00:00In the name of Allah, the most merciful, the most compassionate.
00:20Who then can be more unjust than he who lied against Allah and denied the truth when it came to him, calling it a lie?
00:47Is there no room for such unbelievers in hell?
00:51But he who brought the truth and those who confirmed it as true, such are the ones who shall be guarded against the chastisement.
01:14They shall have from their Lord all that they wish for. That is the reward of those that do good.
01:35So that Allah may remit their worst deeds and reward them according to the best of their deeds.
02:00Is Allah not enough of a servant? And they frighten you with those besides Him. And whosoever Allah leaves astray, he has no guide.
02:17O Prophet! Does Allah not suffice for His servant? They frighten you with others apart from Him. Although he whom Allah lets go astray, none can guide him to the right way.
02:32And he whom Allah guides to the right way, none can lead him astray. Is not Allah the most mighty, the Lord of retribution?
02:58And if you ask them, Who created the heavens and the earth? They will surely say, Allah.
03:08Say, Have you seen what you invoke besides Allah? If Allah intends for me harm, are they the remover of His harm? Or does He intend for me mercy? Are they the keepers of His mercy?
03:33Say, Allah is sufficient for me. The trustworthy trust in Him.
04:04Or if Allah should will that I receive His mercy, will they be able to withhold His mercy from me? Say, Allah is sufficient for me. Those who have to put their trust, let them put their trust in Him.
04:20Tell them, My people, continue to work in your position as you will. I too will continue with my work. Soon you shall know.
04:43Whom the degrading chastisement will visit, and upon whom the everlasting chastisement will alight.
05:03Indeed, We have sent down to you the Book for the people in truth. So whoever is guided, it is for himself. And whoever goes astray, he only goes astray. And you have not appointed for them a guardian.
05:33O Prophet, We reveal to you the Book with the truth for all mankind. So he who follows the right way, does so to his own benefit. And he who goes astray, shall hurt only himself by straying. You are not accountable on their behalf.
05:53Allah takes the life of a person when he dies, and a person who does not die in his dream. And He holds on to the one on whom death is firm, and He sends the other to a term appointed.
06:13Indeed, in that are signs for a people who give thought.
06:44Or have they taken others instead of Allah as intercessors?
06:52Or have they taken others instead of Allah as intercessors?
07:22Say, All intercession lies with Allah. His is the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And to Him will all of you be sent back.
07:48And when Allah is mentioned alone, the hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter contract with bitterness.
08:18But when deities apart from Allah are mentioned, they are filled with joy.
08:45Say, O Allah, the Originator of the heavens and the earth, the Knower of the unseen and the seen, you it is who will judge among your servants concerning what they deferred.
08:58And if the wrongdoers possessed the treasures of the earth, they would have taken with them the worst punishment on the Day of Resurrection, and it would have been clear to them from Allah what they did not reckon.
09:28And if the wrongdoers possessed the treasures of the earth, they would have taken with them the worst punishment on the Day of Resurrection, and it would have been clear to them from Allah what they did not reckon.
09:51And the evil consequences of their deeds will become fully apparent to them, and what they had scoffed at will encompass them.
10:13So when harm touches man, he supplicates to Us. Then when We grant him a favor from Us, he says, I have only been given it by knowledge. Rather, it is a trial, but most of them do not know.
10:43So when harm touches man, he supplicates to Us. Then when We grant him a favor from Us, he says, I have only been given it by knowledge. Rather, it is a trial, but most of them do not know.
11:00Their predecessors also said the same, but their earnings proved of no avail to them.
11:19And the evil consequences of their deeds overtook them. The wrongdoers among these will be punished.
11:46And the evil consequences of their deeds overtook them. The wrongdoers among these will be punished.
12:16Do they not know that Allah enlarges and straightens the provision of whomsoever He pleases? Therein are signs for those that believe.
12:46Tell them, O Prophet, My servants, who have committed excesses against themselves, do not despair for Allah's mercy. Surely, Allah forgives all sin. He is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful.
