00:00Alright guys, so today we're gonna be talking about the best phones to buy with SD card support
00:04I'm gonna throw in some old
00:06Flagships and submit Rangers and I'll let you guys know which one I would personally buy on the list
00:11But I get this question a lot because you can't really find phones
00:15these days, especially the premium ones with SD card support and that's typically because
00:21You know, they're trying to sell you up on the higher gigabyte model
00:25So let's go ahead and jump in my first phone
00:28And this is the one that I would personally buy if I needed a phone with expandable storage
00:32I would get the galaxy note 20 ultra hands-down old
00:37Flagship and it is just a beast of a phone with SD card support
00:41So this phone is very nice. I think still looks pretty good stainless steel design
00:46So, you know premium design ip68 dust and water resistant
00:49You also got the built-in stylus as well to which works really well. Check out my note
00:5420 ultra versus s 23 ultra comparison and you got the big big display 6.9 inch display dynamic AMOLED

01:09But the only thing is you can only use 120 Hertz at the full HD
01:13So just do note that this phone got his last major OS update with Android 13 when you i5 and it's currently getting security patches
01:21So that's really good. It has a snapdragon 865 chip, which is an extremely good chip. Very very good
01:28So I don't care what you're doing browsing the web with a whole bunch of applications open
01:33Pubg's runs at 90 frames this thing still blows through anything
01:37So it's a very fast phone. Like I said micro SD card support the base storage is 128 gigs and 12 gig of RAM
01:44But if you buy this, you know, you're gonna have to get it refurbished
01:47You can get the 256 gig 12 gigs of RAM then throw SD card in there and you'd be really good
01:52you also have a
01:54Stereo speakers, which sound really great. No headphone jack
01:57NFC is on board all the you know flagship stuff under the display fingerprint sensor Samsung desktop support
02:04you also have a
02:06Really good camera setup in my opinion 108 megapixel standard 12 megapixel periscope
02:11Telephoto with 5 times optical zoom and a 50 times hybrid zoom 12 megapixel ultra-wide
02:178k24 video and 10 megapixel selfie cam that shoots in 4k 60 cameras are great again
02:23Watch that comparison with the newest galaxy phone and you'll you know be kind of shocked
02:284500 milliamp hour battery 25 watt wired charging and then wireless and reverse wireless charging a beast of a phone
02:35You can find easily for around 300 bucks. Next is going to be the LG v60
02:40This is really really good. I think this is like, you know, my second option here
02:45This is a really good phone to buy you can find this for 200 bucks and I do have the case
02:49I am gonna buy the case for you guys because I know you guys may want to see that
02:53But this is an awesome phone that also has SD card support and I said like I said really really cheap
02:59Aluminum frame IP 68 dust and water resistant as well, too
03:03It's got the P OLED HDR 10 plus display at 6.8 inches 1080p
03:09395 for the PPI really nice and beautiful display and you also get the dual screen attachment
03:15And again, I'm gonna pick that up for you guys to show you guys
03:18But basically think of it as two phones or I think of it as sort of like a folding phone
03:23It got Android 13 as well too, and it's actually still getting security patches
03:27So to my surprise for how long I don't know but it is getting security patches and you have Snapdragon 865 chip on here
03:34So again, just like the note 20 ultra. This is a beast when it comes to performance. It pretty much just flies through Android games
03:42It does not matter
03:43It's a very fast phone still
03:45SD card support 128 gigs of internal storage and 8 gigs of RAM on the base model and then you also have on here a
03:52Headphone jack with a quad DAC. So you got the you know combo going on with the v60 as well, too
03:59Stereo speakers sound really good on here
04:01You also have under the display fingerprint sensor and you do have a triple camera setup
04:07It's a 64 megapixel standard 13 megapixel ultra-wide and then a 0.3 depth sensor
04:12It shoots an 8k 30 10 megapixel selfie shoots in 4k 30 you'd be 60 still to me take some pretty good shots
04:18I think only thing you start to see its age when you take it in the sort of low-light settings
04:23But if you're outdoors, it takes really really great pictures
04:26You also have a pretty good battery like 5,000 milliamp hour battery and you also have wireless charging
04:31So the v60 is a beast
04:33Like I said, it's super cheap for the power and amount of stuff you get with this phone
04:37Now next is the Samsung Galaxy a 54
04:40so I know that you know, I was pretty harsh on this phone when I got it and
04:45Again, I wouldn't buy this phone over any of the old flagships on this list
04:50But a lot of people were asking me questions about this phone. Well, man
04:53I still really like the phone guys get the phone. If you like the phone, I didn't completely hate the phone
04:57I just said I wouldn't buy it over old flagship and it does have you know, SD card support
05:03Which I know a lot of people like it is gonna get software updates as well, too
05:05So again, I don't completely hate this phone. It was just in comparison to you know, what I would buy right?
05:12But it's not that bad. So it's got a plastic frame on here
05:15It's actually have a glass back on here as well, too
05:18So it does have somewhat of a premium feel to its IP 67 dust and water resistant
05:23It's super AMOLED 120 Hertz HDR 10 plus thousand nits peak brightness at 6.4 inches
05:291080p 403 the display on here was fine
05:31It just had a little bit of chunky bezels
05:33But other than that, it was a pretty decent display had 120 Hertz again
05:38So pretty smooth Android 13 when you I 5.1 my main issue with this phone was the chip
05:43It's got the Exynos 3 1380 processor now compared to the older flagships
05:49I thought the chip was just okay. It was sometimes it felt a little slow ish, but it gamed fine
05:55It was able to do basic stuff fine
05:56So if that's all you're trying to do on your phone, this phone would definitely be able to do that
06:00But like I said, if you want to like game game then definitely get older flagship
06:05But this does have SD card support. Like I said, it's a newer phone as well to base storage
06:11128 gigs 6 gigs of RAM then stereo speakers on here sounded decent
06:15No headphone jack does have NFC under the display fingerprint sensor on the camera on here
06:21It's okay. It's a 50 megapixel standard 12 megapixel ultra wide 5 megapixel macro. I wasn't super impressed with it
06:28It's shooting 4k 30 32 megapixel selfie also shooting 4k 30
06:33Like I said, it takes decent photos for a mid-range or I would just put it like I was gonna give it a scale
06:38I'm probably like a c-plus
06:40But yeah cameras are fine
06:42I think for the average person shouldn't be too much of a problem and battery life is actually pretty good on here
06:47It's a 5,000 milliamp hour battery definitely lasted a full day with 25 watt wired charging
06:53So again, the a54 is a decent phone
06:56If you're looking for a mid-ranger and you want software updates with SD card support
07:00Then definitely check this one out. Next is the galaxy note 10 plus
07:04This is still a really impressive phone and I really like the phone. It's come down in price a lot
07:10It's 250 bucks now and it's a pretty good device. It's got aluminum frames IP68 dust and water resistant again
07:17You have the s-pen dynamic AMOLED HDR 10 plus at 6.8 inches

