WATCH: Tropical Storm “Kristine” (international name “Trami”) maintains its strength as it moves across the sea east of Bicol Region, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Tuesday evening, Oct. 22.

As of 11 p.m., Kristine has maximum sustained winds of 75 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gusts reaching up to 90 kph.