13:11Turn to your Lord and surrender yourselves to Him before the chastisement overtakes you, for then you will receive no help.
13:37And follow the best of what has been revealed to you from your Lord before the chastisement overtakes you suddenly while you do not perceive.
14:07The chastisement suddenly comes upon you without you even being aware of it.
14:29Lest a person should say, Alas for me for neglecting my duty towards Allah and for being among those that scoffed.
14:50And lest a person should say, If only Allah had guided me, I should have been one of the God-fearing.
15:10Or lest he should say, when he sees the chastisement, Oh, that I might return again and be among those who do good.
15:34Yes, indeed, but My signs came to you, and you rejected them as lies and waxed arrogant and were among those who disbelieved.
15:46And on the Day of Resurrection you shall see that the faces of those who had lied against Allah have turned dark.
16:12Is Hell not vast enough to provide a room to the vainglorious?
16:18And Allah will save those who fear Him by means of their transgression. Evil will not touch them, nor will they grieve.
16:31But as for the God-fearing, Allah will deliver them on account of their achievements. No harm shall visit them, nor shall they grieve.
16:42Allah is the Creator of everything. He is the Guardian over everything.
16:58To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth. It is those who disbelieve in Allah's signs who will be the losers.
17:24Say, is it other than Allah that you command me to worship, O you who are ignorant?
17:43Tell them clearly that it was revealed to you and to all Prophets before you.
18:06If you associate any others with Allah in His divinity, your works will surely come to naught, and you will certainly be among the losers.
18:24Therefore, serve Allah alone, and be among those who give thanks.
18:54They did not recognize the true worth of Allah. Such is Allah's power that on the Day of Resurrection the whole earth will be in His grasp, and the heavens shall be folded up in His right hand. Glory be to Him. Exalted be He from all that they associate with Him.
19:16And the trumpet shall be blown, and all who are in the heavens and the earth shall fall down to the earth.
19:46Then the trumpet shall be blown again, and, lo, all of them will be standing and looking on.
20:17The earth shall shine with the light of its Lord, and the scroll of deeds shall be set in place, and the Prophets and all Witnesses shall be brought, and judgment shall be justly passed among them, and they shall not be wronged.
20:36And everyone shall be paid in full for all that he did. Allah is best aware of all that they do.
20:57And those who disbelieve will be driven to Hell in groups, until, when they come to it, its gates will be opened, and its keepers will say to them,
21:15Have you not received messengers from among yourselves reciting to you the signs of your Lord and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours? They will say, Yes, but the word of punishment has come into effect against the disbelievers.
21:45After the judgment has been passed, the unbelievers shall be driven in companies to Hell, so that, when they arrive there, its gates shall be thrown open, and its keepers shall say to them,
22:00Have you not received messengers from among yourselves reciting to you the signs of your Lord and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours? They will say, Yes, but the word of punishment has come into effect against the disbelievers.
22:21It will be said, Enter the gates of Hell, herein shall you abide. How evil is the abode of the vainglorious!
22:44And those who fear their Lord will be driven to Hell in groups, until, when they come to it, its gates will be opened, and its keepers will say to them, Peace be upon you, and enter therein to abide.
23:14And those who eschewed disobeying their Lord shall be driven in companies to Paradise, so that, when they arrive there, its gates will have already been thrown open, and its keepers shall say to them, Peace be upon you, you have done well, so enter herein you shall abide.
23:38And they will say, All praise is due to Allah, who has made His promise to us come true, and who gave us the earth to enter it.
24:08We may now dwell in Paradise wherever we please. How excellent is the reward of those who laboured!
24:38You shall see the angels surrounding the throne glorifying their Lord with His praise, and judgment will have been made among them with fairness, and it will be proclaimed, All praise and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the whole universe.
25:03In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
25:15This book is a revelation from Allah, the Almighty, the All-Knowing.
25:45The forgiver of sins, the acceptor of repentance, the stern in retribution, the bountiful. There is no God but He. To Him are all destined to return.
