01:56In fact, only for the Senatorial Aspirants, 47 Comalec Nuisance candidates were declared.

02:25Meanwhile, today, the former Representative Alfredo Garbin was also proclaimed as Mayor of Legazpi, Albay.

02:33This is because of the Supreme Court's decision that Garbin should be the mayor

02:38to disqualify the wife of former Governor Noel Rosal, Carmen Geraldine Rosal,

02:44during the 2022 elections due to the illegal use of the government's funds during the campaign.

02:49Garbin was Rosal's opponent at the time,

02:52and she was the one who got the second-highest number of votes from the candidates.