07:23498 for the PPI this phone's last major OS update was Android 12 when you i4 and believe it or not
07:29It is still getting security patches. I got a security patch. I think for like May or something like that
07:34And you also have the snapdragon 855 on here, which actually still does a fantastic job with gaming
07:41It's still very very fast playing PUBG
07:44Quality mobile pretty much anything. It's still it's still way faster than something like the a54
07:49So take that into consideration
07:51What I like about this phone is you have micro SD card support with 256 gigs of internal storage and 12 gigs of RAM
07:58You also have stereo speakers on here as well, too
08:02Which are really good and I think the cameras have aged pretty well
08:05Like I said, these old flagships do a fantastic job outdoors
08:09It's only when you get sort of like a low-light sort of thing compared to the new phones
08:13Then you start see it starts to get a little soft
08:15But this still takes pretty good photo 12 megapixel standard 12 megapixel telephoto and then a 16 megapixel ultra-wide
08:220.3. Depth sensor shoots in 4k 60 10 megapixel selfie cam shoots in 4k 60 as well
08:27I think overall the camera on the note 10 plus is still really good, especially as a point-and-click

08:38Really all of your flagship stuff is still here
08:41It's an absent desktop support reverse wireless charging all that good stuff is still here a battery life on the note
08:47It's still pretty decent. I can still get a full six hours of screen on time out of this phone
08:524,300 milliamp hour battery pretty nice charging speed at 45 watts and then wireless and reverse wireless charging with a very nice design
08:59It still has a pretty very modern looking design. And last is the galaxy s20 ultra. This is still a
09:06fantastic phone and
09:08Definitely a good phone for you guys who like to do a lot of zoom shots in
09:12Honestly, this one is just more comfortable than the note 20 ultra
09:15So that's also another alternative if you don't like the boxy feel
09:19So this has the aluminum frame glass back ip68 dust and water resistant again another massive display at

09:37Like I said, very easy to hold even if you have smaller hands, it's still very easy to hold

09:46This phone got Android 13 when you are 5.1 and it is getting security patches as well, too
09:52This phone again snapdragon 865 chip a beast of a processor is still able to blow through games on this phone
09:59You can play pub G 90 frames all that good stuff

10:12The highlight with this phone is definitely the cameras is 108 megapixel standard
10:17So you get really good detail with this phone
10:19And you also have 48 megapixel periscope telephoto
10:224 times optical zoom 10 times hybrid zoom all the way up to 100 times zoom and then you have 12 megapixel
10:28Ultra-wide 0.3 depth sensor shoots in a k24 40 megapixel selfie. It shoots in 4k
10:3560 the s20 ultra still takes fantastic photos
10:39Especially outdoors and if you guys don't believe me check out my comparison I did with the s23 ultra
10:44I did it with all my old flagships and just check it out
10:48so you'll be surprised at how good these cameras still are in 2023 and
10:53This phone has pretty good battery life 5,000 milliamp hour battery 45 watt charging on here wireless reverse wireless charging
11:01I get another phone that can easily do six hours of screen on time
11:04Like I said a lot of you know, I don't recommend a lot of these like really cheap phones
11:09I would rather you get an old flagship or a pretty decent mid-range. You're like the a54
11:14That's I think it's not gonna completely be useless in a year
