouting like an old...
33:35What's the matter with you?
33:36Well, I'm done with my...
33:38Why don't you just take her and disappear?
33:40I'm going to.
33:41Why don't you...
33:42Because I'm changing my number so none of them can get hold of me.
33:45You got in touch with me the other day, going,
33:47are you still my sister?
33:48Sorry?
33:49Pathetic!
33:50They ain't going to change even if you wanted change.
33:52Did you want to sleep with him before him?
33:54No.
33:55Do you want to be with her?
33:56Yeah.
33:57Do you want a relationship with your family?
33:58Do you trust her?
33:59Do you like your sister?
34:00What do you think of the man in the fleece and the man in the check shirt?
34:02You know what, I'm done with all of you.
34:03You two go that way, you three go that way, I'm going that way.
34:05Goodbye.
34:06APPLAUSE
34:08Well, my next guest today, Ashley, is here
34:10because he's the second potential father to a child
34:13that we DNA tested on the show a little while ago.
34:15Ashley was in a relationship with AJ around the time she conceived
34:18but also knows that during one weekend, AJ cheated with four different men.
34:22Ashley says that despite this, AJ told him that he was the dad
34:25and if DNA proves it today, he wants to be part of his daughter's life.
34:28Big day for this guy. Ashley is next on The Jeremy Kyle Show.
34:31APPLAUSE
34:34CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
34:37I'm having the weirdest day. What was that all about?
34:41What's this all about?
34:43What are them all about?
34:45Hey, don't beat girls, don't beat this.
34:47Are you a Liverpool fan or Everton?
34:49Ooh, not Liverpool fan. I'm a Man United fan, Jess.
34:52You're a Man United fan from Liverpool?
34:54You've ruined it now, son, haven't you?
34:56How are you?
34:57I'm all right. Half left, half right, you know what I mean?
35:00Split down the middle a little bit.
35:02Well, jokes aside...
35:03You're nervous, aren't you? Yeah.
35:05So let me paint the picture.
35:07AJ, 21, is the mother to a child that she's unsure who the father is now.
35:14Yeah, I know.
35:15You are here today to find out if you're father to AJ's daughter.
35:18She came here for a DNA test with a man called Lee before.
35:23Let's just take a look at this clip, please, Trace, if you can roll that.
35:28Isn't it true that you went back and forth between him and other guys
35:31and actually you don't know who the father of this baby is?
35:33She just wanted a sleepover.
35:34Whose name is on the birth certificate?
35:36So if he is the father, he has every right to have his name on that birth...
35:39He doesn't.
35:40You got out of prison, you came to again, you introduced yourself,
35:43you said, look, this is... You might be her dad.
35:45You might not be her dad.
35:46There is a chance.
35:47Actually, you told me to start off as I was the dad.
35:49I've been openly honest with you from the beginning, right?
35:51And then I said, if she's yours, how about we start again?
35:54You quit your jokes and we be a family.
35:56We actually try. I wanted a family...
35:59I wanted you to keep...
36:01You actually do believe, you told my team, 90% that he's the father.
36:04And that would be your personal nightmare.
36:06How many men are in the frame?
36:10Four!
36:15How sure are you that he's the father of your baby?
36:17Come on, let's get to it.
36:1890%.
36:19What?
36:2090%.
36:21What about you?
36:2290%.
36:23What about you?
36:2450-50.
36:25The DNA test results show that Lee...
36:28..is not the child's biological father.
36:34Sorry?
36:36I need to know. Get on with me life now.
36:38You should try always, I think,
36:40to make sure that your child knows who's its father.
36:43I am, I'm going to do it.
36:45Well, if we, as a show, can bring them here, line them up...
36:51..tell them the truth for your child.
36:55So we said we'd bring them all here and line them all up.
36:57Lee was, as I say, contestant number one.
36:59He was the first contender, it was not to be.
37:02Let's talk about you and AJ on a serious note.
37:05You were in a relationship with her for how long?
37:08On and off for a period of years.
37:13You told my team she slept around a lot,
37:16one particular weekend, four men.
37:18Did you find out about that at the time, or what?
37:20She was always honest about it, you know?
37:22But it was on my 21st birthday of all times, come on, I mean...
37:25But even whether it was your 21st birthday or not,
37:27your bird comes home and says,
37:28I've slept with four blokes in a weekend and you're still with her?
37:31What's wrong with your man? You loved her, right?
37:34Yeah, more than anything.
37:35I was in a hostel, Jez, you know what I mean?
37:37You grow up in a hostel, you...
37:39Swerved all me mates, swerved me job,
37:41swerved me family, as we say.
37:43I had nothing left but her, and do you know what?
37:45She's got a good heart, you know what I mean?
37:47She's done things, we've all done things,
37:49we've all had problems, but...
37:51That baby's always clean, she's always tidy,
37:53she's got everything she ever needs,
37:55and she's loved more than ever, ever, ever,
37:57I've ever seen any child love before.
