00:20Evelyn has been farming for more than 30 years

00:23on more than 3 hectares of land that she received from the government.

00:28But because of her low income,

00:30her debts are increasing day by day, which is a big burden for them.

00:34We haven't been able to pay our debts for a long time.

00:38Our debts are increasing.

00:39Our penalties are increasing.

00:41We have reached P181,000 plus.

00:45The farmers, like Evelyn, were encouraged by the government.

00:50Evelyn is one of those who received the certificate of condonation

00:54with release of mortgage or co-chrome

00:57that President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. shared.

01:00President and DAR shared 1,119 certificates of condonation

01:06to 1,000 agrarian reform beneficiaries from various places in Bulacan.

01:11The farmers' debts were condoned or paid to P274,970,474.

01:19The President's desire is for the farmers to pay more attention

01:23to improving their farming.