26:10None but the unbelievers dispute regarding the signs of Allah. So let not their strutting about in the land delude you.
26:32The people of Noah and the parties after them denied before them, and every nation was concerned about their Messenger, so that they might seize him and dispute about falsehood, so that they might bring the truth to light. So I seized them, and how terrible was My punishment!
27:02Before them, the people of Noah also gave the light to messengers, and so did many parties after them. Each nation sallied forth against its messenger to seize him, and they disputed with false arguments, seeking bear with, to repudiate the truth. Then I seized them, and behold, how woeful was My retribution!
27:28Thus has the decree of your Lord become due against the unbelievers. They are destined for the fire.
27:51Those who bear the Throne and those around it glorify the praise of their Lord and believe in Him and ask forgiveness for those who believe.
28:05Our Lord, You are all-encompassing, all-merciful and all-knowing. So forgive those who repent and follow Your path, and save them from the torment of Hell.
28:35Our Lord, You are all-encompassing, all-merciful and all-knowing. So forgive those who repent and follow Your path, and save them from the torment of Hell.
29:05Our Lord, admit them to the everlasting gardens You have promised them, and those of their fathers and spouses and progeny that were righteous. Surely You alone are most mighty, most wise.
29:36And guard them against all ills. He whom You guard against ills on that day, to him You have surely been most merciful. That is the great triumph.
30:02Indeed, those who disbelieve will be called, Allah's punishment is greater than your own punishment when you are called to faith but disbelieve.
30:32They will say, Our Lord, twice have You caused us to die and twice have You given us life.
31:02We have now confessed our sins. Is there then any way out?
31:07That is because when Allah alone is called, you disbelieve. And if you are associated with Him, you believe. So the judgment is for Allah, the Most High, the Great.
31:26They will be told, The cause of your present state is that when Allah alone was invoked, you disbelieved, and when others instead of Him were invoked, you believed. Today, all judgment lies with Allah, the Most High, the All-Great.
31:56He it is who shows you His signs and sends down provision for you from the sky, yet none takes heed except he who constantly turns to Allah.
32:15So call upon Allah, consecrating all your devotion to Him, howsoever much the unbelievers may dislike it.
32:45Exalted in rank, Lord of the throne, He causes the spirit to descend on whomsoever of His servants He pleases, so as to warn them of the Day of Encounter.
33:15The Day when they will emerge and nothing of them shall be hidden from Allah. On that day they will be asked, Whose is the kingdom today? The whole world will cry out, It is Allah's, the One, the Overpowering.
33:40It will then be said, Today shall everyone be fully recompensed for his deeds, none shall be wronged today. Surely, Allah is swift in reckoning.
34:07And warn them of the Day of Resurrection, when the hearts will be at the throats, rebelling. The wrongdoers will have no friend or intercessor to obey.
34:26O Prophet, then warn them of the Day that has drawn near, the Day when hearts full of suppressed grief will leap up to the throats, and the wrongdoers shall neither have any sincere friend nor intercessor, whose word will be heeded.
34:44He knows even the most stealthy glance of the eyes, and all the secrets that hearts conceal.
35:14Allah will judge with justice, whereas those whom they call upon beside Him cannot judge at all. Surely, Allah, and He alone, is All-Hearing, All-Seeing.
35:44Those who were before them were stronger than them in strength and in power in the earth, and Allah seized them for their sins. And they had no friend or intercessor from Allah.
36:14Those who were before them were stronger than them in strength and in power in the earth, and Allah seized them for their sins. And they had no friend or intercessor from Allah.
36:44They came to this end because their messengers would come to them with clear signs, and yet they would refuse to believe. So Allah seized them. He is indeed strong, terrible in retribution.
37:04Verily, We sent Moses with Our signs and a clear authority to Pharaoh, and Haman, and Qarun, and they said,
37:27He is a sorcerer, an utter liar.
37:33to Pharaoh, and Haman, and Qarun, and they said,
37:37He is a sorcerer, an utter liar.
38:02When Moses brought them the truth from Us, they said, Kill the sons of all the believers who have joined him, but spare the women. The guile of the unbelievers always ends in vain.