37:59But then it's this stigma of her attitude, her behaviour,
38:02her personality, the aroma of her personality.
38:04What do you do?
38:06I'm a barber.
38:07Can I tell you something? I really like you.
38:09I genuinely mean that.
38:11Many men would sit here and they would slag off a woman who's done that,
38:14but you won't.
38:15My team told me all morning,
38:16you've done nothing but compliment this woman.
38:18Is that because you're still in love with her
38:20or because you're a decent man?
38:23I've been one of them before now, Jeremy and Jez.
38:26I've had me problems, I've been an idiot, I've...
38:28Sorry.
38:29Oh, I didn't know quite what you meant there.
38:31But, you know, it's besides all that.
38:34There's too much...
38:35..in the world to sit there and go,
38:37that ex was wrong, that ex was wrong.
38:39It ain't about going backwards, it's about moving forward,
38:41do you know what I mean?
38:42Doing one step ahead.
38:44If you got stuck,
38:46guess where you'd end up?
38:48Down at the bottom.
38:49Do you want to be the father of this baby?
38:52More than anything in the world,
38:53ever since I first laid eyes on her.
38:55Most beautiful thing in the world.
38:57How old is she?
38:59How old is she?
39:00She's nearly two now, do you know what I mean?
39:02Right, after the break, this man, good man from Liverpool,
39:05who supports Man United,
39:06he's never going to be able to go back to Britain's third city now,
39:09is going to find out whether he is the father
39:11to a two-year-old daughter with AJ,
39:14who said it's one of four.
39:16It wasn't Lee, it's either Dad.
39:18We'll find out after this, we're right back.
39:20What are you doing having sex with four men one weekend?
39:23It was, like, in the space of a week or something,
39:27and we weren't together and you knew we weren't.
39:29I didn't cheat on you, Ashley.
39:31The DNA test does not show that, Ashley.
39:43Hi, what are you trying to get at, are you?
39:45The other news, the NTAs are back,
39:47all the NTAs.
39:48Why don't you make a promo, Jess?
39:50Cos everybody will vote for you. No, they don't.
39:5212 years, 2,000 shows, I've been abused, I've been threatened,
39:55I've been ill, everything's happened in my life,
39:57nobody gives a damn about me.
39:58You're not in, nobody's interested, I'm not...
40:01Oh, and there it is, isn't it? It's all about you.
40:03It's about Big Steve, everybody Big Steve.
40:06Nobody gives a damn about Jess anymore.
40:08But do you know what? I'm going to a dark room to lie down.

41:38CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
41:41CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
41:45Welcome back. Before the break, talking to Ashley.
41:48An on-off relationship with AJ for a number of years.
41:50You said that you loved her, you got out of the hostel,
41:52away from your family and out of trouble, but meeting this woman,
41:55it didn't work out.
41:56She did sleep around for attention, desperate to get pregnant.
41:59You were told, I'm not sure if it came out before the break,
42:01but she told you when the baby was born, when she was pregnant,
42:03that you were the father and then changed her mind.
42:05She spent two years hoping and waiting for the news.
42:08You say it would mean the world to you.
42:10But even then, you don't slag her,
42:12you don't say anything other than she's a good mother,
42:14but you say that if you're not the father,
42:16you'd wish her the best of luck and move on with your life.
42:18We like you here.
42:19Let's get AJ back on the Jeremy Kyle Show that way.
42:21APPLAUSE
42:29Is he not the nicest man you've ever met?
42:31Why did you leave him, you idiot?
42:32Cos he slept with her...
42:34..the day we broke up, so he's not all that nice.
42:37No, obviously he's not, so that's made me look like a right idiot,
42:40hasn't it, to be honest with you? There you go.
42:42Welcome to the show, darling.
42:44You were with Ashley, you said, for seven months.
42:47Six or seven months. We only met in 2013.
42:50So we couldn't have been together.
42:52What are you doing having sex with four men one weekend?
42:55It was, like, in the space of, like, a week or so,
42:58and we weren't together and you knew we weren't.
43:00I didn't cheat on you, Ashley. We broke up.
43:02You admitted to my team you were going through a crazy time.
43:05Last time, sweetheart, you were 90% sure that Lee...
43:07I definitely thought that Lee was her dad.
43:09I definitely did think that.
43:11But now... I mean, I'm not quite sure where we get to with all of this.
43:15Was it Lee and four others, or was it...
43:19That's not going to go down very well with the boyfriend in the audience.
43:22Andrew, welcome back. How are you? All right.
43:24You've said that it's every child's right to know their family.
43:27She deserves to know who her real dad is.
43:29You wouldn't have a problem if he was her dad? No, no.
43:31Did you tell him he was the dad and then attract it?
43:33When I first got pregnant,
43:35I thought we were further along than what we were.
43:37Like, when I went for my 12-week scan, I went for a seven-week scan.