38:22And Pharaoh said, Spare me, I will kill Moses, and let him pray to his Lord. I fear that he will change your religion, or that he will cause corruption in the earth.
38:42One day Pharaoh said, Let me go and kill Moses, then let him invoke his Lord. I fear that he will change your religion, or cause disruption in the land.
38:56Moses said, I have taken refuge with my Lord and your Lord from everyone who waxes arrogant and does not believe in the Day of Reckoning.
39:24And a believing man from the family of Pharaoh said, Hiding his faith, Are you going to kill a man who says, My Lord is Allah, and he has come to you with clear proofs from your Lord?
39:49And if he is a liar, then let him be a liar. And if he is truthful, let him tell you what he promises you. Indeed, Allah does not guide one who transgresses and is a liar.
40:10Then a man endowed with faith from Pharaoh spoke, who had kept his faith hidden, said, Do you kill a person simply because he says, My Lord is Allah, even though he brought to you clear signs from your Lord?
40:27If he is a liar, his lying will recoil upon him. But if he is truthful, you will be smitten with some of the awesome consequences of which he warns you. Allah does not guide to the right way any who exceeds the limits and is an utter liar.
40:57My people, today the kingdom is yours, and you are supreme in the land.
41:23But if Allah's chastisement were to come upon you, who will come to our help? Pharaoh said, I only counsel what I consider right. I only direct you to the path of rectitude.
41:37He who had faith said, My people, I fear that you will confront a day like that which overtook many parties before you.
42:01Like the day that overtook the people of Noah, and Ad, and Thamud, and those who came after them. Allah does not wish to subject His servants to any injustice.
42:31My people, I fear that you will encounter a day when there will be much wailing, and you will cry out to one another for help.
42:51The day when you will turn around to retreat, there will be none to protect you from Allah. He whom Allah lets go astray, none will be able to show him the right way.
43:21Yusuf had come to you before with al-Bajjinaat, and you were still in doubt about what he had brought to you, until when he died, you said, Allah will not resurrect a messenger after him.
43:46Thus does Allah lead astray those who transgress the limits and are given too much doubt.
44:16Those who dispute about the signs of Allah without any authority, they will be killed by the wrath of Allah and those who believe. Thus does Allah seal the hearts of those who are arrogant and arrogant.
44:46Without any evidence that might have come to them, that is exceedingly loathsome to Allah and to those that believe. Thus does Allah seal the heart of everyone who is proud and high-handed.
45:02And Pharaoh said, O Haman, build for me a lofty tower, that I may scale the highways.
45:21The ways of the heavens, so look to the God of Moses, and I think he is a liar. And thus was made beautiful for Pharaoh the evil of his deeds, and he was barred from the way. And the plan of Pharaoh was only in deception.
45:51So look to the heavens and have a look at the God of Moses, although I am certain that Moses is a liar. Thus Pharaoh's evil deed was made to seem fair to him, and he was barred from the right path. Pharaoh's guile only led him to his own perdition.
46:11And he who believed said, O my people, follow me, I will guide you to the right path.
46:31My people, the life of this world is ephemeral, whereas the hereafter, that is the permanent abode.
47:01And whoever does good, whether male or female, and is a believer, they will enter Paradise, where they will be provided without reckoning.
47:31And whoever does good, whether male or female, and is a believer, they will enter Paradise, where they will be provided without reckoning.
48:01My people, how is it that I call you to salvation while you call me to the fire?
48:24You call me to deny Allah and to associate with Him as His partners, those regarding whom I have no knowledge, that they are Allah's partners in His divinity, whereas I call you to the Most Mighty, the Most Forgiving.
48:43There is no doubt that what you call me to is not a call in this world or in the Hereafter, and that what brings us back to Allah is that the transgressors are the inhabitants of the Fire.
49:13Those whom you call me to have no claim to be called upon in this world and in the Hereafter. Certainly to Allah shall be our return, and those who exceed the limits are destined to the Fire.