43:40And as soon as we got out of that room, I said,
43:42listen, you might not be this kid's dad.
43:44I've been honest from the start with all of you.
43:46I've been honest and I didn't cheat on you.
43:49He's a very manipulative person.
43:51He knows what to say to get what he wants.
43:53He does. He likes... You like to like people like you.
43:55You like to be liked.
43:57And you like to say things... Everybody likes to be liked, love.
44:00If he is the father to my child,
44:02he can have supervised contact and see how it goes.
44:05I'm not sure if he is the dad.
44:07Andrew, would it make any difference to you if he's the dad or not?
44:10No, cos obviously every kid deserves a right to see their dad,
44:13the biological dad, really.
44:15I understand that.
44:17Would you step up? Yeah, of course, all day.
44:19Definitely.
44:21But can you separate your feelings if this child is yours for the child and her?
44:24Yeah, definitely.
44:26I'll always, you know... She was there when I had a rough time.
44:29We were friends as well, do you know what I mean?
44:31You don't just have to be someone's fella to be with them, you know what I mean?
44:34You can be their friend as well and I'll always support her.
44:36I've always told you this, haven't I?
44:38AJ, serious question. Wouldn't you want somebody like him to be the father of your child
44:41rather than somebody you don't know?
44:43Here's a man who says he'll step up, here's a man who respects you.
44:45Very rarely does a man coming for a DNA test sit on this stage and go,
44:48she's a great mother, the kid's brilliant, she's fantastic.
44:51That's what he said and he said it.
44:53Are you saying he's saying that cos he's being manipulative or cos he means it?
44:55No, I generally think he means it,
44:57but he does say things to make people like him.
45:00How sure are you that he is?
45:02I have absolutely no idea.
45:03We've only got 10% left.
45:05It makes me feel sick, though, not knowing, like it generally does.
45:08Like, she deserves to know who her dad is.
45:10And I took that away from her and I get that.
45:12I completely understand that this is all my fault. I get that.
45:14No, you were very honest last time. I'm not here to shout at you.
45:16You should do the results.
45:18What does this mean to you, Ash?
45:20Loads. It's clearance as well, isn't it?
45:23Do you know what I mean? We can both finally move on, then, can't we, do you know what I mean?
45:26It doesn't mean we have to fight all the time.
45:28You know what I'm saying?
45:30The DNA test does not show that, Ashley.
45:38You're not the child's biological father.
45:40I'm so sorry.
45:46You might like to just come and talk now.
45:49I think it's nice. I think he's a decent kid.
45:51I think he actually really wanted it to be that way.
45:53I can only do what I do.
45:55I'm sorry.
46:01I'm sorry, but we generally knew that, you know,
46:04it's always been there that you might not have been a dad.
46:07Hey, hey, yeah?
46:10You need to just calm down, you know, like...
46:12He will calm down.
46:14Do you want to know something?
46:16Do you want to know something?
46:18Look at me. Look at me. Do you want to know something?
46:20I rarely say this, but I'm going to say this to you.
46:22You will make a fantastic dad one day, by a merry mile.
46:26You will.
46:30Can you let go of me, darling?
46:32I'm sorry for everything I've ever done to you.
46:35I am sorry that it's ever got to this.
46:38You know, cos if I wasn't such a pain in the...
46:41then you would never have left me,
46:43and then everything would never have happened,
46:45do you know what I mean?
46:47Maybe then we would have had a little bit more
46:49easier leeway to know who Dad was, do you know what I'm saying?
46:51All just about what you've done.
46:53Sometimes it is my own fault.
46:55We have to build bridges and get over them,
46:57but this is a bit different, do you know what I mean?
47:00After everything been through, both of us in our lives,
47:04and then we have to contend this.
47:06But at least it's clearance.
47:08Do you know what I mean? At least we can move on now.
47:10But still...
47:14You'll be all right. You'll be a great dad, though, you know.
47:17Everyone knows you'll be a great dad.
47:19Nice to end like that, Graham, isn't it?
47:21Difficult for you. We'll look after you.
47:23I've always said that. It's just...
47:26Wrong decisions.
47:28Listen, you want it to be, and one day you will be.
47:30I'm out of time for this morning, my friends.
47:32If you want to be here, you need our help. Visit the website.
47:34Details are on the screen. Thanks for watching.
47:36See you soon. Take care.
47:45You may be seeing a world first here.
47:47It's taking over my life, and I really want my mum's back.
47:51If we don't treat this, you will become anemic.
47:57From what he says, you could be dead in five years.
48:00Those screws rebuilt your face. Yeah.
48:02And saved your life. That's amazing.
48:05I didn't think there was anything anybody could do.
48:10Really good news. This can be sorted and this can be treated.
48:13Happy with that? Yes.
48:16I'm happy. Yeah.
48:18I love him. Double amazing.
48:21You're one of the bravest men I've ever met.
48:25She must have a stroke already. Yeah.
48:27We need to urgently refer you to a stroke team.
